Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Everything was clean. Friendly staff. Big free parking space. Close to walmart and other stores. Good size rooms. Clean beds and linens. Fridge microwave and iron with stand was as expected. Hair dryer and small coffee machine was there too. Pool and hot tub was of decent size.
Pool area has extremely heavy chlorine smell and little suffocating. Breakfast has more room of improvment. Pan cakes and yogurts can be a good addition.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026This is a hidden gem. The room was very nice. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp and very clean. The breakfast was terrific - lots of choices, all hot and tasty. Shout out to the ladies who worked the breakfast room - they were friendly and helpful.
When we were there, there was a lot of noisy work being done on the entrance and sidewalks.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026We came to see the Niagara Falls. The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes. It was quite a drive but we didn’t mind. The location was quiet and close to Panera Bread and Starbucks. The staff allowed early check-in which was great.
The room was smelly as if it lacked ventilation. Maybe the carpet was the culprit. Also it was very small. The bathroom was tiny. It was enough was for two people though.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Check in was a breeze. Lauren, who was working the front desk, was very helpful while checking me in. He was polite, friendly and very informative. It was very helpful what he shared with me. My daughter stayed here and she recommended it to me. Its probably the only place we have stayed that actually had a warm pool. It was so nice. My grand daughter, she is four had a blast without freezing. The cookies were good that were provided too. During breakfast there was no more coffee in the machine so i told the clerk at the front desk and she, (Im sorry i didnt catch her name, but she knows who she is) immediately came in and fixed the problem. That was much appreciated. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay any more enjoyable. Thank you.
The pool could have been a little clearer but that is the only thing I can think of that could have been better. Other than that our stay was nice.

The only thing we ran into was checking inn. There was a big group in front of us of about 20 people and we had to wait 45 minutes for all of them to check in . It would have been nice or courteous to let us go ahead of them. But they made us wait for everyone of them to check in
