温泉がとても気持ちよかったです。この値段で温泉がついているのはとっても有難いです。 景色もとても良かったです。 また、受付の恐竜さんがとてもかわいかったです。

キャリーケースを持って最寄り駅から歩いていくとなるとすこし大変かなと思いました。（そこまで遠くは無いのですが歩道が途中から無くなるため）

The bed sheet was a bit dirty with stain.

For a budget hotel it was great. The rooms were clean, quiet at night and the food was great.

The hotel was interesting as the name says so. Check in was smooth even though we arrived very late close to midnight.

It was a pleasant stay with an Onsen! Love the fresh orange juice machine at the lobby.

食事会場では床のタイルカーペットがはがれた部分で躓いた。朝食メニューとしてはやや寂しいか。ただ料金相応という理解もできる。

The welcome and check-in experience was honestly one of the most disappointing I have ever experienced. Being greeted by scary dinosaur-shaped robots instead of a human reception felt extremely cold and impersonal, especially with two children. After the exceptional warmth and kindness we experienced at the reception desks of other hotels in Japan, this was a huge contrast. The hotel itself was very basic, the restaurant had limited choice, and unidentified animals squeaking during the night repeatedly woke me up. Overall, not inviting or memorable in a positive way. I would not recommend it.

Nous avons aimé, cependant nous y avons vraiment passé que quelques heures. Nous n'avons pas profité de tout les services proposés. Le choix du logement été vraiment pour la proximité de l' aéroport. L accueil fait par des dinosaures sympa.

Les oreillers sont horribles. Un peu bruyant toutes les heures. Et le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de service de navette pour l' aéroport

The place is beautiful it’s very near to the airport and the facility is very good and include the spa. So it is very good for the business trip.

Front desk maybe is a famous place for this hotel, but not everyone like the dinosaur design in an especially the creepy one.

We boekten dit hotel voor de spa.. mits 1 tatoeage mocht je niet in de spa. Konden ze misschien op voorhand even ergens vermelden, dan moesten we niet zoveel betalen voor enkel de kamer. Personeel hebben we niet gezien. Nooit. Niet aan de balie, niet in de gang.

Le Onsen avec vue sur la mer. Le restaurant et l'espace lecture.

L'accueil avec les 2 dinosaures sans personnel disponible. Impossible de réaliser le Check In sans solliciter l'aide d'un membre du personnel. C'est assez déroutant.

De locatie zo dichtbij het vliegveld is perfect, zeker in geval van een vroege vlucht. Het uitzicht over zee is prachtig en ook de spa-faciliteit is heerlijk.

De dino's bij binnenkosmt zijn grappig, maar zodra er iets niet helemaal duidelijk is, moet toch personeel ter plaatse komen (die overigens dichtbij de entree zitten).

Wonderful onsen, breakfast was delicious and high quality, cafe and relaxation area also very well done and super clean.

関空を利用して海外旅行後の後泊で利用。温泉に入って唐揚げとビールを購入しました。日本に帰ってきた実感がわいて、とてもリラックスできました。

温泉はお世辞にも清潔とは言えない環境で、室内にゴキブリがいました。また、水風呂が薬剤で青く染まっているのが気になりました。プールよりも濃い青色で、ちょっと入るのが怖かったです。入れ墨の若者も入浴していました。値段が安かったので、全体的にはまあ満足です。

A very convenient place to rest after arriving in Japan before continuing with a long drive the next day. Parking was easy, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth, even though I have slightly mixed feelings about being welcomed by a reception robot! I was lucky to have a beautiful blue sky, and the sea view from the room & restaurant was amazing. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and having an onsen at the hotel was also really nice and convenient after travelling. Breakfast was quite good overall as well.

The opening hours felt a little restrictive for someone who wants to take things slowly after a long journey. Breakfast finishes at 9:30, so there isn’t much time to sleep in and still enjoy it without rushing; extending it until 10 would be nice. If you arrive towards the end of breakfast, some items can also run low and could perhaps be replenished a little faster. The restaurant also closes relatively early, which made it difficult to fit in both dinner and the onsen after spending the day outside. The other small issue was the air conditioning: it was quite noisy for sleeping, but without it the room quickly became too warm and humid. I eventually found a reasonable balance by using the weakest fan setting and earplugs.

一番よくなかったのは、部屋の匂い、臭い匂いがあり、匂いミストを使っても消えずに、部屋に入るたびに嫌な匂いでした 3時のチェクインでは、40分ほど待たないといけない状況でした、初めはドアの外で非常に暑かったです

Assenza di personale informato, trovati “casualmente” al secondo piano non erano in grado di fornire assistenza. Dichiarano di avere un servizio shuttle dalla loro struttura, ma non è affatto così. La vasca non è di tipo idromassaggio. Su pianta la camera sembra avere un balcone, in realtà è una vetrata. La spa non è aperta a chi ha tatuaggi, pur essendoci solo turisti stranieri, ed essendo Osaka la città più permissiva su questo fronte. Uno dei due copriletto era sporco. In zona non granché da fare, avevo scelto questa struttura solo per la spa (non ho potuto accedervi) e per la navetta (inesistente). Il peggiore di tutti gli alberghi in cui ho soggiornato in Giappone.

Grande chambre comparée aux autres que l’on a fait au Japon. Très bien placé pour prendre un vol tôt le matin. L’accueil par les dinosaures était hilarant. Onsen avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Nous avons adoré.

良くも悪くも簡易的

夕食、朝食とも付けたのですが ３人で宿泊して夕食は焼肉定食の一種類。 子供がお肉が苦手だったので少し困りました。 レストランのメニューに同じ物があったのでわざわざ夕食を付けなくても良かった。 メニューも色々あるので各自好きな物を選ぶのをお勧めします。 ホテルだからプラスアルファが付くのかと深読みしましたが結局のところ何も無かったです。 朝食についても一人約2000円を払って付ける内容では無かったです。 種類が無さすぎて一瞬止まってしまいました。 簡素な朝食メニューでした。

すごくクタクタで帰国したのですが、受付係の恐竜さんにまずびっくり😳　一瞬疲れが吹き飛びました。 そのおかげか宿泊もスムーズに行うことができ、翌朝の温泉では旅の疲れを癒しながら、素晴らしい景色に気持ちの落ち着きを取り戻せました。

せいぜい借りた宿泊衣装を返却するべきなのか、放っておいて良いのかが分からず、あちこち探して結局返却場所が無かったので放って帰ったので、どこかに案内文があればと思ったくらいでしょうか？

コスパも良く温泉もあり立地も良く大満足でした。

サウナ好きの自分には、水風呂がぬるすぎた。コンパクトなサウナながら温度も丁度良かったのに残念でした！

The rooms were specious, the Onsen very comfortable and the distance from the airport unbeatable.

イタリアから帰国した日に宿泊しました。久しぶりに日本語でスタッフの方と普通にやり取りできることが嬉しく、改めて日本に帰ってきたんだと実感しました。久しぶりに食べた和食も、涙が出そうになるほど美味しく感じました。温泉も気持ちよく、長旅の疲れをゆっくり癒すことができました。また、チェックアウト後に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、とても丁寧に対応していただき、本当にありがたかったです。スタッフの方々の温かい対応も含めて、心に残る滞在になりました。

お盆なのに安く宿泊できました ホテル従業員は呼び出さない限り見かけることはなく、無人でしたので気楽でした

ホテル側の駐車場が満車で焦りました。スパ側の駐車場を利用でき、料金もホテル側と同じ価格で安心しましたが、その案内を事前にいただけてたらありがたいです。ルームウェアもズボンだけなぜかなくて、結局お呼び出ししてしまいました。 そこの改善があれば、変なホテルの趣旨が生かされると思いました。

Le personnel est absent, ou incompétent. Aucun renseignement, service inexistant. L’hôtel est coincé entre deux bretelles d’autoroute, le train pour l’aéroport et la baie d’Osaka. N’imaginez pas profiter de l’extérieur

Le restaurant est dans la partie spa et il faut se déchausser et laisser ses chaussures en casier L'accueil a la réception est très "particulière" et ça peut surprendre et en décontenancer beaucoup ! L'entrée de l'hôtel est très discrète alors qu'au nom de l'hôtel on s'attend à quelque chose de plus grandiose

Old hotel rooms with a strange smelll and small bathroom. No shuttle from the airport, so either taxi or train and walk. Personnel is not customer oriented and not supportive. We willl not stay there again.

Nada. Sitio raro, sin buena atención y personal mal educado. Un poco extraño, habitaciones temáticas y dos dinosaurios en la recepción.

No me gustó que no avisaran de que el spa era desnudo, los europeos no estamos acostumbrados y al no poner el nombre típico pensamos que se podía acccedee sin problema. Nos sentimos engañados aparte también pedimos ayuda para pedir un taxi porque íbamos muy cargados y no nos ayudaron nada.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement avec la chambre vue sur mer, ainsi que le onsen. L'accueil par les dinosaures est sympa ! Mais il faut bien s'enregistrer avant de manière à rentrer facilement. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner car notre avion a été avancé.

Le fait qu'il n'existe pas de navette pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Nous avons trouvé les tarifs des taxis excessifs pour le peu de km à faire.

Hotel di lusso con spa, servizio efficiente e puntuale, abbiamo fatto spedire le nostre valigie da Tokyo e le hanno tenute per noi 2 giorni e nel momento del check-in ce le hanno consegnate senza la necessità di chiedere niente, spa vista mare veramente rilassante e ben curata!
