Ubicación, muy cerca del centro pero libre de su bullicio. Habitaciones excelentes y personal eficaz.

No tiene restaurante para comidas ni cenas, solo desayunos. Pero la zona tiene amplia oferta.

The location of this hotel is excellent for a city trip. It is easily walkable from The Alameda Central terminus of the train from the airport. The beds were comfortable, the aircon quiet and effective. We had very little noise from traffic or other guests This was our second visit.

Este año han implementado algo que no entiendo: pese a hacer la reserva con el pago del 100% de la estancia antes de llegar al hotel, cuando llegas te exigen tarjeta de crédito. ¿Para qué? Tienen toda mi estancia pagada de antemano más mi dni. Qué es lo próximo? pedir el ADN?. Ni siquiera el personal de recepción sabía explicar por qué lo piden. Es evidente que para tener más control. Como si fueras un delincuente en vez de un cliente. Por tal razón no pienso volver a alojarme.

The bed was just next to the door and the door and there was no seal, so the light from the corridor was visible and discrupted in sleeing. Also there was a problem with shower and water leaking from the shower.

There were several pillows but mostly a bit uncomfortable and the mattresses were very firm.

The staff on reception were excellent. The rooms lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

Het personeel (Pablo), erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en meedenkend. De locatie was top, alles op loopafstand. Hotel is erg mooi van binnen en buiten.

Bedden zijn hard en niet goed verschoond. Geen spiegel in de kamer, geen haakjes in de badkamer en geen opbergruimte (dichte kasten)

Funcionários simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. O quarto era grande, com camas e almofadas confortáveis. Ar condicionado a funcionar sem problemas. A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos a pé do centro da cidade e de estações de transportes públicos.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was so clean, the bathroom was nice. The room had space to move around, lots of hanging space for clothes. The AC made coming into the room so much better as it was very hot outside. The staff were kind and supportive, they even helped us with airport transfer.

The lift was boiling, but it was quick.

The room was absolutely beautiful and well done. The beds were massive, the lovely big French doors leading out onto a small balcony were a lovely touch. The bathroom was also very well finished.

The location was central and close to tourist attractions and buses.

The first night we were there, there was an earthquake at around midnight. As it happened, the electricity went out, so we chucked it to the fact that there was an earthquake. But even so, the person at the reception had no consideration to the people who went downstairs not knowing what was going on. He just simply sent us back upstairs. The second night, the same thing happened again around the same time. We arrived to the hotel around 11:30 pm and the lights were out. The person at the reception said it’s the heat and that the electricity went out in 6 streets, which was clearly a lie as we can all see some light out from other surrounding buildings. Again there was absolutely no consideration for anybody, no water offered, no compensation, nothing. It was extremely hot so we couldn’t go up to our room as the air con would not work, and we couldn’t take a shower or go to the bathroom because the water was not running either. So we were stuck in limbo for about 2 hours. We were tired by the end of the night and coming from the beach we just wanted to take a shower and sleep. We slept late both nights because of this. There was no compensation at the end of the stay for all these inconveniences. Very disappointing for a 5 stars hotel.

We verbleven voor de 2e keer in dit hotel. En het verblijf was wéér boven verwachting! Het hotel is écht top! De kamers, bedden inrichting, ligging (op o.a. loopafstand van het station wat rechtstreeks in verbinding staat met de luchthaven). het personeel en het ontbijt. Een extra shout out voor receptioniste Paula. Het hotel zou erg trots moeten zijn op haar en om haar in dienst te hebben. Ieder hotel in de hele wereld zou een Paula in dienst moeten hebben. Ze heeft ons geweldig geholpen na het, door de vliegtuigmaatschappij, annuleren van een vlucht 12 uur voor vertrek. De geboden hulp zijn gebeurtenissen die je nooit meer vergeet en je zéker weer doen terugkomen voor een eerstvolgend verblijf. Paula, je ben en blijft onze held!

Excellent location - centro and marina just a 10 min walk. Train station just 3 mins or so. Reception staff were so accomodating - early check in provided and a welcomed free upgrade for our wedding anniversary.

Hotel ben al di sopra delle aspettative. Letto immenso, molto comodo, scelta tra ben 3 cuscini. Bagno elegante e ben pensato. Camera spaziosa, con la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè in camera. Climatizzazione perfetta. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia. Non in una zona confusionaria, attaccato alla metro.

Forse penalizzato leggermente perché si sentono un po’ di rumori dal corridoio.

Friendly staff and great location.

Only slight negative would be there is no option for late check out or room to get refreshed if you have a late departure. However they will store your bags and there is a bathroom you can use. Staff more than happy to accommodate.

The facilities were excellent, the location was superb and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, big, well decorated and well stocked.

A bit expensive, but it could just be the time of the year.

The hotels and rooms are beautifully decorated, the breakfast is excellent, with a nice selection of fresh vegetables.

The hotel has number of issues with the electricity supply. The electricity was of and on during the entire stay, at times for a couple of hours. This should not be happening in a hotel of this type. Furthermore, the hotel has a battery renting station in the lobby which, ironically, could not be used when the electricity was off due to automated electronic payment system. Staff was nice and pleasant but seemed to be young and not very experienced in finding a customer-oriented solution.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dwie minuty na piechotę do pociągu, blisko autobusy, metro, restauracje i wszystkie inne atrakcje w centrum Malagi. Do plaży też dosyć blisko. Czyste pokoje.

Zdjęcia nie przedstawią wszystkich pokoi. Mała łazienka z wanną z której wychodząc wpada się na toaletę, brak wentylacji. W pokoju nie ma dużego lustra, najbliższe było w windzie. Telewizor zamontowany na wprost ściany oddalonej o metr, nie dało się oglądać ani z łóżka ani z kanapy. W pokoju bardzo głośno z ulicy gdzie w środku nocy było słychać samochody z bardzo głośną muzyką i pijanych imprezowiczów, drzwi do pokoju też niewiele tłumiły hałasy z korytarza. Śniadania bardzo skromne ale świeże.

Location close to the station and the shops. Few times I had a fruit platter in my room that was really nice. The breakfast is very nice, good selection of food.

On arrival there was no electricity in the areas and the staff were not assuring of any plan B if the power was not restored.Only serves breakfast no restaurant for dinner didn’t know about this when I booked or told at check in. Storage facility was not enough to hang my clothes.

The Hotel was close to the Metro station and the city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had a coffee machine and mini bar. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room/ restaurant was very nice.

on our main dressy night out we got back to hotel early to have a nap and have leisurely time getting ready to get bus into Marbella for night out. Got back seen lift out of order, reception said nothing got to our room no water no electricity went back to reception said yes thats right they working on it this was around 3.30. We been out in 35degrees all day, no water and no way to put heated hair straighteners etc on. No one came to tell us it back on we found out by default when my friend turned tap on about 5.30. our bus was 6.15pm we missed that got 7pm one. Hotel offered nothing. you do not go on a break to suffer that and be offered nothing. We told it happens regular so on that basis whilst staff lovely and nice hotel do not stay if you value a no drama stay at a hotel when looking for a peaceful happy break. Avoid

Très bel hôtel, propre et bien équipé. Tout était parfait, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

El personal muy atento y amable! La ubicación es genial y buena relación calidad precio. Se ve que es nuevo y eso se nota en las instalaciones.

No había aire acondicionado en los pasillos. Salir de ascensor en la quinta planta el golpe de calor es importante. Echaba en falta ganchos para colgar las toallas. También echaba en falta un espejo en la habitación no solo el del cuarto de baño. Algunas baldas en el armario ayudan mucho para organizar las cosas. Solo había una en la parte superior. La bañera presenta un poco de riesgo al estar el girasol de la ducha muy cerca de la pared. Sabemos que las bañeras tienen las esquinas redondeadas. Y tener al lado del pie el tapón de desagüe, hace que lo pises y se inunde la bañera mientras te duchas. La barra de apoyo está justo enfrente, lejos de la ducha.

La recepcionista muy amable y te pasaba varios tips para conocer mejor la ciudad

Un dìa se pasaron en la limpieza de la habitaciòn. Salimos a la mañana y llegamos a eso de las 16hs. y aùn no habian limpiado. Los otros dìas sin problemas con la limpieza

A very successful 4-day stay in Malaga at a beautiful boutique hotel. Great location—practically in the Old Town and very close to a large local mall. A quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Decent rooms featuring a premium coffee maker, though cluttered with too many large pillows, which took up space in an already compact room.

A very pleasant city boutique hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the tube and about 10 minutes from the city center. We asked for a room on a higher floor, and we were lucky to stay overlooking the tops of the palm trees. Every evening, parrots gathered there, filling the air with their cheerful chatter it was cool) Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Un gros cafard de 3 cm nous accueille sur le beau parquet en chaîne. On arrive à le tuer , avec envie de vomir. Le matin à 10h une coupure d’électricité et de l’eau !!! On est parti se balader toute la journée, en rentrant à 18h30 toujours rien. Impossible de se laver après la plage 😳. Le gars a la réception nous dit d’attendre encore une heure et oh bon dieu, c’était réparé ! Le lendemain matin à notre départ aucune excuse de la part de l’hôtel pour cet incident. Même pas un petit déjeuner offert. Du jamais vu de tous mes voyages en Espagne😨😨😨
