Bed was comfortable

Aircon unit was filthy and felt it was unwise to use.i wouldn't stay again , I could get breakfast included at days inns and trivago for less.it stated the rooms had been refurbished,lol(quick lick of paint and flooring lifting.)

Rooms were clean. Quiet, enjoyable stay, all staff were incredibly friendly. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. Will absolutely stay again if ever in Langley.

Room and property was clean, easily accessible, and lots of parking. The staff are amazing and so friendly!

But older Inn and looked like it was falling apart inside. Also there was absolutely no water pressure in the bathroom what so ever.

The grounds around the pet friendly rooms were a mess. Cigarette butts everywhere. Litter, and dead branches. It might seem that pet friendly rooms don’t have to be as nice for some reason. Even though you’re paying an extra fee for the pet. I understand they need to do a thorough cleaning on the room after a pet stays there… However, that’s an extra fee and you don’t need to pay extra for surroundings that are depressing. 10 minutes… That’s all it would take to make your first impression of the room much more positive. I believe that’s worth the effort in a very competitive business.

Friendly and accommodating owner- it is obvious that he really cares about the guests experience and comfort. Air conditioning was really imortant to me, room was cool and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond for me at check out, I felt lucky. So much appreciation, well done. -Amanda

Accueil très agréable et conviviale, restaurants et commerces à proximité sans utilité la voiture. Nous y avons une nuit avant de nous rendre à l'aéroport de Vancouver à 1h de route.

Nos dieron un cuarto con cocina, muy practica para desayunar y cenar. Nos parecio muy buen lugar con respecto al costo. Tiene un mall justo al lado.

La limpieza habia que pedirla temprano, sino no hacian el cuarto. El cuarto tenia cierto olor.

We notified the hotel we would be arriving late. They replied that the phone number for the night manager would be on the door and we were told to phone it when we arrived. I sent a message requesting that the hotel sent me the phone number so we could contact the night manager 10 minutes before arrival. They refused to send me the phone number and again atated it would be displayed on the office door. We arrived at the hotel at 00.30 but there was no phone number for a night manager displayed on the door. We tried contacting the hotel using the Booking.com contact details but received no reply. After a delayed 10 hour flight we were left with no accommodation. Terrible customer service!

The Inn is just one bus ride away from the nearby comedy club. The cost of the stay was less than most other available hotels.

Slightly inconvenient location for some of the outlets and plugging in devices.

It was a place to sleep. If you are a cigarette smoker, or travel with a dog, you will like it here.

I am a non smoker and the rooms have been smoked in. The first room they gave me was full of stale smoke smell. The second one only slightly better. However, if you smoke you will hardly notice anything.

The front desk staff lady was very friendly and great housekeeping

The bed was rock hard. The hairdryer almost caught on fire when I went to use it. The room also had a funny smell.

It’s on one level so it’s easy to unload the car. Having a microwave and a refrigerator were nice bonuses. The property is charming and well maintained. Everything in the room worked. It’s not luxurious but, after a long day on the road, it fit the bill perfectly.

There was nothing overly fancy about the place but … it was clean, comfortable, had everything that we needed and was exactly as described. For me, that makes it perfect!

Very clean comfortable room. Would have liked a grab bar in the tub/shower & coffee machine in the room. But otherwise was nice quiet place to stay the night.

People are so friendly, actually care about what you need, why your there, and who you are . So refreshing from the usual mindless anonimity of some hotels and staff. I work hard so i love to be abke tobjust check in and go to my room, have a longvshower, do kaubdry, or warch tv. quickly and without a bunch of hassles. Here you feel wekcone but not suffocated. They are there when you need but you are allowed to just relax, enjoy your peace. Ofcourse its gard to keavevthe office sometimes, the conversation is always enjoyabke, light hearted and filled with laughs. This will be my first choice go to place whenever i need a home away from home!

Budget friendly accommodations. Didn't like the visible wood showing through on the toilet seat nor the missing knob for the bathroom heat lamp. Although I informed the front desk and she copied my pictures, maintenance never fixed what was lacking before we left. Microwave and fridge were in room ,coffee and tea available at the front office.

We were greeted by the lady at the desk when we arrived. After checking in, we were directed to our room located near a corner. This was a great location.. The mattress on the bed was older and you could feel every move you made. I needed to go purchase a pillow for our 7 night stay as I needed a different pillow height than the one that was on the bed. The motel is older but in decent conditon. The cost was very pleasing. The cleaning ladies were efficient and alot of fun to joke around with. If we stay in Langley again, we will again look into staying at this motel.

Environment not very conducive and deposit taken wasn't refunded. Deposit wasn't mentioned initially by Expedia.

Called them that we are going for a late check out at 10:30pm. They waited for us so we could check in. I appreciate their service and hospitality. Room was clean and it smell nice.

nice to have parking in front of our unit and level entry for all units. They had a nice coffee bar in lobby but we would have preferred a coffee machine in unit. Very thoughtful to have AC on in unit for arrival as super hot outside.

They fully charged for a night and they didn’t have me my room. The lobby was already closed before time.

It's quite old but it's well kept and maintained, and clean. Easy access to malls, store. Rosemary was great and was very accomodating and was eager to answer all my queries. She was also considerate that even the laundry was supposed to close at 9:30, she gave us until 11:00 just to finish our laundry.

The room was neat and clean. Lance was so warm and welcoming. We for sure coming back.

Little on the dingy side, room reeked of cigarettes, butts everywhere outside the door, dirty floors, extremely low water pressure, really bad quality/condition sink tap and shower head, and either very soft water or really bad soap bars. I guess hotels/motels in the lower mainland are just very overpriced these days, this one costing $145 all in for a night seemed more like it should’ve been around $50…. No bed bugs though I checked! :) Would not return…

Good clean accommodation rightly priced for the area. Couldn't be closer to shopping area two beaches and touristy Fort Langley.

Clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a weekend stay. Loved the parking right outside the room. Loved being able to just cross the street to be at the mall. Fridge & microwave in room was convenient. Room had been renovated except for the ceiling which may be the next step in the process. Only criticism would be the lack of coffee maker but they do have one available at the office. Will definitely be back!

An extremely uncomfortable sleep…woke up with a sore neck and resulted in a headache for a good portion of day which made enjoying the area difficult at best.
