Breakfast was way overpriced for what was offered. Hotel was also overpriced, not a great value in my opinion and prices dropped more than $150 after I made reservations that were non-refundable. There was also no mini fridge in the room.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Elegimos este hotel por su cercanía a la Isla de los Museos. Y es perfecto porque está a unos 10' andando y desde ahí te puedes ir al centro tranquilamente en menos de 10'. Las habitaciones son amplias y las fotos corresponden a la realidad. Buena limpieza y servicios. Todo correcto.
El desayuno es muy caro y no nos entró dentro del precio de la habitación. Cenamos allí y tb nos pareció caro para lo que tomamos.

Laute Musik (live Konzert) bis 24.00 in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Schlafen bis zum Ende des Konzertes inmöglich. Keine Infos über das anstehende Rockkonzert beim Check In. Keine Möglichkeit Ohrstöpsel im Hotel zu beziehen.

Abgelebte Ausstattung und mangelnde Sauberkeit. Für 200,-€ pro Nacht erwarte ich zumindest gereinigte Zimmer. An der Decke im Bad (!) klebten ein gutes Dutzend schwarze, lange Haare - meine waren es nicht, ich trage Glatze. Der Gang durch den Flur zum Zimmer bedarf einer Kernsanierung, beschädigte Türzargen und Wände und muffige Teppiche wohin man schaut. Alles in allem wirkt das Hotel - leider auch von außen - sehr abgelebt. Holiday Inn ist keine Premium - Kette, allerdings erwarte ich bei solcherlei Preisen auch von einer Ketter wie dieser zumindest einen gewissen Grundstandart.

The staff is very nice, and the lobby has a great bar that stays open late with a good atmosphere. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, and the hotel has a good gym. The location isn't the most central, but it's very close. The area is safe and convenient—there is a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby, and the train station is connected directly to the hotel through a shopping center (just two stations away from Marienplatz).

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Awesome place to stay in Munich. Close to the city centre and well connected by all forms of public transport. Deutches meuseum is a 5 min walk away and Marienplatz is 20mins walk. Many restaruants offering all sorts of cuisine nearby and there are 2 supermarkets as well roght outside the hotel. I would choose this over Marienplatz everytime i am in Munich.
The hotel breakfast per person was quite expensive.

Im Frühstück-Saal war immer irgendwie Tumult, es war immer voll und die Tische kleben.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L’hotel si trova immediatamente fuori dal centro storico della città, in una posizione comoda sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi sia per raggiungere l’hotel in macchina. La colazione è decisamente variegata e abbondante, sopra la media. Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti e nuove. Quanto al parcheggio, nel sotterraneo dell’hotel ce n’è uno pubblico che si paga separatamente e che è facilmente raggiungibile direttamente dall’hotel con l’ascensore.
Nulla da segnalare, se non il fatto che il parcheggio è un po’ caro, sarebbe auspicabile una convenzione per i clienti dell’hotel

Cuando estábamos en el restaurante vimos un ratón grande correr por todas las instalaciones, cuando nos quejamos la mesera actuó como si fuera algo por completo normal y nos ofreció dos botellas de agua por el "inconveniente", cuando mencionamos nuestra molestia e inconformidad con la situación se nos "sugirió" irnos mejor a la habitación. Nunca más se nos dijo nada más al respecto. A pesar de que el Hotel en general lo llegamos a sentir bueno, el tema del ratón corriendo por donde las personas comen y descansan, en un hotel de este calibre es inaceptable, aspecto que no sentimos compartido con el personal del hotel. No recomendamos el hotel, no solo por la falta de estándares de higiene que en nuestra opinión refleja el ratón, pero también por la falta de atención ante la molestia de los huéspedes en situaciones de este tipo.

Das gebuchte Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett mit einer Breite von circa 140/150 cm. Etwas schmal für zwei Erwachsene, dürfte eher für ein Einzelzimmer gedacht sein. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie doch etwas einseitig.

Het is wel erg massaal en druk. Maar dat is uiterlijk persoonlijk wat je prettig vind.

No es cálido, sólo funcional. Aunque indica tener parking, no es cierto, es un parking de pago, y no hay reducción para clientes. Sin 25€ al día. Desayuno carísimo, 31€ por persona. Obligando a desayunar fuera.

I was highly satisfied with everything during my visit.I would like to express my sincere gratitude especially to Pelin, our wonderful Turkish staff member who is Konyalı. Her polite attitude, professional help, and high efficiency made a great impression.I also want to thank her colleague working in the exact same team, the gentleman with the beard, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember (my apologies!). He was also very kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you both for your great teamwork and excellent hospitality. Such professional employees are a true asset to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro della città. La colazione eccezionale! Non mancava nulla. La vera colazione INTERNAZIONALE. La stanza spaziosa e di recente design. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
Il fatto che mancava il minifrigo in camera. E che la struttura non ha un parcheggio riservato ma è collegata al garage del centro commerciale direttamente con l'ascensore del hotel. Non c'è una tariffa avvantaggiata per gli ospiti del hotel.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La posizione è comoda e sotto l'edificio c'è un grande parcheggio, non economico ma molto comodo. Nello stesso stabile ci sono anche supermercati nel caso se ne abbia la necessità
La pulizia non è perfetta. È sicuramente meglio di molti altri hotel ma abbiamo trovato qualche pelo e un paio di asciugamani puliti ma macchiati.

L'hotel è direttamente collegato con ascensore alla fermata metro Rosenheimer Platz passando dentro un piccolo centro commerciale (comodo il supermercato Aldi sotto).Intorno diversi ristoranti anche 2 pizzerie buone. La camera molto grande e il bagno con doccia molto comodo. La colazione ottima e varia ma ovviamente predilige il salato. Il cuoco prepara le uova al momento ma se volete esagerare ci sono salsicce e polpette😂Comunque ci sono i croissant e diversi tipi di pane, marmellate, yogurt fresco e il dispenser elettronico di Nutella 😍. Il cappuccino è buono con macchina FRANKE e anche i succhi di frutta ACE, Arancia e Pompelmo. Lo consiglio per un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Lo staff al check in non informa che l'ascensore sale al piano solo se poggi la scheda della camera.. se non ce l'avesse fatto vedere un ragazzo che è salito con noi stavamo ancora lì. Poi noi lo abbiamo detto a nostra volta ad altri ospiti..

Hanno accettato la nostra richiesta di avere un mini frigo in camera e , all’arrivo, per nostra figlia ci hanno offerto un letto singolo anziché un divano letto. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotto all’hotel. Buona la posizione della struttura: con una decina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge Marienplatz. La colazione è ricca, varia e internazionale, pensata per soddisfare le esigenze e i gusti di ospiti di ogni provenienza.
La camera potrebbe essere pulita più accuratamente.
