Beautiful and not too far from the airport!

Okay hear me out. I was checking in super late and I was super tired and this guy wanted to give us a tour it was after 8pm. I honestly appreciate him I do but I was tired if it’s after 4pm please don’t give tours or talk so much that was a lot.

Every staff member gave A1 service. Above and Beyond I felt like I was in a 5 star resort.

Everything was perfect. Had a minor issue with one of the washcloths having a tear in it but that wasn't a big deal to me.

Proximity to DCOTA and Airport.

Bathroom layout was a little tight with toilet right next to shower door.

The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the misleading hotel name. It is nowhere near a beach; instead, it is nestled directly between major highways and the airport. The property itself is nice, modern, and well-appointed. However, the room layout had a lot of wasted space and lacked adequate lighting, specifically in the desk and workspace area. My primary reason for the poor rating is the staff. Across the board, they seemed to lack basic knowledge, and when I asked for assistance, I was made to feel more like a nuisance than a valued guest. One specific incident occurred in the restaurant. I checked the menu for non-alcoholic beer and was delighted to see my favorite, Athletic Brewing Co., listed. When I ordered it, my waitress, Jenn, gave me a puzzled look and suggested they "might have Michelob Ultra." When I pointed it out on the menu, she went to check with her manager. She returned to tell me they didn't have it, offering an excuse that transferred the blame to management's ordering choices rather than simply apologizing for the menu error. The service issues continued into the morning when I went to catch the 6:00 AM shuttle. The front desk informed me the shuttle was waiting outside, but when I walked out, it wasn't there. I had to go back inside twice before the attendant finally called the driver, who claimed to be 7 minutes away. Given that the airport loop takes less than 7 minutes, it was obvious he was off doing something else. Lastly, while I waited for that delayed shuttle, I noticed the security guard fast asleep in a chair. Considering the hotel's location, this was highly concerning. Thankfully nothing happened, but if it had, this man would have slept right through it.

Beautiful and welcoming

The food was really great — the 3 chocolate cookie with gelato is worth the 3 weeks of extra workouts.

The on demand shuttle to the airport made it hard to anticipate when it leaves and when it returns — I’m sure it’s nice when someone has plenty of time, for me it’s easier to shoot for a specific time.

The hotel was nice, and a more modern design. I highly suggest try the hotel restaurant, it was delicious!

Make sure you're specific about who's all in your party when calling for the complimentary shuttle. I wasn't and ended up waiting for about 45 minutes for it. Also, the shower leaked out the side.

Easy to book at short notice

Really nice hotel. We stayed here on the night prior to a cruise. 10-15 minute drive to the cruise terminal from here. Room was lovely and comfortable, and the teens in our group enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We ended up at Le Meridien on short notice after leaving another hotel in the area after discovering mold and otherwise lack of cleanliness at this first property. We loved our stay at Le Meridien, we were there primarily for business. My wife and I travel to the area several times a year for business as well as visiting family in the area and this was the best hotel stay we've had. Impeccably clean, very comfortable room and amenities, good location close to airport and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling in the area.

Nothing all was excellent.

This hotel is only a few years old and still looks brand-new. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean with lovely decor. The ground pool is a perfect place to relax. Whilst there aren't any external restaurants within walking distance, we found the food at all venues of the hotel to be excellent. Overall, I'm giving a score of 4/5 due to some staff inconsistencies... the overwhelming majority of the staff are very professional and friendly, but we encountered a few whom in our opinion need more training on customer service (we weren't planning to book this hotel until our flight was cancelled and we wanted to stay near the FLL airport and a couple staff members could have been a bit kinder to us).

Great stay! Super convenient, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything you need, room service was quick and delicious and the bed was super comfy. Nicole at the front desk was a gem! She was running the show - doing a little bit of everything, but remained cool and composed. She was friendly and personable - she made the stay that much better.

It has a good location in the afternoon Lauderdale/ Hollywood area.

Be aware, $32 per night parking! Closet had clothes in it from a previous customer. Room had an eye watering perfume smell.

The rooms, atmosphere, lobby and hotel employees (especially Jackie at the Front Desk) all were exceptional. I had a very comfortable stay. I will definitely be back and make this my regular stay when in Ft. Lauderdale.

What I enjoyed most was the hotel’s location. The lobby was beautiful, very clean, and smelled amazing upon arrival. The food was also very good, although a bit pricey. Most importantly, the staff overall was friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The noise level throughout the hotel was extremely loud, and we could hear everything happening in the hallways. There appeared to be a large soccer tournament taking place, with many children running around, which made it difficult to relax. The rooms and bathrooms are also in need of some upgrades, as several areas felt outdated. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the elevator shafts made loud unsettling noises that were honestly a bit concerning. The parking fee of $30 per night was also far too expensive, especially on top of an already high room rate. Additionally, the $200 hold placed on the card was excessive, as the standard amount is usually around $100. Breakfast service was another disappointment. Although the restaurant was not busy, the wait time was excessively long and left us with only 30 minutes before checkout. I had requested a late checkout the night before, yet by the time we returned from breakfast, our room keys had already been deactivated, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, our waiter barely checked on us during breakfast while appearing very attentive and accommodating to the other two tables nearby. It honestly felt as though we had been forgotten. Overall, the experience was okay, but the lack of attentiveness was a bit disappointing and ultimately caused us to feel rushed during checkout.

Cesar Madrid is fabulous! I met him upon departure and he made a great stay even better. His friendliness and kind spirit helped make my day start off great!

My first stay at this property. Very convenient to FLL airport. Staff is very friendly. Room size is generous and bedding is comfortable. The highlight for me was the shower. Great size and excellent water pressure. For a quick business trip, I would absolutely return.

Nice lobby, bar and smaller dining area. Not a good location to be able to walk to other restaurants. Room was clean.

Great hotel. Excellent, friendly service. Free shuttle from airport (you have to call them) . Spacious lobby bar for our group of 9 friends to relax after a long day of travel.

I come here multiple times a month to park my vehicle, and it’s always such a pleasure. Everyone who works there has been marvelous, especially Cesar the shuttle driver and Nadia at the bar. They deserves a raise.

5 out of 5. Ceaser was great driving me from the airport back to the hotel. He was nice and helped me get to my car safely.

The overall hotel was a decent place for an overnight. Room was clean. The decor was dated and worn out. The shower had mold growing and leaked on the outside corners. Stains on the tile floors and cabinets and doors were banged up

My stay at Le Meridien was fantastic. The rooms were clean and very modern. The amenities are great. The ambiance whwn you walk into the lobby is breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable and allowed for a great night of sleep. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Gary Astwood, was a great help, very professional and had some great recommendations for food and he was resourceful with help finding my way around the property. I will certainly stay here again and I highly reccomend Le Meridien for your stay.

Widler picked me up from the airport and he was great:) even tho when calling the 9549203500 more than 40 times they didn’t pick up until I had to call marriot reservations twice. But as soon as they confirmed with the property Widler arrived with great attitude and transformed a really awful experience to an amazing one

Richard is your best driver. My family felt very safe driving with him.. He was very helpful with our luggage, and although traffic was unbearable at the airport, he maneuvered the bus very carefully and very professionally. Wewill certainly use the hotel and the shuttle service again.

Very beautiful hotel, great staff specially Eddy the shuttle driver. He was very attentive, friendly, had good manners and helped us validate the parking ticket.

Excellent experience pick up from the airport by Eddie was top notch. Check in was seamless and room was clean. Television was on the fritz was the only issue. Not a problem as we planned on only staying the one night.

The vans are always clean, drivers are respectful, and they always get you to the airport on time. The driver Wildler was very professional and curious. Ive tried others and have had bad experiences. I always use Le Meridien now for airport parking.

This is an excellent place to park and embark on your journey. The service is fast, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
