Das Bett ist wunderbar, das Zimmer sauber. Guter Service mit Kaffee, Tee u. Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Kleines Frühstück ab 4 Uhr ist nett. Die Fahrerin des Shuttlebuses war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. :-)

Clean tidy and modern, comfortable bed, all the amenities. The bedroom windows opened which was a real plus for me.

Hotel confortável, que vale pelo objetivo de estar perto do aeroporto para um voo bem cedo. Pois para vir da cidade para o aeroporto é muito longe para arriscar.

Mania de europeu de não utilizar box fechado, molha muito mais o banheiro e o risco de escorregar é maior. Mas isso não impede ou atrapalha o banho.

Second room was clean and comfortable

The room assigned at checkin had a huge wet stain in the coach and the room had a moldy smell. We went to the reception to ask to change the rooms only to be told there were no other superior rooms available and if I want a regular room (which was 35 euros less). When I said we paid for a superior room and if they move me to an inferior room I want a discount I was assured the rooms were the same. No discount but they offered us a drink at the bar. It was midnight and we were leaving early next day... When I asked how they can rent a room in that condition, they shrugged and said it is the cleaning staff responsibility not theirs! Exchanged room was ok

Aufzug war abends abgeschaltet, so konnte ich mein 23kg Gepäck die Stufen tragen. Den halbstündigen Shuttle muss man reservieren, leider wurde das bei meiner Frage an der Rezeption weder erwähnt noch gemacht, so kam der Shuttle dann 15 min verspätet und ohne Platz für mich an, am Ende 45 Minuten Verzögerung und Zeitdruck beim Einchecken für mich, ich habe dann die 512 genommen- also Obacht und gut planen und entweder die 512, Uber oder bei der Rezeption auf Reservierung bestehen

The hotel was the perfect stay for an overnight stay before flying out. The hotel was very clean and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Close to airport, you can reach by bus 512 for 2.70 e or get the direct drop off by hotel for 10. We used both options as shuttle in the early morning was a great solution. Room was big enough, clean, with good bathroom. Good overnight stay for transfers.

Üllatuslikult oli transfeer toa hinna sees ja toimis nagu õlitatult! Väga meeldis toa maitsekas ja hubane sisustus, vannitoa hea varustatus, minibaari maksumus toa hinnas ja võimalus sinna mõned joogipudelid juurde lisada. Kohvi ja tee valik oli samuti väga hea.

vannitoas ei tulnud dušši all kuuma vett, tänu suurele kuumusele leige veega pesta ei olnud just ületamatu katsumus, kuid natukene ebameeldiv.

Kuigi lennu hilinemise tõttu jõudsime hotelli alles pool üks öösel, siis ei olnud mingit noshowd ja saime rahulikult minna oma tuppa. Tuba oli maitsekalt ja hubaselt sisustatud, tee/kohvi joomiseks kõik vajalik olemas, automaadist oli võimalik saada ka mõned snäkid suurema nälja kustutamiseks, toas oli maitsev mineraalvesi ning minibaaris samuti kõik vajalik olemas.

Kliimaseade oli toa väga jahedaks jahutanud ja seda ei saanud kuidagi välja lülitada, nii et selline kergelt talvine kargus oli toas. Parkalas oli väga pime, mõned valgustid võiks sinna ikka panna, et öösel saabujad põõsaste vahel ära ei eksiks.

Cost of the shuttle bus to the airport was quite high at 10EUR each - so a taxi was cheaper for our family of five. Aircon wasn’t great, but a minor point.

You never know how 'airport hotels' will turn out but this hotel was great! It's 'off airport' about 5 km but the shuttle was really convenient. Picked up at the airport. Staff was excellent. Restaurant had a good selection of menu items. We slept well (very quiet) and had to leave really early so can not comment on the breakfast. Shuttle was waiting at the arranged time to whisk us off to the airport for our return home

The hallways were very 'cave-like'. Some colorful artwork on the walls would be nice.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well arranged, with bunk beds that were perfect for the children. Public bus 512 provided convenient transport to the hotel and back to the airport early in the morning, and it was much cheaper than the shuttle service. Overall, a great option for families and travellers needing easy airport access.

החדר היה נוח ושקט. הקרבה לשדה התעופה הקלה על השהייה בערב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה ממש טובה ומגוונת. החדר היה נקי ומסודר.

עם הגיענו-קיבלנו הסעה בחינם משדה התעופה למלון( שזה נהדר), אך למחרת בחזרה לשדה התעופה( כדי לשכור רכב) היינו צריכים לשלם כ 20 יורו על מנת לנסוע עם הסעה שבין כה וכה מגיעה לשדה התעופה. משונה ממש.

It is close to the ajrport

So, we booked about 6 months before our stay for a night before flying, and we asked for connecting doors. When we got to the hotel, they said there were no connecting doors, but they could try to find one, and they did. This was our fifth time staying at this hotel in the last four years, and it was never like this before. The room was located on floor 1, and the hallway had a bad smell. Additionally, there was a broken TV, another room was missing nightstands, and the curtain was torn. In the bathroom, the shower hose detached from the showerhead. Since there was no phone in the room, we had to go down to the front desk to complain. The receptionist admitted that it wasn't the best room, but said that since he "did us a favor" by finding connected rooms, this is what we get. On top of that, the airport shuttle was 10 euros per person. This was not the case in the past—I remember it used to be 10 euros for the whole family. In short, thankfully it was only for one night.

Parking costs €19 per day, and there’s no kitchen—just a bedroom and bathroom.

Gute Betten, sehr gute Schallisolierung - Zimmer war super ruhig trotz der Flughafennähe, Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel und Body Lotion sowie Zahnbürste, Mundspülung und Haarbürste lagen bereit, Shuttle Service war verlässlich und unkompliziert.

Sauberkeit hätte ein bisschen besser sein können, Haare im Bademantel und auf dem Badezimmerboden hinterlassen ein unangenehmes Gefühl.

The front desk employee was very nice, the 2 girls working in the restaurant were very nice, one was from Bali, and the other girl was from Germany, I believe. Very helpful.

The outside landscaping needs a lot of work. If I was a manager or owner of a hotel, I would want it to look inviting to my guests. This hotel decided to paint all the inside halls dark gray, making it look very dark and dull. My room had no bottled water for their guests to drink or make coffee. NH hotels need to have one 12oz bottle per guest, I think. I booked 2 guests and had 1 bath/shower towel on the towel rack, so I had to use a smaller hand towel to dry off after my shower. Most hotels similar in the USA, have nice landscaping around the front doors, maybe flowers and nice bushes, this hotels landscaping, was pretty tragic. The NH in Amsterdam Airport I stayed at was really nice, so that's why I picked a NH Hotel, in Munich Airport, this one not quite as nice. I was going to stay here for 5 days and use it for my BASE, to go into Central train station each day and Old Town Munich, and I'm so glad I changed my reservation, finding out the NH Hotels charge 10 euros each way for their shuttle to the airport per person, so that would be 20.00 euros for 2 guests each way, which is kind of steep. I moved my 5 day stay to the Courtyard Marriott Central train station for that reason. It would cost me USD 11.57 pp,2 times a day to and from the airport, to catch the train, to Central train station, and back to hotel, adding up to about $115.00 costs in your shuttle back and forth to the Munich Airport. Hotels in the USA would never charge their guests for a shuttle to the hotel you are spending hundreds of euros/or dollars at, plus a lot of businesses in Europe charge a small fee to use the bathroom, seriously. That would never fly in the USA, charging for something we have to do. So as your guests have the added costs of your shuttle, that would make me not book at your hotel. If other guests want to pay extra 10 euros, for a 10 min ride to the airport, that's their decision, not me.

Vriendelijk personeel bij de incheck balie. In het restaurant viel een oudere kelner op die erg klantvriendelijk was. De andere collega's waren ook vriendelijk maar niet zo als hem. Het parkeren bij het Hotel en de auto daar dan laten staan voor een paar dagen is ideaal. Je wordt met shuttle bus naar vliegveld gebracht. Alles keurig op tijd. Van te voren wel aangeven wanneer je naar het vliegveld wil.

Alles was prima. Geen zaken die tegen vielen. Hebben geen ontbijt in Hotel gedaan omdat we vroeg vlogen.

Die Beschriftung der Klimaanlage war nicht korrekt

Directly on the bus line to the Munich airport. Very convenient. Great value. Very quiet. Comfortable beds / nice shower.

The hotel is perfect for a stopover at the airport. Shuttle service is very good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and professional. I am staying there again in a weeks time so obviously I’m very happy with this property.

Für Zwischenübernachtung von Fluggästen ideal, genau auf diese ist das Hotel auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Shuttle zum Airport hat super geklappt, zum Hotel zu kommen, war weniger einfach. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Küche gut.

מושלם ללילה אחרון לפני טיסה. חדרים נקיים ונעימים. תמורה מעולה למה שקיבלנו. עשינו צק אין ב23:00 בלילה, לילה אחרון לפני טיסת חזור לארץ- לא היתה שום בעיה מבחינת השעה המאוחרת. נהפוך הוא- הדלפק היה מלא באורחים שהגיעו/יצאו מהמלון. הגשתי בקשה לחדרים צמודים במעמד ההזמנה- לא קיבלתי התייחסות. אבל ערב לפני יצרתי קשר נוסף, וקיבלתי בלי בעיה שני חדרים צמודים. מיקום מעולה- 7 דק נסיעה משדה התעופה ועשר דקות מתרמה ארדינג. יש שאטלים בתשלום של 10 יורו לאדם שאפשר להזמין דרך הדלפק בכל שעה.

כלום. הגענו רק לשינה, אז לא היתה לנו הזדמנות לחוות את המלון.

Los NH siempre son excelentes, resaltó la atención de la recepcionista, fue muy amable y hasta hablo español.

Room was good, but experience was negatively impacted by the poor customer support from the shuttle driver and reception.

Before arriving, I asked for the free Sunday late checkout listed in the hotel's own booking description. Reception told me it did not exist. I had to argue and send a screenshot before they agreed. At the airport, the driver spoke only to the other waiting guest and walked off with him. I had to call out to ask if I could come too. I had a bike and two large suitcases, plus steps to manage. He offered no help, at the airport or at the hotel. Another guest helped me load my bags. At check-in I was asked which floor I wanted and said I had no preference. I was given twin beds instead of the double I booked, and told it was my fault for saying I did not care about the floor. The first room was extremely hot with AC malfunctioning during canicule. Reception were super dismissive and insisted the temperature was fine everywhere in the hotel. Only after I pushed did they move me. They seems super annoyed, like I was lying or something. The second room was good and the AC worked. But too much of my stay was spent proving I was right. To be fair the next day the person at reception was super nice and the shuttle driver (a different one) was also kind and help me with my luggage.

Die Lage hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Der Shuttle-Service ist ein Plus. Der Fahrer und die Fahrerin waren sehr professionell und sympathisch. Punktlichkeit bleibt ein positives Feedback. Personal können sowohl als auch englisch sprechen. Noch dazu sehr gastfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zusammenfassend war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Das erste Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gerochen. Zum Glück hat die Frau an der Rezeption gleich ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Die Klimaanlage des Hotels war viel zu kalt und mit zu viel Gebläse eingestellt. Von überall kam ein kalter Luftzug. Das war beim Abendessen extrem unangenehm. Auf Nachfrage beim Restaurantpersonal sagte man uns, dass sie da nichts ändern könnten. Wir hatten zudem vorab extra nachgefragt, ob das Restaurant glutenfreie Gerichte anbieten würden. Daraufhin wurden uns zahlreiche Gerichte (u.a. glutenfreie Nudeln, Burger, etc.) genannt. Vor Ort wusste man davon nichts mehr. Letztlich musste mein Mann ein Steak von fast EUR 30 nehmen.

It was welcoming and Danielle on the desk was so helpful and kind. The place was clean and room/air-con was perfect. We wanted to have a snack at the bar and it was late 9.30pm and the Italian lady that took our order was so helpful and kind. We will stay here again

לא נתנו לנו חדרים צמודים על אף שאנחנו זוג הורים עם שלושה ילדים קטנים (בגלל זה היינו חייבים להתפצל).

Sijainti lähellä lentokenttää oli hyvä. Tavallisella bussilla pääsi myös hyvin lentokentältä hotellille.

Ravintola voisi panostaa viihtyisän terassiin. Oli lämmin ilma mutta piri istua sisällä syömässä.

Good location close to the airport - maybe some staff training would help a lot. The property itself is dated - however rooms are nicely refurbished far exceeding the expectation.

Check in staff attending- but this just a personal observation- not effected the stay. Property overall is dated - but the rooms are nicely redone and meeting 5 star hotel standards !
