Google maps indications are poor. Hotel address was difficult to find. For the breakfast, one needs to like Japanese style: More continental options would be really welcome!

L' albergo non si trova in una posizione isolata ma all' interno di un quartiere molto vivo, questo ci ha consentito di goderci appieno anche l'ultima serata. C'è un servizio gratuito di trasferimento verso l'aeroporto e un' ottima colazione!

Reviewed Aug 13, 202624時間無料で飲み物が飲めます。そこでコップに入れて部屋に持っていけばよいし、レンジも使えます。これは、なかなか便利だと思います。 あと、朝ごはんの時間が早いのが助かりました。空港までも朝1の飛行機に間に合うように送ってもらえて助かりました。
特には。お風呂とかすごく豪華というわけではないけれど、遊びまわって数時間寝て、次の日朝早く出る予定だったので充分でしたし。

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Leuk hotel vlakbij Haneda airport. Ideaal was de luchthaven shuttle, het vroege en zeer uitgebreide ontbijt etc. Aan alles was gedacht. Koffers konden eerder gebracht worden en werden naar je kamer gebracht. Op een kwartiertje van het vliegveld.
Wel wat verouderde kamers maar brand schoon.

無料送迎のバスは定員が少なく早めの予約が必要。空港からホテルへの送迎サービスがあればさらに便利。

Innanzi tutto il servizio navetta non è sempre compreso e gratuito: hanno in dotazione un mezzo da 8 posti che parte ogni ora per tutti gli ospiti dell'albergo. 2 giorni prima chiamiamo per prenotare navetta ed era completa. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato due stanze doppie. Abbiamo trovato una singola con lettino strettissimo ed una doppia. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Nessuna insonorizzazione anche minima. Colazione dignitosa.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The hotel is not far from many amenities, such as a main shopping street and a shotengai. The staff were good and prepared my room an hour early, which was really appreciated! The free breakfast, amenities and lounge were very nice. The WiFi worked and the room had USB outlets as well as traditional power sockets. The chair had a back, which appears to be the exception and not the rule.
My main complaint was temporary luggage storage. When I arrived early I had hoped to leave my backpack with the hotel while I went out. Unfortunately the proposal was to store the backpack on a luggage rack in the lobby right at the entrance (which is of course publicly accessible) to which the staff do not have clear line of sight. There was no alternative solution. I found the hotel difficult to find even with Google Maps (or perhaps because of). It is located by the river through a confusing series of backstreets. The pillow wasn't especially comfortable.

Бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт Ханеда (с 5 до 10 утра каждый час) Рядом две станции, магазины, торговые центры. Продуктовый супермаркет на станции. Район не туристический, жилой. Идеальный бюджетный вариант для проживания во время поездки в Токио, или просто перед вылетом из аэропорта Ханеда

Reviewed May 12, 2026Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel avec ma sœur. L’accueil a été parfait. Les réceptionnistes, ainsi que l’équipe du petit déjeuner et bien sûr le monsieur qui nous a conduit à l’aéroport de Haneda, un grand merci pour tout. J’ai eu les larmes aux yeux de quitter votre magnifique pays. La chambre est spacieuse et composé de deux lits jumeaux. Nous avons bénéficié d’un frigo, de chaussons, de pyjamas. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Ma sœur a pris du riz du saumon et des légumes. J’ai opté pour des toasts beurre et confiture. Nous avons apprécié que l’hôtel propose un service de navette gratuite jusqu’à l’aéroport. Un grand merci également d’avoir chargé et déchargé nos valises de la voiture. +le personnel et son amabilité, le petit déjeuner, la navette, le côté spacieux de la chambre, la station Kamata est proche de l’hôtel, le quartier est dynamique, l’aéroport Haneda est assez proche c’est un stress en moins pour le retour
-on est un peu loin du centre ville (Shibuya, Shinjuku…) notre chambre était juste au dessus de l’espace fumeur il a été compliqué d’aérer la chambre, le matelas est assez rigide

Vinimos hace dos años y aunque apartado del centro era economico. Ahora es caro (70-80€ la noche) y ademas todo lo que pides es NO: pedimos ayuda de si podian llamar a un restaurante para anular una reserva porque no teniamos número Japonés y nos dijeron que NO. Les pedimos si podian ir a buscarnos a Haneda y nos dijeron NO (antes lo hacian, dicen que ahora solo te devuelven...es absurdo)...muy decepcionados.

In a good location with food, shops and a train station into central Tokyo. Staff were so friendly too and the airport shuttle was a bonus! The free breakfast was delicious too and start at 4:30am, meaning we could grab breakfast before our flight.
I cannot fault this place.

Le personel le soir du 20 mars 2026 a 21h00 Le panneau Yamato est visible à l entrée de l hôtel . Mais le réceptionniste a refusé de m aider à remplir le volet pour l envoi de ma valise . En plus je ne parle pas japonais et il insiste que j écris en japonais . Au bout de 10 mn il a accepté de m aider . Lorsque je voulais payer les frais d envoi il mais a fait un geste comme quoi demerdez vous avec le prochain hôtel . Il a créé un problème à cet hôtel qui doit résoudre ce problème à sa place . Et ça fait que depuis 21 au 23 soit 3 jours je n ai pas reçu ma valise . Il faut donner les instructions claires et précises à ce réceptionniste de ne pas faire du n importe quoi vis à vis de la clientèle..
