Super lokalizacja, pokoje przestronne I czystutkie. Pszecudowny widok ba tarasie z basenem. Personel mega i śniadanko smakowite. Mega polecam. Byliśmy już drugi raz w tym hotelu.

Rooftop bar and pool is awesome. Lots of seating. Location is out of town a bit but great, lots of restaurants close, and close to the beach.

The exceptional staff who were all friendly and and helpful. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of items to accommodate different types of dietary needs.

TV menu wasn't set to chose language. It would have been nice to have an iron in the room.

Hotel je blízko metra i autobusu. Do centra je to pár stanic. Za 10 minut jsme byli pěšky na pláži. Hotel má krásnou terasu s bazénem, který jsme bohužel nestihli využít. Super snídaně.

An upgraded lovely room with a sea view was a nice welcome gift for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool terrace was amazing. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and it was quite sufficient.

The bottom of the pool needs to be cleaned much better, and the glass of the pool terrace facing the view should be wiped down.

The staff. Very firendly and extremely helpful.

Not a critucism, but I would have enjoyed a coffee maker or at least some instant coffee in the room.

Kahvaltı şahaneydi, beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Biz oteli kahvaltısız satın almış, şehirde farklı yerlerde kahvaltı yaparak deneyimleriz diye düşünmüştük. Ancak birkaç gün dışarıda kahvaltı sonrası otelde kahvaltı yapınca yaptığımız en doyurucu kahvaltının otelde yaptığımız olduğuna karar verip, otelde kahvaltı etmeye devam ettik.Otelde oda tertemiz, personel yardımsever, ve oldukça sempatikti. Ayrıca havuzda son derece keyifliydi. Terasdan Sagradafamilia manzarası gündüz ve gece ayrı güzeldi.

Loved the pool, location, and great breakfast. Overall a nice stay!

I only had bottled water replaced in my room twice over a 5 night stay, and dirty glasses left twice. I found long hairs on my clean bath towels daily (hairnet maybe a good idea?), and no coffee or even a kettle in the rooms to make my own.

The hotel is close to Bogatell beach and Rambla del Poblenou which makes the location appealing. The room, reception and facilities appeared to be of high standards, and the hotel had more to offer: open air pool, terrace with views and a good restaurant.

Could not sleep of heat. I was feeling like in a microwave in bed, because of thick, not breathable bed sheets. Even cover off was still hot from back. Thinner cotton sheets are the only option for beach season, as the body accumulates heat after sunbathing and needs to cool off during the night. Thick unbreakable sheets lock the heat and make it utmost uncomfortable to sleep.

The pool area is nice, a little busy but they provide towels for guest use, which is nice. The room is okay. Regular hotel room. Nice TV and mini fridge. Bathroom is decent size.

I requested a late checkout, reception told me they couldn't help on that day that I had to return on the morning of the checkout day. 8am and they gave me 1h extra, hardly a late checkout but understandable, I guess as it was fully booked apparently. The restaurant is closed for lunch even though it says it's open when you check in.

The location was perfect. Poblenou is lovely, quiet, but close to everything. The beach is 8 minutes walk, nice restaurants are a stones through away.

I always stay in this hotel when I come to Barcelona, obviously because I love it and also the location is great, the staff is very professional and nice and its perfectly clean.

The only minus this time was that I didn't had the nice view but other than that it was all perfect.

De perfecte ligging dichtbij de ramblas en het strand. Openbaar vervoer op 5 minuten lopen. Rooftop pool en bar waren klein maar met een prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt was top.

Terrazzo panoramico con bar e piscina a sfioro. Molteplici servizi, anche gratuiti. Staff preparato e molto disponibile.

Oltre ad alcuni dettagli nell'estetica, bisognerebbe curare di più la pulizia: asciugamani, lenzuola, coperte non abbastanza pulite, pavimento. Rapporto qualità prezzo non molto proporzionato in base alle alte aspettative.

Everything was great. Service was attentive, room clean and comfortable. We've been provided with kettle and tea in our room upon request, and since it was a rainy day, the receptionist gave us an umbrella—which was a huge help and kept us dry during our walking tour☺️ Terrace view is really beautiful and we're thankful that we can leave bags after checking out as we had evening flight home.

One thing which was a bit uncomfortable is a shower door. It doesn't matter how careful you are, it's always a puddle on the floor.

Sve je bilo odlično od početka do kraja. Hotel je veoma moderan, čist i prijatan, a soba udobna i lepo uređena. Lokacija je odlična, mirniji deo grada, ali sa veoma dobrim vezama do centra i glavnih atrakcija Barselone. Doručak je bio raznovrstan, svež i veoma ukusan, sa odličnim izborom za početak dana. Posebno bih pohvalio osoblje, koje je tokom celog boravka bilo ljubazno, profesionalno i spremno da pomogne. Ceo hotel ostavlja veoma prijatan utisak, a rooftop i pogled su dodatni bonus koji ostavlja bez daha jer je pogled 360 stepeni na sve atrakcije Barselone, dostupan svima i jako prijatan uveče uz bar koji se nalazi gore. Klima je radila perfektno. Već sam rezervisao i naredni boravak u Acta Voraport i definitivno ga preporučujem svima koji dolaze u Barselonu. 10/10!

U udarnim terminima se malo duže čeka lift - zanemarljivo. Perla je uvek dobrodošla u sobama.

The room was highly priced, with no basic facility like water kettle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooftop swimming pool is absolutely wonderful, especially in warm weather, and the 360-degree view over Barcelona is beautiful. There is a metro station right outside the hotel, and it takes only about 7 minutes to reach the city center, including Plaça de Catalunya and the beginning of La Rambla. The hotel also offers convenient luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. This hotel is a real gem, and I would happily stay here again!

Voor service en gezelligheid zou ik eerder in de buurt een drankje doen, in plaats van op het dakterras.

Современный отель с классной атмосферой. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Стильный дизайн. Вкусный завтрак. Терраса на крыше с великолепным видом. Чистота в номере. Отдельное спасибо за возможность оставить багаж на целый день в шкафчиках с замками. Прямо на месте можно купить экскурсии или билеты на туристический автобус. Хорошее расположение. Однозначно рекомендую!

Единственный минус - это моменты с медленным столом воды в душе. Но при этом нет никакого неприятного запаха.

La propreté de l’hôtel est irréprochable. La piscine est un véritable atout, très agréable pour se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent, avec un choix varié et de qualité.

Assez déçue par le personnel, notamment à la réception. Nous avons posé plusieurs questions durant notre séjour, notamment pour obtenir des renseignements ou des conseils, et l’accueil n’a malheureusement jamais été très sympathique. Nous avons également dû réclamer à plusieurs reprises une brosse WC, absente de la chambre à notre arrivée. Malgré deux demandes, nous ne l’avons finalement reçue que le dernier jour. Dommage, car cela contraste avec la très bonne qualité de l’hôtel.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ma chambre et le petit déjeuner était nutritif. La piscine est géniale avec une belle vue. Le seul problème pour moi etait l'emplacement surtout que j'était seule

War nah an einer belebten Straße mit Cafes und Restaurants gelegen, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Nur 10min vom Strand entfernt, Supermärkte gab es auch direkt um die Ecke. Also absolut solide Lage. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem, Zimmer hatte alles nötige.

Der Reinigungsservice kam leider nicht verlässlich an jedem Tag und hat aus Versehen ein Kleidungsstück mit in die Wäsche genommen, was ich (bisher) nicht mehr zurück erhalten habe.

The hotel is near the beach, but the metro connection makes it also good for quick city center visits. The pool is not too big, but still offers a lovely view and a but more privacy compared to the beach. The staff was helpful and the hotel is overall clean and looks new.

The rooms are a bit small. For two people with luggage it gets a little bit claustrophobic. For the price, a bit bigger rooms would be expected.

The staff was very helpful, I lost my phone, and they did everything possible to help me recovering it. They also gave me options of where to buy clothes because the airline lost my suitcase. Was a nightmare trip, but the staff made it definitely better.

The warm options as breakfast were not even lukewarm was very cold. I do enjoy my warm meals to be very hot, perhaps for other people is not a big issue. The pool is very small but comfy.

Pyszne śniadania, przepiękny widok z okna, blisko plaży, blisko do atrakcji turystycznych, jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone z pobytu w hotelu. Taras z basenem na 15 pietrze to idealne miejsce do odpoczynku w dzień i wieczorem. Polecam!!!

Prima hotel, fijne, schone kamer met comfortabele bedden en een goed werkende airco. Ontbijt was prima er was genoeg keuze. Personeel was behulpzaam.

De zonneweide bij het zwembad was helemaal van kunstgras. Het was wel prettig geweest als daar ligbedden met parasols hadden gestaan. Bij het zitgedeelte achter het zwembad moest gevraagd worden om het zeildoek open te maken om in de schaduw te kunnen zitten, daar kan het personeel zelf ook wel beter op letten. Het lag niet aan de te harde wind dat het doek dicht was.

The view from my window was of the Sagrada Família. It exceeded all my expectations. Overall, the location is very convenient. It was very clean; they changed the sheets and towels every day. They also provided water. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I could open the window to let in some fresh air. Before check-in and after check-out, they let you leave your bags in the storage room with lockers, which is very convenient. There’s a really cool bar on the rooftop, along with a pool and lounge chairs.

Comfy beds and location. The room was isolated and we couldn't hear noises. The air con worked perfectly as well and room wasn't too hot or too cold. Good breakfast selection, although it wasn't included. Excellent service from reception to staff working on the breakfast.

It would have been handy to have a kettle in the room

La habitacion muy comoda y con aire acondicionado ( ideal para estas temperaturas de verano ) como asi la ventaja de poder contar con una mini heladera y con respecto al el desayuno, lo definiria con una sola palabra "Espectacular", como tambien la piscina lo que mas nos gustó, con una vista inmejorable al mar y la terraza con vista a la Sagrada Familia

Main administrator who upgraded the room and made early check in

The breakfast was very basic and the pool too small for the size of the hotel. However the front desk team was very helpful and pleasant. The lockers to store your luggage upon arrival is a great idea.

Na snídani široký výběr jídel i nápojů. K dispozici bylo několik druhů melounu, ananas, různé druhy kávy, donuty, čerstvé pečivo a výběr sýrů, takže si mohl vybrat opravdu každý. Hotel je kousek od příjemné pláže i od metra.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. It’s conveniently located, with a beach nearby, a beautiful terrace overlooking the city and the pool, and a delicious breakfast. I’d especially like to mention the politeness and responsiveness of the staff. They helped us with renting bicycles, booking, and purchasing tickets for a football match. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.

The hygiene products in the room were highly diluted.

The only negative was that we wanted to go up on the rooftop terrace to take pictures at 8 am and it was closed, I think for a yoga class.

Non centralissimo ma abbastanza vicino alla metro, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, piscina sul tetto a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti gratuitamente e corsi di yoga gratuiti la mattina.

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, proche de la mer, proche du métro, très proche de restaurants. La piscine sur le toit et la terrasse sur le toit.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un peu plus à l’hôtel pour grignoter un bout le soir.

It was clean, safe and easily approachable by bus or train. The hotel offered free yoga classes which we took and it was perfect.

We were waiting for the elevator quite some time which made things not comfortable.
