Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

I like everything about the place great staff excellent location everyone very friendly and helpful thanks you

N/A

Close to the airport. Good rooms. Overall clean and good breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport.

Low water pressure in the shower.

availability friendly staff.

The room need some fixing up and pipe keep dripping all night and the sink the water took for ever to go down

Friendly , and clean

The breakfast is decent and location is excellent.

The bathroom sink has slow drain and the complimentary lotion is too small and hard to dispensed.

breakfast was good.

Need Better lotion, hard to use.

The hotel and staff were great.

The only issue was the shuttle driver going back to the airport on 08/30 (the older man). He was very grouchy and was driving wrecklessly. You could tell that everyone on the van was scared. The shuttle driver to the hotel on the 29th was very professional and a good driver.

Staff

Needs updating

Good stay

Everything good

na

Checking a little longer than most hotels

Vicino all'aeroporto con navetta gratuita, camera pulita

In a convenient area, very clean, breakfast provided, staff very friendly .

Totul

Nu am avut nici un lucru care nu a fost OK

When we first arrived at the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered. I finally had to go down in person to speak to someone, and they moved us to a larger room, but that one had no water pressure at the sink. Also, there was a gap at the bottom of the main door where light from the hallway could be seen.

I would recommend and stay there again

We had never stayed at a Fairfield until that week and we actually chose to and two different locations because we are so impressed with their breakfast and the cleanliness and style of the facilities

The only thing I could say that was not preferable was being in the middle of so much commercialization but at the same time, we were glad to be close to the airport. So it’s not somewhere I would want to stay for a vacation, but we appreciated having something so nice the night before we had to fly out.

Limpio

Clean and quiet

When I left an item it took 2 days for someone to find it. I had to keep calling!

My reservation was for Saturday night, and our flight didn't arrive till 12: 45am Sunday morning. I was worried that we would not have a room available, but when we walked into the hotel at 1:15am we were greeted by the most friendly check-in staff. They made us feel so welcomed that it was very refreshing. Your late night front counter staff should be commended for their excellent customer service. We went up to the room it was immaculate. The room was clean and well maintained.

There is nothing that we found objectionable about the room.

Marvelous

The location is close to a mall … so we where able to get what’s we needed for the kids before the cruise

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility was spotless and conveniently located near the airport. Additionally, they provided airport shuttle services, which was a great convenience.

The issues I had were reported to the staff and was immediately corrected.

I like the proximity of the hotel to the airport, even though it was close to the airport I never heard a plane engine during the night. I like the size of the room for two people, and the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate. I really liked how available the shuttle to the airport was. The staff is top notch. Every single staff member we encountered were customer service focused and friendly

There was 't anything that I found I didn't like

Si

my shower was not working. the ironing board was not working

Location was convenient.

The door was propped open on our arrival. This made us super uncomfortable. We had to check every corner and closet to make sure we were safe. The air conditioner was so loud, when it cycled it sounded like a clanking train.

Location to airport, hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff was very nice and accommodating especially Annie

Great convenient location to the airport friendly staff

Price, location, customer service, cleanese, breakfast and free parking

Nothing at all

I called ahead to let them know we would not be checking in until after midnight and to make sure they had my room saved, they said no problem. When I arrived at 2 am they said that the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have a room for me. She then said she would "upgrade" me to a king suite with a pull out sofa. There were 4 of us and my son in law is 6'5" and had to sleep on the pull out sofa that was not even a full size bed in which was a horrible thin mattress and his legs/feet hung off the bed. Not worth the $270 we were charged way over rated.

Given me 2 king size beds

It was close to the airport and cruise port

The toilet did not flush properly and the staff would not help much. They came to repair the toilet but left it disgusting. Was told someone would be back to clean it and that never happened. Just nasty

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The water started backing up in the tub during my shower.

The location was just what we needed

The beds feel like clouds!

It was 10/10!

Great staff

Low water pressure

Clean

Nothing

Good for airport access, 24 hour pick up and return

Rooms are very nice and nice beds

Small pool needs updating

Clean, close to port, pool was nice, staff was friendly

Parking was tight and crowded at all times

Very clean

Nothing.

El personal muy bueno

Of course there will always be little things but for the price this place is exceptional. Economy hotels don't usually have a hot tub it and the pool we're very clean

Not much water flowing in the shower lol. Coffee WAY too strong I mean syrup thick , could save money there.

Room need renovation. Shower faucet and toilet water was running all the time .

Pessoal atencioso, a limpeza do local e Transfer para o aeroporto

The property, facilities and room were clean and up to date. Staff was friendly.

I thought it was a tad pricey

Quick to pick up from airport. Air conditioning in room worked great! Walkable to Wendy’s and Dunkin’

No air conditioning in lobby, got there at noon, no rooms available until 3:00. Then given a room that was still being cleaned and still had to wait.

Liked to shuttle pickup! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room and the food and drinks at the bar!

Very good

It was nearby the airport and close to other stores and restaurant things around.

The bathroom was nasty, stain in the tub outdated the hotel you can see its has alot of wear & tear so im guessing they get alot of customers. it just looked un clean.

Great value for money, extremely comfortable room

The food I had at the hotel restaurant very under par. I rarely complain but for a $20 salad, served in a plastic bowl with plastic silverware. It was like take out at an airport convenient store. For such a nice hotel, would expect a ‘normal’ dining experience (like, normal plates not plastic/paper)

Uma ótima localização. Ao lado do aeroporto. Lugar muito limpo e organizado. Quarto super aconchegante.

Clean and comfortable

Not too good of a location but there is a Wendy’s and a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. Close to airport with free shuttle.

Localização, café da manhã bom e quarto super confortável

Gostamos de tudo

They did not provide regular coffee for the coffeemaker in my room. At the reception desk, they only had decaf available.

Gaby from the front desk has been a superb support, I had some trouble with my family’s flight along with mine and she sincerely helped us through. Thank you! The room and the bed was comfortable too and was quiet as well. Location couldn’t be better and appreciate the hourly shuttle to the airport.

Shuttle service took an hour to pick me up

Very comfortable beds and great breakfast

Nothing

Customer service from the young lady at the front desk was amazing

The fact that someone went into our room while we were gone for god knows how long. They took our shower apart and then left our room with leaving the shower broken down. This caused us to miss an event that we paid money for because we were unable to take a shower until we finally got moved rooms about a hour later! Staff should never be on an occupants room while the occupants are out and gone! Then to make matters worse no one even called to let us know what was going on nor were we informed when coming back to the room! We had to find out by going to the room and attempting to take a shower!!

I lost my passport and i called several times when i left. They kept telling me it was not there, left my# with the front desk, never called me until i called back on friday and was told was there

Close to airport and the hotel provides airport shuttle.

Fairly modern. Comfortable bed and seating area.

Toilet tank wasn't filling, hair on shower curtain, water pressure extremely low the shower was turning off then back on, sink faucet was just trickling. When I booked it said free parking. Ended up paying for parking, had to drive around 15 min in the parking lot before finding a spot. Went out to dinner and had to do the same. Went out to concert, came back 4 am, couldn't find a spot, went to the desk and they said to park where the mini buses were. Reluctantly I did since there was nothing else.

I was upgraded to a suit. The night manager was very helpful and welcoming.

Water pressure is not great, tub shower could be refreshed.

Excelente, abundante y variado.

the staff so friendly, good breakfast and a comfortable place

the gym maybe is too small

Equipe atenciosa; quarto limpo e confortável.

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, mais pressão.

Needs updating.

Location

Shower without pressure at all! 🤬

Very good breakfast , comfortable beds , I was surprised how quiet it was so close to the airport

The traffic around the hotel was awfulr
