Location was great, and the venue is quite charming.

Showers were broken, smelly, dirty. No privacy in dorm (no door to the dormitory(!?). Could tell beds were designed to have curtain rails for privacy, but there were no curtains. Serious mosquito problem.

Très austère. Le mélange entre auberge, résidence étudiante et logement social est très bizarre. Ke tout dans un cloître dont les portes donnent l’impression qu’on est entre prison. Je ne me suis pas sentie bien. Accueil déplorable. Pas de rideau entre les lits pour l’intimité. Pas de toilettes dans les communs pour éviter de réveiller tout le dortoir Salle de bains avec équipement rouillé et aussi très austère. Cuisine existante mais inutile : il n’y a que de vieilles casseroles, des placards bringuebalants, des plan de travail et plaques cassées et surtout… 3 verres 3 tasses 2 fourchettes et pas de couteau. Très pratique pour cuisiner….

Розташування топ, зручно, до 15 хв до вокзалу. Розташований в монастирі. Ціна дуже файна. Але це супер бюджетний варіант, просто ліжко з класним розташуванням. Постільна білизна була чиста. На ресепшені можна купити води. Прикольна зона в саду для сніданків.

Ванна кімната доісторична. В душі не було дверцятки, тож коли миєшся, все хлюпає на підлогу. Яскраве світло біля кожного ліжка і немає ніякої шторки, щоб можна було закритися. Якщо хтось встане рано і включить світло - ви також прокинетесь. Дуже гучна вентиляція.

KÖKET, min första eftermiddag vill jag laga lite mat- stort misstag. Köket var jätte äcklig, en av vaskarna var full med vatten och smutsig disk. Skåpen och arbetsbänkarna var också smutsiga och blöta. Induktionsplattorna fungerade mycket dåligt. Jag förstår att det är på grund av andra besökarna men tycker ändå att det är personalens ansvar att se till så att det faktiskt är rent. Badrummet inne på rummet vad också sådär städat. Under mina 3 dagar var duschen lika smutsig varje dag

La ubicación, increíble estar habitando lo que parecía un ex convento, pinturas sacras muy antiguas lo que te hacía trasportar a otra época, las habitaciones bien distribuidas y funcionales, acceso 24 horas, ubicada cerca que la estación de tren y frente al río, puedes entablar conversación con personas de todas partes del mundo y buenas instalaciones de uso común, un 9.8

Que no dejen toallas para salir de la regadera o que no den toallas para los huéspedes, hacemos personas que no llevamos y aire acondicionado limitado insuficiente por eso y solo eso no les doy 10 9.8

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer ging in den Innehof und war daher sehr ruhig.

Das Bad hatte die besten Jahre hinter sich aber es war sauber.

Hostel is very close to the city center, has a nice garden and comfortable beds. Very appreciated the reception help in the day.

I was traveling with my bike and I could put it in the staff room with extra fee (10euros). I had no problem during the check-in and during the day when I was in the staff room where I encountered many people who work. I had to check-out very early and that is when I had a very exceptional problem with a receptionist who entered where my bike is and even though I had the keys, the person was not very nice about I was in the room. During the 5 minutes I needed to get my bike ready for a long ride, I was watched and disturbed to be there. I hope the hostel reads this comment because I couldn't find their e-mail address. What is the point to hand someone the keys if we would be traited like a thief and/or if we should ask every time that we would be in that room (as the receptionist said to me) ?

Location easy access, nice open areas inside.

Too hot, no fan/ac. Too many mosquitoes couldn't sleep all night because of that. I had to leave in middle of the night.

Great place to stay

The hostel is located inside a beautiful old convent filled with frescoes, giving it a unique atmosphere. The location is also very convenient and within walking distance of the main attractions. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook, a large dining room, and a lovely courtyard where you can eat and meet other travelers.

I accidentally made two reservations, one with breakfast and one without. I emailed the hostel to explain the duplicate booking and request a refund, but they never replied. I lost approximately $66 in total and honestly felt robbed. The man working at the front desk was extremely arrogant and dismissive, and the overall customer service was terrible. The only friendly person I encountered was one of the female staff members. Paying an extra $14 for breakfast was a terrible decision, as it consisted of only a croissant and a coffee. It is better to buy breakfast elsewhere—it will be cheaper, and you will eat much better. There is also a shared kitchen in the convent, so you can prepare a better breakfast yourself. There was no soap in the shared bathrooms, and the rooms were about a five-minute walk from reception. One of the worst part was the lack of privacy and the noise at night. A couple in my shared room was having sex and later continued making noise in the bathroom while everyone else was trying to sleep. If you can afford to pay a little more, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

I loved this hostel, super social yet calm & comfortable all at the same time. The location was amazing, rooms were great and the hostel itself was super cool and beautiful to stay in -- and considering the price it exceeded my expectations for sure.

The only disappointing aspect was the kitchen, there was one fork for the first two days I stayed there, until reusable cutlery was added, and not much to cook with, honestly not super accomodating if you wanted to cook and prepare food. Not a lot of communal things that are usually in every other hostel I've been too.

Great location and (outside of the living quarters) a nice cloister and public spaces.

This hostel does not want you to sleep. No curtains on bunk beds or door to the room, hence no cover from the automatic corridor light flashing you everytime one of the 20-something residents do anything other than sleep. And if that isn't enough the A/C sounds like a dying lawnmower. The is no handsoap in the bathrooms, which stink, and with many of them located inside other people's rooms.

L’emplacement est super, juste à côté de l’Arno. Et le jardin intérieur donne un charme en plus l’architecture de couvent.

La personne à la réception n’était pas accueillante et ne s’est pas montré enthousiaste pour aider et résoudre un problème survenu en début de soirée, impliquant un équipement électrique de l’établissement, accusant presque une voyageuse d’être à l’origine du problème. Le sol de la salle de bain a sûrement été choisi pour cacher la crasse.

i loved the garden, the kitchen was well equipped, the location is good, really close to piazza del duomo, it was the most beautiful hostel I've ever stayed at.

Staff were very non customer centered. Wifi was capturing in the room and they just dont care. I arrive early at 7 am the morning, I understand that it was too early to check in, I asked if there are any place I could temporarily stay, had I not suggested any small table with chair he wouldnt allow me to get in just for a bit of a rest. I decided to roam around the city and to keep my luggage temporarily until 2pm comes for me to check in, he said I will be charged for a full day luggage storage fee. Room is too warm and shower head was broken, no door in the shower area to contain water splashes that I almost slipped on the floor.

La habitación es muy cómoda. El baño en cada habitación. Los lugares comunes. Y todo el lugar es realmente hermoso.

Beautiful, well positioned hostel, great environment, clean, and with lots of space to be comfortable.

There was few cutlery and that made eating or cooking a bit challenging sometimes.

Había pocos cubiertos para poder comer y cocinar.

Chambre spacieuse mais pas très propre. L’emplacement est idéale, un joli jardin extérieur pour se poser paisiblement. Salle de bain private spacieuse.

Les escaliers du lit étaient poussiéreux et le sol n’était pas très propre.

The hotel was close to everything, but it has many drawbacks. The bathrooms were dirty, AC units in some rooms were not working, and some doors wouldn't lock properly. Regular maintenance is definitely needed

What I loved about the hostel was how close it was to the station and downtown. And I gotta say, the staff were absolute rockstars!

El lugar es fantástico, las pinturas, la estructura y la ubicación 😍 las chicas que servían el desayuno super amables. El desayuno era solo un café con una medialuna (pero Bueno, algo es algo!)

No me gusto que fui a mitad de junio y no funcionaba el ventilador y NO TENÍAN OTRO. Éramos 4 chicas en una habitación muertas de calor. Eso, muy muy malo. Luego, tampoco esta Bueno que con la misma mano que tocas el dinero, las llaves y todo, me estés dando mi toalla, guardada en un estante que parecía sucio. El ingreso no parecía muy limpio la verdad.

En mi habitación había una persona que reclamaba porque no podía dormir jaja. ¿Qué culpa tiene uno, no? Fuera de eso, todo bien. El desayuno podría mejorarse, bastante pobre la verdad. La limpieza igual podría mejorarse, del baño principalmente.

Muy buena ubicacion a los lugares turísticos, el desayuno tipico italiano un croasant y Cafe, pero rico. las habitaciones compartidas comodas pero si tienes sueño ligero no es para ti, ya que las demás personas pueden hacer ruido al llegar y usar el baño o los lockers, yo tengo sueño profundo asi que no fue problema.

Posizione ottima anche per muoversi a piedi in città. Noi abbiamo scelto una camera doppia privata con bagno privato. La struttura è bella e affascinante poiché è un convento. Il giardino è bellissimo e sempre aperto.

La camera non era molto pulita, c’erano alcuni effetti personali degli ospiti precedenti. In bagno mancava il sapone ma ce l’hanno dato rivolgendoci al desk.

The building the room, the location it was amazing. The bad was really comfortable and the bathroom is really clean.

The staff they supposed to be there 24 hours, but during my two nights stay, I waited for them to open the door outside five or six times The AC wasn’t working they told me and other people that they were gonna fix it but they didn’t. It was 38°C

Spaces were clean and the layout of the dorms allowed for a lot of privacy. Nice staff, beautiful building and garden, great location and nice breakfast. Beds were super comfy!

Location molto suggestiva in una posizione molto comoda. Il personale alla reception, seppure un po' annoiato (forse per i lunghi orari data la reception aperta 24/24) è stato rapido e gentile. La stanza ha letti che fanno un minimo di privacy e ho trovato il letto comodo seppure un po' piccolo. I bagni sono funzionali e li ho trovati puliti. L'aria condizionata nel mio caso è stata sufficiente a rinfrescarci e farci dormire. Gli armadietti sono comodi e sicuri.

I bagni avrebbero bisogno di alcune riparazioni. Il sapone per le mani nei bagni dovrebbe essere messo, anche solo per una questione di sicurezza igienica. Ho notato che quando sono arrivato, molte chiavi erano sul bancone della reception, dove gli ospiti le lasciavano mentre escono per riprenderle al ritorno. Questo però mi è sembrato poco sicuro dato che chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare, prendere una chiave e accedere all'armadietto di un'altra persona. Devo dire che successivamente non ho più notato questa noncuranza per le chiavi.

Purtroppo, ho trovato l'armadietto pieno di vestiti e altro e quindi, non l'ho utilizzato. Il wc non funzionava ed era sporco. All'ingresso mi hanno consegnato solo un asciugamano piccolo e basta.

The amazing cleaners were so pleasent one from Morrocco and the other from Brazil. 2 of the reception staff were amazing. Loved the garden and the vibe of the place also the location close to the trains and buses. Go to the supermarket right next to the hostel to make affordable meals.

Bathrooms were not great. One of the reception staff more interested in being on his phone.

Sono andato via durante la notte per il caldo che faceva. Insopportabile. Finestre bloccate. Leggendo poi le recensioni ho visto che dicono a tutti che sistemeranno l aria ma non la sistemano quindi non credetegli. Sconsiglio assolutamente. Non si riesce a dormire specialmente se avete il letto in alto dove si accumula il caldo. Bagni sporchi e a pezzi. EVITATE

Close to the city center. Very unique accomodation - because it's part of some Temple - you can even meet a nun on the way to your room

Personel essentially lied to me. Air Condition was broken - it was buzzing but did not feel any fan. And the room temperature was not to handle, i could not handle it so did not sleep well and woke up enteriely sweaty. We had noticed the personel the same evening so we could change room or hotel next day. They said that they Know about it and in the morning technician is comming to reair it. It did not come. So Next evening after sightseeing i came and experianced just the same. And they did not even apologize or refund. Besides od that - beds do not have any cover. :)

No air conditioning. That’s the only issue. But the building is BEAUTIFUL and centrally located.

El desayuno era un café con croassan, tenaz. Igualmente, solo lo servían de 9:30 am a 10:30 am, por lo que si esperas desayunar antes de salir a caminar, pierdes el tiempo y solo te dan una pequeña pastilla de jabón para el baño

It is located in very unique place which is inside of a church. The bed was clean and ac was working fine. Location was good. It is a nice place just for one night.

You need to give your keys when you go out. Rooms dont have doors so if someone makes some noise in common area, it can wake you up. Shower was dirty. Also they charge for towels around 4.5 euros

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr groß und auch das Badezimmer war sauber und in Ordnung. Einzigartige Unterkunft im Kirchen bzw. Klosterkomplex.

Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein. Auch das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig.

They cleaned the place daily

The A/C did not work for the first day and most of the following day of my stay. The locking mechanism (a small hook) for the restroom/shower were ripped off the wall, so there was no secure way to have privacy. The glass shower door was barely hanging on.

​Perfect location and great stay! Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel itself was great, but the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly close to everything—we were able to easily walk to all the main spots and attractions. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of things! Don't bring large luggages , it will be difficult to bring them up .

La nuit a était un véritable enfer, la clim ne fonctionne pas, l’air qui en sort est chaud, il fait donc plus chaud dans les chambres que dehors alors qu’il faisait 37 degré dehors. Je n’ai jamais passé une nuit aussi chaude de ma vie, j’ai finalement dormi dehors sur l’herbe de l’auberge et je n’étais pas la seule ! C’est une honte de mettre des personnes dans ces conditions.

Is not clean is the room, and the bedstand is so dusty and i don’t want to use it. One of the male staffs who always put his cap on is standoffish 😅I don’t expect passionate but at least friendly.

Assenza di un’aria condizionata adeguata nella stanza, i letti superiori diventano dei forni. Cucina sporca e dotata di pochissimi utensili base per cucinare. Diciamo che il prezzo non vale l’esperienza considerata anche l’assenza della colazione inclusa o di un minimo di servizi base aggiuntivi.

Location was the only good thing about this hostel. Everything else was really not worth even the cheap price. One friendly, younger, male member of staff. Others were very rude. We were never warned at check in that aircons were broken.

Our room was absolutely boiling. Turned the aircon on and after 5 minutes we realised that the room was getting no cooler and it was actually hot air coming from the vent. Later in the evening the room got hotter and felt warmer than outside which was around 34 degrees. Immediately as you go into this room you start sweating and struggling to breathe. We spoke to a girl who was holding two iced water bottles to her face in our dorm and asked if she had spoken to anyone about the aircon. She said “yep. Reception said they’re broken. It’s absolutely unbelievable but I’m just going to have to leave tomorrow”. 2 more girls checked into the room and started discussing the heat, they explained that they’d already spoken to reception and had gotten a rude response back. We went to bed and eventually had to sit outside of our dorm together at 5am as the corridor felt a little more cool and we were dripping with sweat. Around this time, a girl from another dorm left her room crying on the phone to her mother dripping in sweat and saying how hot and uncomfortable she was, asking us we if also got the same rude response from reception that she did. Stayed out walking around town until about 3am the next night literally dreading going back. Slept with wet towels around our neck to cool us down. Another girl arrived and also swiftly checked out after we had explained the temperature issue. Spoke to many people in the courtyard who were planning on staying outside during the night. Reception said that they couldn’t offer us any money or anything back and that “on our website it doesn’t say we have aircon” very rudely. Whilst it doesn’t, it also doesn’t warn guests that rooms would exceed 40 degrees and that living conditions were unbearable. Worst experience of my life with zero sleep. Many guests would agree. Please avoid if you prioritise your comfort and sleep. Staff did not try and intervene with free water bottles or anything helpful.

The location was good and there was a kitchen. The room also had AC, which is super handy in the summer.

The cleanliness is mid only.
