Хороший отель, здесь можно остановиться от дного и более длительный срок. Чисто,хорошая комфортная кровать,персонал вежливый. Есть подземная парковка платная ,клиентам отеля скидка. Расположение хорошее. Куча кафе и ресторанов.

Маловат номер 14 м2 нет шкафа , но место где повесить верхнюю одежду есть.

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Platz für unsere Koffer, außer direkt neben dem Bett (das heißt, man musste drübersteigen, wenn man aus dem Bett stieg). Auch wenige Haken für Kleidung. Für zwei Nächte okay.

Es un hotel moderno con buenas instalaciones y en un barrio con mucha vida y un ambiente alternativo con respecto al centro de Múnich. La ubicación cerca de la estación de Ostbahnhof es excelente.

En general todo estaba muy bien. Eché de menos un poco más de espacio para el lavabo y para la cama, que estaba muy cerca de la pared justo donde la televisión estaba instalada y casi no quedaba espacio para pasar.

The room was noisy, and the AC didn't keep the room cool, and there was very little hanging space for clothes.

Great location, very close to Ostbahnhof. The room was small, but it had everything needed for a short stay. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Местоположение хорошее, большое красивое лобби, есть автомат с нормальной готовой едой, что для Баварии огромный плюс, так как все магазины закрываются в 20:00. Отзывчивый персонал, нам дали бесплатный выезд на 1,5 позже, что очень мило с их стороны.

Очень маленькие номера, нет мини бара, нет даже маленького шкафа, некуда положить вещи ( а мы были даже без чемодана, просто два небольших рюкзака). Дверь в душ полностью прозрачная …. это максимально некомфортно. Матрас на кровати плохой. Парковка. Нам сказали в отеле, что сутки с отдельной скидкой стоит 25 евро, без скидки от отеля - 52 евро. Когда мы пошли оплачивать парковку, там было две опции: от отеля, или просто парковка. Если нажать от отеля - 25 евро, но если нажать просто парковка - 12 евро. Мы заплатили в итоге за сутки 12 евро и всё было нормально… Не очень приятная ситуация.

Kein Duschvorhang oder Wand. Daher das halbe Bad unter Wasser zumal die Bodenfließen nicht das tun was sie sollten. Rostflecken am Boden. Duschkopf war defekt und wurde nach Ankunft moniert aber nicht repariert. Das Zustellbett war eine Platte ohne Matratze und 60 cm breit.

Se encuentra al lado de una de las estaciones de tren más importantes de la ciudad y en un barrio con mucha vida y muchos sitios para comer, ya que es zona de oficinas. Tienes una noria gigante en la puerta del hotel, lo que le encanta a los niños.

El baño es tan moderno que no tiene mamparas. Es todo abierto y resuelta incómoda para ir con niños.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, insbesondere wenn man im Werksviertel zu tun hat. Von der Autobahn in nur 2 Kilometern direkt in die Tiefgarage und dann mit dem Lift ins Hotel. Easy. Der mobile Check in ist am Smartphone hakelig. Die Rezeption ist aber freundlich und erledigt das schnell. Insgesamt ein modernes Hotel mit Sichtbeton, hohen Fenstern und moderner Kunst. Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war winzig - im 5.ten Stock. Zum Schlafen aber ausreichend.

Leider trübte die mangelnde Sauberkeit das Bild. Die Fenster waren verschmiert, die Kopfpolster hatten Flecken und auch die Handtücher waren nicht sauber - zwar frisch gewaschen, aber dennoch mit Flecken. Das Frühstück kann man beim angrenzenden Italiener zubuchen - oder man lässt es besser, denn der Kaffee kommt dann aus der 5 Liter Thermoskanne und wenn man das Glück hat, einen Sitzplatz zu finden, kann man sich Haferflocken oder lieblos geschnittene Salami vom mickrigen Buffet gönnen. Für einen Espresso knöpfen sie dir dann 2 Euro extra ab.

Die Lage

Die Wassertemperatur beim duschen hat sich die ganze Zeit geändert entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt Zimmer war zu klein und in der Dusche war Schimmel und es gab Spinnenweben über dem Bett und uns wurde gesagt das wir ein Getränk aufs Haus bekommen wurde aber nicht weitergegeben

Un po troppo laborioso il check in online a voler trovare un difetto

We selected a room for 3 adults and it was set up perfectly for us. Extra bed was moved in and made, three sets of towel were left in the bathroom. It doesn’t sound so extraordinary but we have visited so many hotels where the room doesn’t leave enough towels for our entire party and we have to wait for an extra bed to be delivered. Especially when we have a late arrival and we are tired, the last thing we want to do is call the front desk and wait some more until items are delivered before we can get ready for bed.

Shower was not enclosed and the bathroom floor got wet. It was possible to slip and fall.

Modern , sauber gute Ausstattung , sogar das Handgel im Bad vom Feinsten Auch war es möglich einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer aufzugießen… Super… alles nur zu empfehlen Nein , die Empfangsdame … am 4. 09.26 die mir Um 19 Uhr 50 wegen eines verschobenen Konzertes um 20 Uhr mit Rat und Tat weiterhelfen konnte , leider habe ich keinen Namen von ihr erhält für Ihre fantastische, sensationelle Hilfe 1000 Punkte ist nicht selbstverständlich… vielen lieben Dank dafür… die sind das Beste überhaupt…

Everything was clean and just fine for a quick stay. Bed was comfortable. Curtains kept all light out. Conveniently nearby bars and restaurants. Conveniently near the train station, easy to find. Street parking was available.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom was quite tiny, not exactly comfortable. Especially tight for two people. Noise from neighboring rooms.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Um das Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars.

Bei uns gab es leider keinen Duschvorhang oder eine Glaswand. So duscht man mitten im Bad und kann es kaum schaffen, dass nicht auch die Toilette und der komplette Boden danach nass sind. Das war etwas schade.

Hotel was near Ostbahnhof station and beside a nice Ferris Wheel. It also provided a kettle which i did not use. The staff was nice enough to allow me to check in slightly earlier when a room was available.

Cleanliness was suspect as the cushions were stained and tables were dusty. The "chair" was not comfortable as it rested beside the window. The shampoo and body wash was a 2-in-1.

Great location close to Munich East Station - situated in a lovely square with the big Ferris Wheel. Small rooms but good design.

Frühstück eines Hotels nicht wert. Frühstück wurde ausgelagert ins Restaurant nebenan. Lauwarmer Kaffee, der Raum zu klein, der Kellner sichtlich überfordert. Meine Empfehlung, spart euch das Frühstück und geht ausserhalb essen!

No se a quien se le ocurriría hacer una ducha tipo hospital, sin mampara y con el mismo suelo del baño... Imposible ducharse decentemente sin que el baño quedará hecho un desastre....

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, schön eingerichtet und sauber.

Leider waren die Hälfte der Steckdosen defekt. Und die Lüftung hat leider gar nicht gekühlt, es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Nachts musste man das Fenster gekippt lassen, um etwas frische Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen, aber dann war es natürlich auch sehr laut wegen der vielen Menschen draußen.

A localização do hotel é muito perto da estação de trem, metro e tram, com varias opções de alimentação para cafe da manhã. O quarto não possuir regulagem própria de temperatura, a mesma depende da central do hotel. Vários dias reclamamos de calor no quarto e me responderam tratar-se de causas ambientais e so há regulagem de temperatura para modo inverno e verão. Sentimos calor a noite, dormindo sem lençol. Nao usamos café da manhã ao lado do hotel por pouca variação . nada demais. Quatro silencioso, bem limpo e bem pequeno.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel für Menschen, die eine stylische Ausstattung zu schätzen wissen. Und die Lage im Werksviertel ist perfekt für Menschen, die sich in einer hippen und angesagten Umgebung wohlfühlen. Die Innenstadt ist problemlos mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, größere gibt es nur mit mehreren Betten - schade! Und leider sind die Matratzen ziemlich weich. Schade ist darüber hinaus, dass es keine Hotelbar gibt, auch wenn man in der Nähe genug Restaurants und Bars findet.

Doccia senza tenda, quando si fa la doccia il bagno praticamente si allaga.

Leider war es sehr laut. Das Festivalgelände ist doch für Familien zu laut und trubelig. Wir hatten auch Probleme mit dem Bad ( es roch sehr nach Kanal). Leider dauerte der Umzug in ein neues Zimmer sehr lange.

I really liked how clean, modern and comfortable the hotel was, and the room felt very well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient, and I also appreciated how quiet and comfortable the room was, especially at night.

There was honestly nothing that bothered me during my stay, because everything worked well and the hotel met my expectations in every important aspect.

Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, nicht geeignet für längere Aufenthalte

Fijne lokatie in hippe, stoere buurt. 5 minuten lopen naar Ostbahnhof vanwaar je in 10 à 15 minuten in hartje centrum München bent. Veel leuke en betaalbare eettentjes in de buurt van het hotel; daar hoef je dus niet per sé het centrum voor in. Voor wie het leuk vindt: er is een reuzenrad voor de deur. Mooi, opgeruimd en modern interieur. Fijn ook dat wc en douche gescheiden zijn!

Bij aankomst was het hotel wat lastig te vinden (werd niet helemaal goed aangegeven op navigatie-apps). Parkeren is weliswaar voordeliger met hotelkorting (alleen geldig in parkeergarage Autosaal!!), maar nog steeds € 25 per dag. Schoonmaakploeg maakt al erg vroeg veel lawaai (soms al vóór 8 uur).

Die Lage war für unser Wochenende perfekt. Das Hotel hat einen cleanen, ästhetischen Look und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war für dein Preis sehr klein, für unser empfinden mit 2 Koffern war es zu wenig Platz. (Kein Blick aufs Riesenrad Zimmer)

Umgebung einfach zu laut..bumm bumm bumm.als ich gegen 05.00 Uhr zum Bahnhof bin immer noch lauter Party. Kein Auge zu gemacht. Die Beton Optik schrecklich. Wäre sonst eigentlich ganz nett. Aber über meinen Kopf, Riesen Fugen nicht verputzt. Hab immer gedacht welches Viehzeug darin wohnt. Für mich, nie wieder.

Fabulous hotel in a trendy area. Room was very comfortable with big window, bench and very clean and modern bathroom. Located 5 min walk to train station with shops nearby. Staff were very welcoming and nice reception area.

Don't be seduced by photos of the big wheel and modern touches of interior design: this is a very basic hotel, maybe two star and certainly no more than three. It has aggressively dynamic pricing - when demand is low or you book early, it can be cheap, but if, like us, you only book a month in advance on a holiday weekend, you'll end up overpaying for a pretty crappy room. Our 'family' room was a small double room with two uncomfortable camp beds squeezed into it. Even the double bed was not comfortable. There is no controllable air con - maybe a central building system but our room was stuffy and hot and we couldn't do anything about it. The bathroom was a bit of a joke: no shower cubicle, so the floor gets soaked when someone takes a shower. Very mediocre, low pressure shower, too. Instant coffee sachets only, no milk. Basically, this place presents itself as a boutique hotel and charges accordingly, but has very basic facilities. For the money, you can do better elsewhere. I regret booking here.

A localização é ótima, um bairro muito tranquilo que foge do grande movimento do centro. O deslocamento para os locais turísticos é muito fácil, pois a estação é ao lado, inclusive voltamos a pé do centro numa caminhada super tranquila. O quarto é confortável. Achei muito interessante o sistema de limpeza facultativo dos quartos, se você recusa a limpeza no dia, ganha uma bebida grátis. Outro ponto bom é que o hall possui máquina de bebidas e snacks com preços bons.

Só não foi nota 10 por 2 razões: a iluminação do quarto era muito fraca, apesar da grande janela (com a cortina aberta se perdia a privacidade, quem está no prédio ao lado pode ver tudo e na rua também, se o quarto for nos andares baixos). O chuveiro ficava oscilando a temperatura da água constantemente. Os quartos também não possuem frigobar, mas não chega a ser um problema porque podem guardar suas compras na geladeira da recepção (se for pouca coisa).

Hotel in stile minimal industrial di gusto. La zona comune è accogliente e c’è un grande distributore di caffè e qualche snack. Parcheggio sotterraneo collegato direttamente con l’ascensore a prezzo scontato molto comodo! Posizione comoda, vicino a tutti i mezzi e a bar e ristoranti. 15 min dal centro.

La camera per 4 è davvero piccola e il quarto letto veramente scomodo. Non ci sono armadi nella stanza, ma solo 4 attaccapanni appesi ad un tubo e in bagno non ci sono appendini o una mensola dove appoggiare le cose. Inoltre in bagno la doccia è tutta aperta. Non è ottimale per le famiglie e per soggiorni lunghi. Promosso invece per single e coppie per brevi soggiorni.

Zimmer zwar ausreichend groß aber es gab relativ wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Und das meint ein alleinreisender Mann mit nur notwendigsten Gepäckstücken.

Posizione vicina alla stazione e alla metropolitana anche se non esattamente a ridosso. Davanti c'è la ruota panoramica e una zona con localini per mangiare e bere. Può essere un buon punto di partenza per girare Monaco di Baviera. Avevamo la camera con vista ruota, molto bella.

Proprio per via delle attività presenti a ridosso dell'hotel, l'unico contro potrebbe essere un po' di rumore proveniente dai locali sottostanti nonostante l'insonorizzazione anche se, dopo una certa ora, tutto tace e si può dormire senza problemi. Se andate a letto presto forse la camera vista ruota, anche se molto fascinosa, meglio evitarla. Se invece andate a letto intorno a mezzanotte nessun problema e vi godrete una vista coinvolgente della ruota

Klein und günstig….. und bekommt auf jeden Fall alles, was man benötigt und hat mit einer Tiefgarage das Auto immer mit dabei. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und alles unkompliziert.
