The property is nestled away in a quieter road down the main Street. Best thing was hospitality, food quality and the upper deck/ terrace which gives stunning views of the valley and at night... twinkling stars and city lights can be seen. One can have coffee/ drinks and even dinner on this upper deck

Room was clean and Breakfast was good ( spread can be more though),place was serene and surroundings were very pretty.

The person sitting at the front desk Mr Bhupesh Verma doesn’t know how to talk to the guests.His behaviour was very rude and disrespectful especially when someone is travelling with the Parents & kids.He was behaving as the guests are his subordinate.

Rooms are excellent, and we specifically liked the family room, which had two beds in one rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were very friendly

Very peaceful place. The room was good and comfortable. The seating lounge on the top floor was brilliant. One could sit there in the evening, have snacks and drinks. The food was also good, especially Murg malai tikka, butter chicken and the retreat special malai seekh kabab. Housekeeping service was excellent. Whatever your needs in the room they just provided in a minute or so.

Just one thing. The bed in the room was a little noisy. It was comfortable but while sleeping if you change your side it creeks, disturbing your partner's sleep also. That's it.

I really like the property, it was quite modern and the food was amazing especially the veg maggi lovers.

Peace and quiet. Fantastic views. Comfort of room. Ideal location for those looking to relax and do nothing other than indulge. Food very good. Would not suit active people looking for trekking etc. One or two shops and a bakery about 10/15 minutes walk up hill.

Location is quite remote and therefore there are no passing taxis. Trip to Shimla takes 45/60 minutes. Some menu items were not available as we were the only guests and, understandably, it was not cost effective for the hotel to provide everything.

Absolutely a hidden gem in Mashobra, will definitely come back again.

It’s located away from the crowd of Shimla in Mashobra. A well maintained, close to nature property overlooking the valley. The staff is very courteous and hospitable, especially Mr Bhupesh is a thorough Gentleman. Stay here was a treat.

Only a group that was also there during our stay. Bunch if uncultured people taking away from the quite and beauty of the place.

Very peaceful place to relax with love of nature and especially the hotel manager Mr. Bhupesh Varma was very helpful to give us suggestion how to plan your site seeing and attractions. There is also a couple of playing activity in this hotel with fantastic view to the valley from the roof top floor.
