Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Migliore struttura della nostra vacanza in Malesia per pulizia e disponibilità dello staff. Camera spaziosa e bagno sufficientemente grande. In zona ci sono servizi di qualsiasi tipo, raggiungibili comodamente a piedi.
Probabilmente servirebbe una rinfrescata alle pareti della camera. Non possiamo dare feedback, invece, su eventuali rumori dalla discoteca situata di fronte, in quanto non operativa durante il nostro soggiorno.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The staff that work that day was helpful. The first room that I was in have lock problem and she let me change it. Appreciate it. The bed,pillows are comfy.
The minus points were,since the room that I am in have an internal "window", window that facing an outside wall,the ventilation was not good eventhough there is a ventilation fan. And the aircond,filled with thick dust. My sensitive nose can feel it. My suggestion is do clean the aircond from dust especially in a non existance window.

have stayed here a dozen times. When other more expensive places fail to deliver what we e pay for. This is where we recover. Then venture out of this space looking for new and different spaces. The Co coon was a pleasant space we stayed. Offering nature abundantly beside the sea and jungle.

Varning, stannade två nätter av sex. Vid båda nätter var det brulhög musik, dunka dunka från basen så väggar och fönster skakade till 4 respektive 5 på morgonen. Inget sova där. Personalen var totalt ointressade av synpunkter. Bokade nytt hotell och blev blåst på fyra nätter. Halvskitigt rum med dålig aircon.

The HDMI and USB ports on the wall-mounted TV were very difficult to access. It would be helpful if the setup were more guest-friendly, especially for those who like to connect their own devices during their stay.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Great value for money with a central location especially for travelers looking to walk around by foot. Plenty of nearby eateries and hangout spots to explore. The cleanliness was good and having a lift was a surprisingly nice touch.
The hallway had a bad smell on the floor I was staying on but the staff quickly remedied that. I think being close to some eateries affected the overall smell of the premise.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025We stayed for 6 days as 2 adults and overall had a very comfortable stay. The room was cozy, the staff were friendly and honest, and they helped clean the room and change the towels. The location is excellent, very close to the waterfront with plenty of food choices and convenience stores nearby. The WiFi connection was also very good. Amenities such as a kettle and bottled water were provided daily, and you can also buy extra water from the hotel.
A few things to note: there were ants in the room, the blanket had an unpleasant smell, and the noise from the nearby club during weekends was quite loud. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, so it is best to bring your own or buy them from the nearby stores. Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Till next time!
