I booked for "Airport Shuttle" on arrival I called multiple times to get the information to take the shuttle to the hotel. And no one would ever answer. Sure, I ended up having to take an uber there.

I would also like to share a concern regarding an interaction I had with one of the bar staff. I had a simple question regarding utensils and approached the bar for assistance. When the staff member came to the front, instead of acknowledging me or addressing my question, she turned her back as though I were not there. I found this behavior very disappointing and disrespectful. I completely understand that English may not be everyone’s first language, and I have absolutely no issue with that. However, language proficiency and customer service are two very different matters. Even when there is a language barrier, guests should still be acknowledged, treated courteously, and made to feel welcome. Unfortunately, the interaction made me feel that I was being completely disregarded. This level of customer service is highly inappropriate and, in my opinion, unacceptable in a guest-facing position. I hope management will take this feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward every guest.

Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel für eine Nacht zur Durchreise ausreichend.

Leider war der Zustand des Badezimmers für uns absolut enttäuschend und vor allem sehr unhygienisch. Da unsere Kinder beim Duschen gerne die Badewanne mit Wasser füllen, haben wir vorsorglich den Stöpsel aus dem Abfluss entfernt. Dabei kamen schwarze Schimmelstückchen zum Vorschein. Als wir uns den Stöpsel genauer angesehen haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass dieser stark mit Schimmel befallen war. Auch abgesehen davon war das Badezimmer insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen und unserer Meinung nach dringend renovierungs- bzw. sanierungsbedürftig. Gerade bei der Sauberkeit und Hygiene eines Badezimmers sollte so etwas in einem Hotel nicht vorkommen.

I called the hotel three times asking them about a shuttle from the Airport and they did not tell me on any of those calls where the exact location at which terminal it was located and that I would be charged a fee to take it back to the airport

The room was small, and the shower did not drain. At all. We picked this hotel because it has an airport shuttle, but then we discovered that it’s 9 euros per person to shuttle 2 miles. Also, the tv channels were extremely limited. No options for families to watch together.

Good car parking and handy for Munich airport . Stayed at this hotel many times but unfortunately this stay wasn’t up to their past higher standards .

Air conditioning not functioning and hotel was unable to sort the situation ( heatwave of 2026) Staff were told and aware but unable to offer a solution at our time of staying overnight . Shame really as it’s normally such a good hotel.

Tolle Überraschung und herzlicher Service Beim Einchecken bekam ich überraschenderweise ein Upgrade. Am letzten Tag meiner Abreise habe ich mich dann doch noch getraut zu fragen, warum ich dieses Upgrade bekommen hatte. Einen besonderen Grund gab es eigentlich nicht – die nette Dame an der Rezeption erklärte mir, dass es als kleines Goodie für meinen sechstägigen Aufenthalt gedacht war. Ich bin bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werde auch in Zukunft immer wieder gerne dort buchen. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten und das freundliche Personal machen den Aufenthalt einfach besonders. Vielen Dank an das gesamte nette Team!

It's easy to get to/from the airport by bus. The hotel is very cosy, good breakfast, very comfortable bed. Wood is the dominant element in the decor, giving the hotel a cozy atmosphere

Do preço cobrado pelo shuttle do aeroporto, pois em nenhum momento nos disseram que haveria um preço a cobrar. Ao chegar ao hotel para o check in verificamos que na fatura constava um valor extra de €36 (€9 x 4 pessoas). O ar condicionado praticamente não funcionava e estavam cerca de 37º no exterior.

Room was fantastic, very well furnished and comfortable with all the amenities for the price.

Staff seemed inconvenienced by guests. Several times there was no one at front desk and I had to wait, second time I saw the staff get visibly irritated at a guest. The welcome area promises a free drink but the app turned out to be just a marketing ploy - concierge said to check with bar who shrugged that there was no actual free drink code in the app. Few days prior to checking in, I also got whatsapp message asking to provide credit card details - luckily I didn't submit info, and checked in with hotel later who confirmed it is spam. But if this is a known issue, they should have alerted all the guests explictly!

Gostamos do pessoal da recepção. Fui mal atendida no restaurante por conta de antipatia da atendente, porém é compreensível pois ela estava atendendo várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo sozinha. Lugar silencioso, camas confortáveis. É perto do aeroporto e tem ponto de ônibus pertinho

Poderia ser melhor limpo pois encontrei lentes de contato velhas na cabeceira e uma gosma que nem quero imaginar o que era. O chuveiro ficava caindo mas costas, então a gente tinha que ficar segurando enquanto tomava banho. Mesmo colocando o sinal de não perturbe na porta, fomos acordadas no meio da manhã pelo staff de limpeza, que abriram a porta enquanto a gente estava dormindo.

Hotel air conditioning did not work n my room. They had to move me to three rooms before we found one that had working air condition. Will not stay at this hotel again.

It was close to the airport and the shuttle service was regular and prompt.

The checkin process was extremely slow. The lady on the front desk was not particularly helpful as she was stressed by the number of people checking in. When we arrived at our room, the basin in the bathroom had a leak and consequently the whole bench top was covered in water. We went down to reception to complain (which took another half hour wait in the checkin queue) and the receptionist barked at me asking, “Well, Do you want another room?” I replied of course! Our newly allocated room was equally disappointing as the air conditioning unit ran very, very loud and did not produce any cold air. Being a very hot night, I had to open the window about 4 am to get some cooler air.

Too far from airport. Old and tired, needs updating asap. Aircon in room was so loud it sounded like a freight train-impossible to sleep, had to resort to opening the windows and dealing with church bells all night in a hot room. First room aircon didn’t even work, had to change rooms, and despite sitting in the bar mere metres from reception, the staff did not go out of their way to provide customer service.. we followed up with them to get the new room key. Shower head placed on side wall of shower, and with folding glass screen it was IMPOSSIBLE to not saturate the floor immediately the shower was turned on. Limited bar menu, more like snacks rather than a meal. Very disappointing and will not recommend.

Loved the AC!! Beds were VERY comfortable! GREAT BATHROOM. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and variety. Garage access to the hotel is a real plus. Price is very reasonable.

We only stayed ONE night! Information as to how to get out of the garage should be visible and available. Had a problem figuring that out!

The location near to airport and the rent a car (flex to go) office in the premises of the hotel. The size of the rooms and the comfortable mattresses. Cleanliness is worth to be mentioned. The air conditioning was superb.

More pros than the cons BUT...breakfast was a bit pricey (18€ pp) and though the time was till 10am, they started clearing/cleaning up at 9:30am. Also... No vegetarian options available except boiled eggs. Even the scrambled eggs had bacon in them😔 the restaurant staff looked overworked and tired...not at all welcoming... NOT SOMETHING YOU WOULD PREFER TO COME ACCROSS IN THE START OF YOUR DAY!

Very bad reception serivice - nobody was picking up the phone for almost one hour. I could not take the shuttle bus and I was charged a very high price for the taxi to reach the hotel. The shuttle bus was one of my key criteria to pick up this hotel.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung wunderbar. Schöner Empfangsbereich mit kleiner Bar und netten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zimmer sauber und Betten komfortabel.

Die Dusche/ Badewanne ist ungünstig. Man setzt das halbe Bad unter Wasser und die Duschgelspender waren leer.

Da vi ankom var der tilsyneladende vandskade på nogle værelser derfor skulle nogle ombookes - vi var på den liste, men da vi havde hunde med måtte vi blive da de øvrige hoteller i nærheden ikke tillader hunde - det tog lidt tid, men ok information og betjening. Meget fyldt P-plads med smalle båse , også meget små P-båse i P-kælder, hvor der dog var både "Frauen-P" og Handicap-P.

A notre arrivée à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste nous informe qu'ils ont eu un dégât des eaux le matin et que nous ne pouvons pas séjourner dans cet hôtel la première nuit. Il nous a cherché un hôtel à proximité et la navette nous y a conduit. L'autre hôtel était de style familier et les chambres un peu plus vieillottes et sans climatisation. C'était un hôtel 3 étoiles qui était moins cher que l'hôtel Atomis. Le lendemain nous sommes retournés à Atomis pour faire le check in pour la chambre pour la 2ème nuit; d'abord ils nous donnent une chambre single alors que nous sommes deux. Après avoir perdu encore du temps à changer de chambre à nouveau, j'ai informé la réceptionniste que nous avons payé la 1ère nuit chez Atomis au prix d'un 4 étoiles et que normalement ils devraient nous dédommager pour la différence de prix de l'autre hôtel. Elle faisait comme si elle ne comprenait pas et disait qu'ils avaient payé beaucoup plus cher pour nous réserver la chambre dans l'autre hôtel. Pourtant le dégât des eaux est le problème de l'hôtel et pas le mien. Bref je vois qu'il n'y a aucune compréhension de sa part. Je ferais un email plus tard. La chambre à Atomis était spacieuse, mais dès qu'on allumait la climatisation, c'était un bruit incroyable et insupportable. Impossible de dormir avec la clim allumée. Il n'y a pas de volets ou autre pour obscurcir la chambre. Les moquettes de l'hôtel étaient sales et il y avait plein de mouches au sol dans le hall de l'hôtel.

Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen, da Abreise 03.00 Uhr. Parken gegen Gebühr auf dem Hotelgelände möglich. Hilfsbereites Personal. Biergarten Gasthof Alte Post zu empfehlen, siehe Foto! 😉

Wer nachmittags/ zeitiger Abend wegen eines langem Fluges schlafen muss- sollte Zimmer nicht nach hinten heraus buchen, dort befindet sich ein Fußballplatz, bei uns an einem Samstag sehr laut, mit Musik.

Ich war für das BTS Konzert in München. Ich selbst habe Hotelfachfrau gelernt und weiss daher das bei solchen Events die Raten rauf gehen und sich Hotels überbuchen. Ich wollte am Freitag einchecken und es gab kein Zimmer für mich angeblich wegen einem Wasserschaden ich wurde also ins umliegende Marriott transportiert was btw 100% besser war. Ich sollte den nächsten Tag also den Samstag dann wieder zurück kommen um ins Atomis einzuchecken. (Ich denke mal der Wasserschaden war eine Lüge weil wir sollte man denn innerhalb eines Tages diese reparieren, es ging ja mindestens 20 anderen Menschen auch so) . Nachdem ich den Samstag in der Stadt unterwegs war wollte ich vom Marriott zurück zum Atomis, das Marriott hatte mir dann ein Taxis gerufen, der Taxi Fahrer wollte das ich es bezahlen, was ich aber verweigert habe weil das Hotel dafür aufkommen muss, habe dann dem Mann am Front desk bescheid gegeben, er hat dann das Taxi bezahlt und meinte ganz frech zu mir ich hätte das vorher mit dem Marriott klären müssen (einen sch.... muss ich, das Hotel ist dafür verantwortlich die müssen das mit dem Marriott klären, wenn die das Falsche Taxi bestellt ist das nicht mein problem zumal das atomis mich ja dort hin geschickt hat). Als ich dann auf dem Zimmer war, sah ich das ich nur ein Einzelzimmer hatte, also ging ich nochmal runter zum Front desk da ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe . Der gleiche mann fragte mich auch wieder sehr frech ob ich zwei Betten bräuchte, ich meinte ich hätte das halt gebucht und hätte das auch gerne . Er hat mich nochmal sehr frech gefragt ob ich zwei Betten bräuchte, ich meinte nochmal das ich es ja gebucht habe und dafür ja auch bezahle. Er meinte dann er keins mehr würde mir aber Frühstück für 2 Nächte umsonst dabei geben (18.00€) sollte das regulär kosten. Diese Prozedur ist such bei 10 anderen Gästen passiert mit denen ich gesprochen habe. Ich ging den nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück und dieses war definitiv keine 18.

Fint værelse, men til prisen må det forventes at faciliteterne på værelset virker. Hårtørrer virkede ikke og aircondition virkede ikke. Bad om en løs hårtørrer og en blæser men ikke muligt. Desværre blev det for mig alt for dyrt til hvad jeg fik

Sehr gutes Hotel in Airportnähe. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Airline, Hund durfte nicht mit in die Kabine trotz Anmeldung. Sind dann zurück zum Hotel und der Mitarbeiter Fahri war sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Er hat uns dann sogar wegen der traurigen Umstände zwei Verpflegungsbeutel mitgegeben, sehr sehr nett, danke.
