Stuff was very friendly, the hotel and room were modern and clean. We loved the lemon water at the front desk. Our little girl got a little present at the check-in.

Homeless people behind the hotel. We heard every steps from the other rooms. The food what we ordered to the room tasted terrible (especially the pizza).

Les points positifs : Restauration : Petit-déjeuner copieux, avec une mention spéciale pour les viennoiseries d'excellente qualité. Propreté et service : Bonne propreté de l'hôtel, des chambres et accueil correct du personnel. Environnement : Quartier initialement très calme.

Les points très négatifs : Insonorisation inexistante : Un environnement extrêmement bruyant qui gâche totalement le séjour. L'isolation est à revoir d'urgence (bruits extérieurs constants et chambres voisines beaucoup trop audibles). Impossible de se reposer correctement. Services / Piscine : Fermeture de la piscine dès 20h00 le dimanche, jour même de l'arrivée, et fermeture annoncée du 14 septembre jusqu'en avril... mentionnée nulle part ! C'est inadmissible et très décevant quand la présence d'une piscine est un critère de choix principal. Restauration (Coup de gueule) : Salade César complètement insipide, avec du poulet cuit et recuit, et des croûtons gorgés d'huile "à la puissance mille". Bilan : Choisir cet hôtel principalement pour sa piscine, pour découvrir une fermeture non signalée et un accès restreint dès l'arrivée, relève du désastre. Ajouté à cela un sommeil perturbé par une insonorisation inexistante et une restauration ratée, malgré le calme du quartier et la propreté, je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

A localização para quem prefere mais praia e um pouco longe do centro turístico é excelente. La Rambla El Ploneou é mto perto e tem mta opções de bares e restaurantes. A estrutura do quarto é boa, com ótima cama e chuveiro.

Atendimento mto frio e limpeza não adequada. Poderia ter um atendimento mais personalizado e melhorar a limpeza dos quartos. O bar da piscina não funciona.

Que l hôtel ferme depuis dimanche la piscine. Il faisait très beau et nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car c est la politique de cet hôtel. A mon avis il pourrait fermer la piscine à la fin du mois de septembre et non le 13 septembre.

Нам сподобалися гнучкість рецепції, готовність спілкуватися двома мовами, смачний сніданок, тиша в номері, а також чистота в номері. Також все нове, стильне, і охайне. Приємно перебувати в номері. Також є доволі просторий паркінг (підземний), тому за авто можна не хвилюватися. А в день виїзду ми залишили авто навіть на декілька годин пізніше, ніж сам виїзд, за що окреме дякую персоналу.

Немає нічого критичного — все насправді на висоті. Хоча мати можливість повністю закрити душову було б не зайвим

We had a bit of a hiccup, first room AC wasn’t working, second room similar which affected the first night. However the manager & staff promptly amended this the next morning with an upgraded room free of charge

Modern facility. Spacious and superbly designed room. Perfect bed.

The whole elevator system is way under designed and wait up to 15 minutes to reach a desired floor!

It’s a very comfortable hotel, good for work trips (purpose of my stay), there’s a really big desk and a comfy desk chair. Staff are nice and friendly. Receptionists speak good English.

The gym is very basic. Breakfast options are good, but maybe it’s just me, I just didn’t like the cold meat very much. Also, the blind in my room looked a little dirty.

Reception staffs were efficient and friendly. They provided all right information and arranged our taxis for all of our boat and land trips. Overall we enjoyed Barcelona very well. Breakfast varieties made us feel good as well.

In spite of Rambala nearby, finding good vegetarian restaurants was a problem but we managed.

Location, modern and new rooms

Bed and pillow quality. They were so uncomfortable

Lokalizacja może być. Blisko do metra. W okolicy sklepiki, a dwie przecznice dalej pasaż kawiarni i butików. Dobra klimatyzacja, łatwo nią sterować. Można też otworzyć okno, żeby wywietrzyć pokój. Codziennie sprzątają i wymieniają ręczniki.

Śniadania monotonne. Codziennie to samo. Nudzi się, gdy spędza się tam cały tydzień. WiFi słabe. Brak żelazka w pokoju utrudnia podróż służbową. Brak szafy na schowanie ubrań, wszystko na otwartych półkach i wieszakach. Brak drzwi w łazience sprawiał, że słyszalne były dźwięki z kanalizacji z innych pokoi.

Die Lage ist wirklich Top, 15 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Es liegt in einem Viertel mit Restaurant und Shops sehr cool mit toller Atmosphäre!

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage in Strandnähe und das ordentliche Frühstück. Kritikpunkte: * Falsche Wegbeschreibung: An der Rezeption wurden wir bezüglich der Parkhauseinfahrt falsch eingewiesen. Beim anschließenden Wenden habe ich mir eine Felge beschädigt. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich selbst für den Schaden verantwortlich bin. Allerdings wäre es vermutlich nicht dazu gekommen, wenn wir aufgrund der falschen Wegbeschreibung nicht hätten wenden müssen. * Fahrstühle: Die Fahrstühle waren häufig defekt und für die Größe des Hotels nicht ausreichend. * Klimaanlage: Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass ein Servicemitarbeiter gerufen werden musste. * Service: Insgesamt empfanden wir das Personal als wenig freundlich. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns nicht überzeugt. Trotz der guten Lage würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien décorées. Le nettoyage et rangement est aléatoire. Un jour très bien, un jour discutable (Lors de mon arrivée dans la chambre le premier jour, une des serviettes était sale avec des poils noirs. J’ai de suite demandé à une des femmes de ménage de me la changer, ce qu’elle a fait immédiatement). Parfois on reçoit une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, mais pas tous les jours. Le personnel est agréable et arrangeant pour la plupart du temps. Petit plus pour le barman très serviable et sympathique.

Il fait très froid dans les chambres et l’hôtel en général avec la climatisation et malgré ma demande, lors du nettoyage de la chambre, ils allumaient la climatisation tous les jours. J’ai demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un peignoir vu que j’avais très froid (et la douche ouverte sur la chambre) la réponse à été négative, dommage pour un hôtel de cette gamme et j’étais prête à payer une location pour le peignoir.

The soundproofing is a real issue. We asked to change rooms but you can genuinely so much noise from other rooms. That’s an architectural problem.

The interconnecting rooms worked great for our family, however it was hard to keep the connecting doors open as these types of rooms were very small. The location was great, it was a 10 minute walk to the beach, there was a taxi area outside the hotel, there were some resturants right opposite, we went to the mexican and the sushi place right next to the hotel and both were great (especially the sushi one) The pool area was great, we would explore in the mornings and come back for a swim with the kids in the afternoon. For a family break away this hotel was great for us.

size of room was quite small, we could see other rooms that were being clean and they were a much better size, but we needed the interconnecting rooms so it was our only choice. And the doors connecting the rooms were very heavy (fire doors I assume) but this made it hard to keep them open and we had children next door, and if the doors closed they could only be opened one way.

Skvělý 4* hotel. Laskavý personál, bohaté snídaně, skvělé pokoje, 10 min na pláž, 5 min na metro. V okolí dostatek obchodů i restaurací. 4 patro s posezením, bazénem a vybavenou fitness místností.

Na výtahy se krapet čekalo. Bazén na střeše mohl být teplejší. Na straně k Voraportu bylo při otevřeném okně v noci extrémně slyšet dole si povídající opilce/hosty.

Nowoczesny hotel z przestronnymi przestrzeniami, pokój był komfortowy a obsługa miła i profesjonalna. Basen na dachu odpowiednich rozmiarów przez co nie było ścisku. Super lokalizacja, poblenou to dzielnica która ma dużo do zaoferowania, w tym bliskość plaży i jest przy tym dobrze skomunikowana.

Poduszki mogłyby być bardziej wygodne, np. z pierzu bądź puchu bo obecne z materiałów syntetycznych są dość twarde. Bar na basenie był otwarty tylko w weekend.

Prachtig hotel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Erg centraal gelegen. Dichtbij het strand. Dichtbij een Westfield Mall. Met de metro is alles goed bereikbaar maar ook met de Uber is het betaalbaar. Het ontbijt is fantastisch en alles is vers.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a relatively quiet area of Barcelona. A lot of nice bars, restaurants and shops in the area, and the Centre can be reached in 15 minutes with metro L4 . Beach also quite close. Nice and relaxing outside pool on the 4th floor.

Very friendly staff, clean property and well appointed … loved the location as it was walking distance to most sites we were interested in.

Great reception desk staff, amazing breakfast, great location! We enjoyed the roof top pool and the coffeemaker in the room. Great coffee selection both in the room and at the breakfast area. Everyone was super friendly - at the reception, at the pool bar and the downstairs bar. We truly felt welcomed.

The soap dispensers in the shower need another method of being hooked to the wall - ours kept falling off.

Everything. 1) This hotel location is just perfect if you look for cosy quiet sleep away from the Barcelona’s nightlife. Paxton is located in Poblenou, a comfortable lovely area with good infrastructure and has two metro stations in a 5-7 min walking distance. 2) Good breakfasts. A bit overpriced but solid choice of food and drinks. 3) Lovely cosy rooms with enough space for a family with several suitcases. Two minor things to note: a) there is no lock on a bathroom and toilet door; and b) lightning in the room is effectively common for the whole space, so you will lack privacy if someone needs to sleep while the others are still on their feet. 4) The hotel staff is just fantastic. One of the best and most professional teams I met in my journeys. Reception is 100% helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the delayed luggage and they kept helping with it until it was solved. All our requests were managed timely with no delay. Room service is excellent. This is an absoluty perfect match of value for your money.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach mit Bar macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Viele Bars und Restaurants liegen in der nächsten Querstraße! Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Sagrada Familia ist ca.30 Min zu Fuß entfernt.

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße. Deshalb war es etwas lauter! Die AC hatte eine Nachtabschaltung. Das Angebot an Speisen in der Hotelbar könnte besser sein!

Konumu merkeze uzak , havuz çok küçük , çalışanlar 01.00 de su verirken bile bu saatte servisin kapalı olduğunu belirtip suyu verdiler. Ayrıca yataktan saç çıktı bu hiç hoş değildi ve tuvaletin kapısının kapanmaması rahatsız ediciydi.

Nada ! Las habitaciones no están insonorizada, escuchas todo lo que se encuentra en las habitaciones de al lado, estuvimos solo una noche y solo hemos dormido 3 horas, el resto de tiempo solo escuchabas los ruidos de las demás habitaciones.

El hotel no maneja las situaciones como es debido, si hay ruido. Ellos simplemente te dicen que están overbooking y que tienes que dormir con el ruido.

El desayuno, poca oferta. Estuvimos en hoteles algo mas baratos en barcelona y con bastnte mejor servicio. Nos dijeron que el babycot era sujeto a disponibilidad porque se da al que llega primero. En el mismo dia, nos dijeron que no estbaa disponible, pero en la misma conversacion nos dijeron que estaban esperando a que llegue otra reserva, y depende de que ellos lleguen o no para que nos den el baby cot. Por lo tanto, por algun motivo Sí se lo reservaron a otras personas en lugar de dárnoslo a nosotros que llegaron primero. Decepcionante.

Le jour de notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Il y avait du sable sur la chaise de bureau ainsi qu’au sol. Le sol était très sale. Manque de serviette dans les chambres. Les femmes de ménage étaient adorables.

Bra läge: ligger i Poblenou, en stadsdel med trendiga caféer och tapasbarer kring gågatan Rambla de Poblenou. Nära till stranden och tunnelbana/ busstopp. Bra frukost och isvatten + godis vid det luftkonditionerade foajén är ett plus när utomhustemperaturen är hög. Rymliga rum och bra sängar! Bra märkeshygienprodukter gör att rummet doftar alltid ljuvligt!

Att badrummet är så öppet mot övriga delar av rummet. Även toalett går det inte att stänga in och är lyhörd. Svårt att vara privat! Ganska dyr vistelse!

Dear Paxton Barcelona Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the way my family and I were treated during our check-in at Paxton Barcelona. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude was very unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She's name (meri )we did not receive the welcoming and respectful service that I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I was asked to pay an additional €70 per night for my three-year-old daughter, as well as an additional charge for a baby/extra bed. I explained that we did not need a bed because my daughter would simply sleep next to me, but this was not accepted. I eventually agreed to the additional arrangement. I was then told that the hotel was fully booked and that we would have to wait until 3:00 PM for our room, even though it was still before the official check-in time. However, I could clearly see that there were many rooms available, which made the explanation particularly disappointing. I understand that hotels have check-in policies and procedures, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessary and lacked professionalism and hospitality. I am not complaining simply because I had to wait for the room. My main concern is the attitude and the way we were treated as guests, especially considering that we were travelling with a young child. Even today when I chk out I ask her to make late chk out at least 1 hour she said I will charge you if you late after 12 I really had very bad experiences from these hotel because of her and she destroy my vacation. I kindly ask the management to review this situation and take the necessary action to ensure that other guests do not have a similar experience. I look forward to receiving your response.

Friendly staff and clean facility

Thin walls could hear neighbors

Goede airconditioning, deftige kamers en badkamer, goede handdoeken, elke dag netjes en versie koffie en water op de kamer. Goede WiFi. Metro dichtbij (L4 Llacuna) en je staat snel op verschillende bestemmingen in Barcelona.

Erg lawaaierig op de gang, slechte geluidsisolatie van de kamers. Zeker in het weekend erg luide hotelgasten (feestend op de kamer?). Kamerdeuren vallen erg hard dicht met een klap. Housekeeping personeel gebruikt erg luide stofzuigers. Hotelmanagement gecontacteerd via booking app, maar heeft niet gereageerd op onze klacht. Diner opties beperkt: lekker, maar kleine porties, zeker voor de prijs. Wat toeristische tips en info op de kamer zou ook niet mogen ontbreken.

The hotel was clean, modern and well equipped. It was also well priced.

Every single member of staff was polite and friendly apartt from the reception guy who treated me like he was doing me a favour checking me in.

It was very annoying having so many people smoking cigarretes all the time at the pool area, could not enjoy the pool area because of that.
