Service Failures: Arrival: I waited over 10 minutes for valet assistance with no result, eventually having to park the car myself. Upon check-in, no staff offered to assist with my luggage. Maintenance: I attempted to call the front desk at 2:00 AM regarding the malfunctioning AC, and my call went completely unanswered. Suite Conditions: Cleanliness: The room was in a disgusting state. There were carpet stains throughout, filthy windows, and most concerningly, what appeared to be a bloodstain on the couch. Comfort: The suite remained uncomfortably hot despite the AC being on; it felt as though the temperature was artificially capped, making it impossible to sleep. Amenities: The water pressure was consistently weak, making basic tasks like showering take twice as long as they should.

Old electricity outlets that we don’t use in KSA anymore, bathtub malfunction, refrigerator stuck couldn’t open even after asking for help nothing’s changed, bellboy never offer to help us with our luggage, room’s door is too heavy.

Ask for the key for the closet in the gym(club) in the P floor, didn't give and the lady there Calim not available, finally I swim with wearing my watch and get damaged. A breakfast buffet could be better(taste).

اللوبي فيه طاولات دايما وصخه وعليها اكل ، اتفهم ان الناس تاكل وترمي لكن من مفترض في عامل ينظف.. لانهم حاطين قهوه وتمر وحلو بس مو حاطين زباله تكرمون ف الناس تمشي وترمي.. غير هالشي الفندق حلو وشكرا

Facilities staff not trained to be in Sheraton, they should learn how to communicate with people, try to book room only without breakfast and club lounge. الخدمات يحسسك انك تفطر او تتعشى عندهم بالذات الفليبينية اللي في بزنس لاونج ما تعرف تتكلم ولا تحترم حد. حاول احجز غرفة بس وتفطر برا و تروح في الدمام اماكن ثانية، لا تتكلف عالفاضي
