To miejsce jest porostu magiczne!. Spędziliśmy z mężem jeden z najcudowniejszych tygodni w naszym życiu💙. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Piękny widok, prywatny basen z wodą, która dawała orzeźwienie w codziennym rozgrzanym słońcem dniu, spokojna okolica, cisza, dużo prywatności, niewiarygodnie smaczne śniadania, wygodne łóżko z którego po otwarciu oczu widać było bezkresne morze i błękitne niebo. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, taktowna i niewiarygodnie pomocna. Wyjazd skrzętnie zaplanowałam wcześniej ale nie trzeba tego robić bo Vicky zaproponuje i pomoże zorganizować zarówno rejsy jak i poleci przepyszne restauracje. Odwiedziliśmy każdą z nich i absolutnie były to strzały w dziesiątkę 🎯 Magia apartamentu, ludzi, plus piękno wyspy sprawiły że zaliczamy ten wyjazd do najbardziej romantycznego podczas naszego 23 letniego wspólnego zycia ♥️. Drogie Panie, jeżeli to czytacie to jeszcze raz dziękuję. Tworzycie niesamowite miejsce i cieszę się, że mogliśmy tego doświadczyć osobiście.

My partner and I went thinking we could walk/bus/taxi places but you can’t. Takes a while to get used to the roads but fine after some time. If you aren’t willing to drive I would recommend you stay centrally.

The location was great for exploring the island by car (bit remote if you dont have transport). The view was amazing from the balcony. The place was relaxing and tranquil, which is what was needed after exploring in heat. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Vicky, helped us with our itinerary and booking the best resteraunts and excursions. Take her advice, you won't regret it! The room and veranda was gorgeous - nice and private. Breakfast was different each day but always yummy.

Αυτό που μας άρεσε περισσότερο στο κατάλυμα ήταν η υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, φιλόξενο και πάντα με το χαμόγελο, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε πραγματικά σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και καθημερινά, κάθε φορά που επιστρέφαμε από τη βόλτα μας, τα βρίσκαμε όλα τακτοποιημένα και άψογα καθαρά. Η Βίκη είναι μια υπέροχη και μοναδική οικοδέσποινα, από αυτές που δύσκολα συναντάς. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει και να μας εξηγήσει τα πάντα, ενώ μας έδωσε πολύτιμες πληροφορίες και βοήθεια για όλες τις δραστηριότητές μας. Την ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία! Ανυπομονούμε να ξαναέρθουμε του χρόνου και να ζήσουμε ξανά αυτή την όμορφη εμπειρία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en Grèce. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, qui permet de se reposer pleinement, ainsi que la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Le respect de l’intimité des clients est également un vrai point fort. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Vicki, qui a toujours été très réactive, disponible et bienveillante. Son professionnalisme et son accueil ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Le seul bémol est le vis-à-vis avec les personnes logeant à côté, qui peut être un peu gênant si l’on recherche une intimité totale. En dehors de ce détail, tout était parfait.

Le lieu était incroyable nous avons passons un super séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, le logement est propre et très bien décoré. Merci à Vicky pour son accueil et ses précieux conseil et à toute l’équipe. Nous vous recommandons le petit déjeuner dans la piscine !

Raramente un posto prenotato online ha soddisfatto così tanto le mie aspettative. La struttura è nuova, estremamente confortevole, tenuta molto bene e gestita in modo eccellente da Vicky, una grande professionista ma anche una persona deliziosa. Veniva voglia di rimanervi e non visitare Santorini. La colazione era veramente buona sia come offerta che come veniva data. La posizione è particolarmente buona per visitare l'isola, al centro, vicino a tutte le principali località e attrazioni. Il vicino villaggio di Pyrgos è molto bello, meno turistico del resto dell'isola, vi si respira un'atmosfera genuina, forse la più caratteristica a Santorini, insieme ad altre località meridionali. Da Lavadoze si può raggiungere a piedi uno dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa struttura.

Nulla, l'unico inconveniente, che non dipende dalla struttura, è che Google la mappa in modo errato e la prima volta che si arriva con un proprio mezzo bisogna fare attenzione.

Séjour incroyable pendant 6 nuits. Merci à Vicky pour ses recommendations et sa présentation de l'île. Le logement est plus grand que sur les photos, le petit déjeuner est varié et était différent tous les jours. Nous étions en quad à 5 minutes de Pyrgos et environ 10/15 minutes de Fira. Très reposant, vue incroyable et logement très très très propre.

Tout était magique! La vue sur la mer, l’appartement avec sa grande terrasse, sa très jolie décoration et son personnel aux petits soins

Kein Punktabzug deswegen aber das Wasser in der Dusche hätte wärmer sein können und booking.com ist nie so ganz transparent was Gebühren und Steuern angeht, damit hat die Unterkunft nichts zu tun.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The villa looked exactly like the pictures even more beautiful in real life. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay in Santorini. A special thanks to Vicky, who was an incredible host throughout our trip. She was extremely kind, reactive, and always available whenever we needed help or information. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Vicky, die mit ihrer herzlichen, offenen und authentischen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Sie strahlt eine Lebensfreude aus, die ansteckend ist, und hat es geschafft, uns den Aufenthalt nicht nur angenehmer, sondern auch deutlich fröhlicher zu gestalten. Für uns ist sie einfach die Beste, und wir haben sie sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Auch Funny möchten wir erwähnen, die ebenso eine äußerst warme und liebenswerte Persönlichkeit ist. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen geheißen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich aufgehoben und geschätzt. Allein wegen Vicky würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausgesprochen lecker, und insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein Ort, den wir mit großer Freude in Erinnerung behalten.

Séjour absolument exceptionnel ! La villa était magnifique, très propre, parfaitement équipée et encore plus belle que sur les photos. La piscine est incroyable et le cadre est tout simplement idyllique. Tout a été pensé pour qu’on se sente bien. Un immense merci à Vicky, qui a été d’une gentillesse rare et toujours disponible : elle nous a accompagnés tout au long du séjour (organisation, recommandations, activités) et a même préparé une superbe décoration pour des anniversaires, c’était magique. Je tiens également à souligner la gentillesse de Fani, qui a été adorable tout au long du séjour, toujours attentionnée et souriante. Les petits-déjeuners étaient excellents, très copieux et différents chaque jour. Un service irréprochable du début à la fin.

Vicky geeft echt enorm veel om haar gasten. Je kan haar alles vragen en ze helpt je bij alle boekingen, reserveringen, huren van vervoersmiddelen en toont je de mooiste, leukste plaatsen naargelang je eigen wensen en noden. Fany verzorgd een geweldig ontbijt, geeft raad als je iets nodig hebt en altijd klaar voor een leuke babbel. Je zit op een rustige locatie. De luchthaven is dichtbij, maar je ondervindt er geen hinder van. Zeker de moeite waard.

Extremely clean, nice standard of furnishings inside and outside around the pool area. Quiet location with great open and sea views. Fantastic friendly service by the staff who make sure you are well cared for. Breakfast was amazing and nice touches to make one feel special.

It was incredible, we were very well received and welcomed. I am delighted with our amazing days in this place. Vicky is an excellent person and made our trip even easier and more enjoyable.

Lavadoze Luxury Suites is a truly amazing place. We loved so many things about our stay that there would be too many to mention so we will comment on just a few. The terraces are private with a beautiful view and lovely pool to relax in. The breakfasts on the terrace in the morning were definitely a highlight of our stay, the suites are just as you see in the pictures and perfect to relax in. We cannot express just how special Vicky and Fani made our trip. Vicky was always there to help us, from transfers and trip suggestions to reservations with undoubtedly the best views we could imagine. Fani was respectful of our privacy while cleaning but was also friendly and relaxed. They are definitely one of the main parts that make Lavadoze so great.

Absolutely stunning property, very clean and spacious the staff were amazing and very accommodating. I felt very safe and comfortable and there is most things available to you. Vicky was amazing and so was the housing keeping lady both very kind and welcoming.

The location was a little remote and the access roads a little harder to drive on for me - The main issue I had was that the outdoor pool was not heated and very cold and sadly for this reason I am unlikely to revisit as the pool is an important component for me and really was one of the main reasons I booked.

Nádherné, voňavé, designové ubytování. Pohodlné postele, krasný výhled přímo z ložnice na moře. Velká a prostorná terasa s vlastním bazénem a nádherným výhledem na moře. Ceny za nápoje v minibaru byly rozumné. Vynikající snídaně, na které jsme se každé ráno těšili. Snídaně byly každý den jiné a rozhodně nebyly nudné. Skvělá hostitelka Vicky, která nám dala skvělé tipy na výlety, rezervovala nám nádherná místa s dokonalým výhledem ve vynikajících restauracích. Opravdu bylo vše dokonalé, není co vytknout. Parkování je možné přímo u ubytování. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

The private pool is large and offers a beautiful view. The staff is fantastic, and Vicky, the owner, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. המיקום היה מושלם, 10 דקות מפירה מהמרכז ו10 דקות מהשדה תעופה. לא מרגישים רעש של מטוסים. ויקי המושלמת שאחראית עזרה לנו בהכל, דאגה לי בלי הפסקה וכיוונה אותנו בדיוק לאן ללכת כדי לנצל את כל הטיול. היא עזרה לנו להשכיר רכב ודאגה לנו להסעה מהשדה למלון. בזכותה הנופש היה מדויק ומושלם ואני ממש ממליצה על המלון יש בו הכל ולא צריך יותר מזה כלום. ארוחת בוקר מושלמת ומושקעת רואים שהם עושים את זה מהלב.

ASSOLUTAMENTE TUTTO Le suites sono a dir poco meravigliose, curate nei minimi dettagli, con tutto l’occorrente. Per non parlare della piscina privata: ogni stanza ha la propria e ognuna risulta totalmente riservata da quelle accanto. Inoltre, essendo una struttura defilata dalla strada principale, si gode di totale privacy anche da soggetti esterni. La posizione defilata permette alla struttura, tra l’altro, di essere immersa nel silenzio. Oltre alla location, un ricordo particolare va rivolto a Vicky e alla collega: presenti durante il nostro soggiorno, ma mai invadenti. Si sono occupate loro di prepararci ogni mattina una colazione ricca e rispondente alle nostre preferenze, servitaci direttamente in villa, ma anche delle pulizie e della prenotazione di ciò di cui avevamo bisogno (ristoranti, escursioni, ecc). Se si vuole venire a Santorini per visitare l’isola e le sue spiagge, ma anche per rilassarsi e sentirsi coccolati è il posto giusto! Consigliatissimo!

We were truly impressed with everything during our stay. The rooms were bright, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The pool area was amazing and perfect for relaxing. The service was outstanding – the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location was peaceful, giving us the chance to fully relax, while still being convenient for exploring the island.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.

Was far from the city and the taxi or uber is very expensive so better you rent a car or atv or moto it’s cheaper. The breakfast first day was a bit poor for two of us which we go daily to the gym and we eat a lot but we ask more and then they give us more you just haft to tell them and after that every morning we get more food 😜so you just need to tell them then it was cool

I was touched by the warmth, kindness, and hospitality. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and minimalist. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was varied. They helped me arrange my car rental. Una vista incantevole sul mare! Il personale è stato sempre disponibile, caloroso e sorridente facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La piscina era splendida, la colazione abbondante e l'atmosfera molto rilassante e tranquilla. Tutto davvero impeccabile!

Sehr ruhig! Tolle Unterstützung von Vicky, bei allen Fragen und Anliegen, sehr schnell. Massage auf der Terasse, Auto mieten, Locations, alles top organisiert von ihr in wenigen Sekunden! Jeden Tag ein wunderbares Frühstück auf der Terasse. Hat super funktioniert und war sehr schmackhaft! Auch sonst hat das Essensbestellen gut und schnell funktioniert. Alles in 20-30Minuten erreichbar mit Auto. Man kann hier wirklich komplett ausschalten! Pool sehr schön und sauber, stimmungsvoll! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! 🙂

Ein beheizter Pool würde für uns 11/10 Punkte bedeuten. Aber auch unbeheizt ist der super gewesen, in der Hitze. Wir mögen halt eher wärmer, aber es ist kein Minuspunkt, denn wir waren trotzdem oft genug im Wasser, weil es einfach schön und angenehm war! Im Hochsommer ist es so auch in Ordnung! Im Frühling oder im Herbst ist aber bestimmt zu frisch für uns. Im August ok. 🙂

Unser Aufenthalt in der Lavadoze Luxury Suite war von Angang bis Ende perfekt! Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt und Vicky hat uns bei unserer Ankunft gezeigt was wir in Santorini sehen sollen und hat uns Restaurants empfohlen. Man kann von dort aus mit dem Auto viele Orte schnell erreichen. Das täglich wechselnde Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung sowie der Service, die Einrichtung der Suite sowie der Ausblick auf das Meer waren perfekt! Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft in Santorini vorstellen können und würden jedes Mal wiederkommen.

An diesem wunderschönen Ort haben wir unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert. Wenn jemand Wert auf Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Liebe zum Detail legt, können wir ihn wärmstens empfehlen. Ich möchte mich auch beim wunderbaren Personal bedanken, Service auf höchstem Niveau. Viki, die hier wie ein „Goldfisch“ ist, wird jeden Wunsch der Gäste erfüllen. Sie war es, die die Überraschung organisierte, die im Zimmer auf uns wartete … Rosenblätter und Champagner. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Ort, leckeres Frühstück, moderne Ausstattung. Privater Pool und viel Platz. Es gibt nicht das kleinste Detail, an dem man etwas auszusetzen hätte. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen

Everything!!! The accommodation is clean, the location with the view is sensational, and the private pool is, of course, the highlight of the amenities. Breakfast is served every morning on the terrace, so you can enjoy it in the sun while looking out at the sea. That alone is enough for a 10-star rating, but the best part is the service from Vicky and her wonderful colleagues! Great tips for excursions, restaurants, or if you needed to reserve a table. The location is also ideal as a base for exploring the island; it's very quiet, private, and all the sights are easily accessible by car. Restaurants are also within easy walking distance. So, we'll definitely be back.

We spent a week here at this hotel. This hotel is highly recommended – the design, the location, and the breakfast were all excellent. The hotel staff were very warm and extremely helpful. A big thank you goes to Vicky, the hotel manager. Thanks to her, we were able to experience Santorini even better the second time around. This accomodation is absolutely incredible, The view was amazing, room deluxe, clean and spacious! Breakfast was great served to your room, we loved enjoying outside taking in the views. Nice quiet area but very close to restaurants and the major towns. Also can get food delivered to your room from one of the local restaurants. Pool was dreamy and nice for an afternoon dip. Vicky was great organising transfers, ATV and rental vehicle to be delivered right to our door, aswell as island activities, we done the sunset cruise. One of our favourite accommodations on our 6 week Europe trip! Cannot wait to visit again one day!

Lavadoze Luxury Suites is a small and beautiful hotel, with comfortable rooms and a stunning view — but what we’ll remember most from our stay is Vicky. She’s not just the manager — she’s truly a rare kind of person. She helped us find places, sent us links, explanations, even exact map locations so we wouldn’t get lost. When we took the bus and she knew we were on the way, she messaged us just to check that we were okay. Without us even asking. You get the feeling that she genuinely wants you to be well. And when you’re traveling abroad, that’s not something to take for granted. It gives you peace of mind. A kind of anchor.

Please note – the rooms are not heated, only air-conditioned with cold air. The soap has a masculine scent, so I recommend bringing your own. Also, there’s no amenities kit like in luxury hotels (such as a shower cap, cotton buds, nail file, safety pin, etc.). Also important (and mentioned in advance): the pools are not heated, so they’re only suitable for summer

But what truly made my stay exceptional was Vicky, whose warmth and attentiveness were unmatched. The staff, especially Vicky has been incredible in making our stay even better! She made our stay so much easier by helping us organise hotel transfers, car rental and more! Housekeeping has also done an incredible job in keeping the place so spotless! We loved it here and would definitely recommend it!

Spotless, comfortable and has everything you need

Everything! I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The decor, the little touches, lighting, power outlets and wine! Vicky was an amazingly attentive host. Her recommendations and knowledge of the island secured us some amazing sunset seats at affordable restaurants.

The house/room is really comfortable, very luxurious. Vicky the hostess help us with everything, good restaurants recommendations, car rental, catamaran rental. The breakfast was amazing.

The property entrance is not near main road, you must rent a car if you are going to stay there.

The suite was so spacious and the pool on the balcony is amazing. The views are incredible and it is very peaceful.

Lavadoze quite coincidentally they were my choice. My recommendation in terms of cleanliness, service and phone manager available 24/7. And of course everything you see. Space, private pool, living room, bedroom and local wine you will not forget. During the day no one passes by the apartment. Mornings are amazing, breakfast 10/10, place that you must visit. Coming back next year for sure. Also big thanks to Vicky that helped us about everything, restaurants, markets and she was very very kind.

Absolutely nothing.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this place! Perfectly located in a quiet area that gives you privacy and calmness. At the same time, it is very close to everything you might need. Vicky, the owner is an amazing person, willing to help and provided us with the best recommendations. The staff is amazing, discreet and very kind.

Everything about the property was exceptional and exceeded our expectation. Amazing!

Absolutely Nothing!

Amazing host in Vicky who was constantly available to assist us with anything and everything we needed. Location and Lavadoze properties are amazing. If wanting a break from the world this is the place for you. If however, wanting to explore the island, and all it offers …. Special mention to Vicky and her team of taxi drivers, which for us it was always going to be important to have transport around the island available and on hand and at short notice. You guys never failed to be late or have us stranded!! Thanks for having us and I do hope to be back (if you would have us !!)

we had a fantastic week at Lavadoze Luxery Suites. Vicky's welcome was incredible, she gave us a lot of tips about what to do in Santorini, where to eat, what nice places there were. The room itself was exactly as shown in the photo, or even better and bigger! I would recommend this stay to everyone!!!!

Beautiful, spacious and tranquil location. The decor was tasteful and ideal for a calming place to relax and forget about the noise of the world!

The gravel path down to the property took some getting used to, but was no problem…just an observation!

What can i say about Lavadoze? Everything is incredible! The breakfasts, the location, the suites and service and are all top tier! I’d come back here a million times if i could! Vicky was amazing and helped us with anything and everything we needed as well as encouraging us to be spontaneous on our stay which made it all the more better! The suite was honestly incredible, the interior, architecture and vibe was to die for. We felt incredibly lucky to be able to stay in such a well kept, dreamy place for the week with the views of Santorini, and the sunset view from Lavadoze is also incredible! Our stay was magical and we’ll remember it for a lifetime!
