Ramada by Wyndham Surrey/Langley

Not much

The room was too small and concern about cleanliness ... they add kitchentte listed for the room but there was none when we checked it. It was very important to us .. also the price for the facility is too expensive than others

I like location

Comfortable and clean, nice breakfast!

N/a

It was clean and staff was good and friendly.

Did not like the concept that there was no washbasin in the washroom, intact it was outside the washroom.

Nothing

I paid 650$ for two nights and the experience was way worse than i have ever stayed, even in 100$ hotels, the quality was so poor and cheap. Didnt feel like i paid 650, it was more like a 50-60$ motel

Staff members were accommodating. The lady in the breakfast buffet area was really had good customer service.

It's close to every thing.

I didn't see anything that I don't like.

Clean beds

Smells like cigar smoke at the indoor pool

Updated, very comfortable, good shower, cool AC, nice breakfast, super friendly staff.

Somehow there was a faint whiff of weed in our room in the morning. I didn’t see anyone smoking outside our window so perhaps it came through a vent. Not a major issue but for some folks it might have been bothersome.

Cleanness staff

Water very slow

The room was very clean and well stocked

The wooden bed frame that the mattress sat in was too bed and you had to be careful not to hit your foot on it

Convenient location.

Very small room for three people. Breakfast was in the hotel across the parking lot, not in the same building.

Very clean nice room

I couldn’t go in the restaurant for breakfast due to smell of spices. I am allergic.

Yes I like the breakfast.

I was disappointed that the hotel only provided bar soap instead of liquid hand soap or body wash. It felt outdated and less convenient. Overall, the amenities did not meet my expectations.

Cleanliness and staff

Location and breakfast

Location

Breakfast Washroom- very small and no washbasin in toilet Staff No toiletries in washroom Toilet bowl was too low and very uncomfortable

Schoon en ruim

Wasbak in de kamer

Having breakfast was a big bonus. Ease of checking in and checking out. Helpfulness of staff

Nothing

Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. Everything clean.

Too expensive considering location.

included breakfast, was clean , staff friendly and helpful.

We LOVED your beds! We had the best sleep, other than our own bed. Ty very much for the great sleeps. We also LOVED the breakfast! Hot food items, waffles...it was wonderful!!!

The paint peeling off on the bathroom wall, and by the door to the bathroom.

Location

Not very clean and some of the staff are very rude

niks

gedateerd - geen water op de kamer en hoge prijs kwaliteit verhouding

pillow's are uncomfortable. hard to sloop on them, too high

Staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in, pet friendly room was clean and comfortable.

Grote kamer. Goede bedden. Prima faciliteiten

Wifi op laptop moest elke keer opnieuw inloggen

Christmas tree in the lobby

The sink is outside the bath/toilet room. Not hygienic. Plus, no counter and poor lighting in the bath/toilet room. We didn't stay. We looked at the room, and immediately found somewhere else to stay. Also, the entrance was poorly lit and the staff not very accommodating or polite.

The flooring and interior had all been updated since our last visit. Very spacious room with king sized bed and kitchenette. The oven was big enough to cook my lasagna in. The staff was amazing. The little restaurant attached served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Canadian and Indian food served. Was very good.

It was clean but room we were in needed some repairs

Location was perfect - very central.

Nothing.

Absolutely nothing, worst hotel.

Everything, the front desk crew are rude, the floor on the our is not even carpet even if we did not request for a dog friendly room, they dont provide slippers, toilet paper is single ply and super cheap, TV is not even smart TV, for $200++ a night, this place is too expensive!

Proximity to event / location, quiet room, parking and late night restaurant.

The room had vinyl plank flooring, and the bathroom had outdated subway tile, room was cold, bathroom was very cold.

Location to our event.

Really didn't have any issues

Nothing (appliances and toilet were broken .

Was clean.

Cleaning

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Location was good. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition

Fridge was a bit too loud during the night.

Good for a night

Yes

Mold in bathroom floor 117

Excellent service and quality

Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

clean and nice

Room was clean. Traveling with 2 teens so appreciate the sink outside the main bathroom to make it more efficient. Breakfast buffet was very adequate.

Clean room

Good property

The manager was super rude with us

Nothing

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free and plentiful parking was appreciated. The furniture was basic but comfortable with a small fridge, safe, Keurig coffee maker etc. The building was pleasantly quiet through the night though the room heater was noisy when it would kick in. The breakfast offering was good. Overall everything is being maintained reasonably well considering that the structure and fixtures are old & tired.

Clean room

Perfect

Good value for a clean room, nice towels and linen, kitchenette, and good breakfast.

Friendly but rooms old and need update.

Good

Breakfast

Safe, we are at the center and very accessible

No free bottle of drinking water. No variety on the breakfast. We stayed 1 week with the same food

A great experience and enjoyed the top floor location of the room. The parking is tight.

Nice breakfast

Quite and clean place to stay, we like the food alot.

Great breakfast

Clean room and nice staff
