Nos encantó la habitación y limpieza

Teníamos terror de que la habitación de 5 personas fuera pequeña y superó nuestras expectativas, es MUY GRANDE, además todo estaba en excelente estado, había áreas comunes impresionantes y el lugar es bellísimo!! El trato, la comida, la estancia, los jardines, las habitaciones, todo fue excepcional, estoy muy agradecida de haber encontrado este espacio! :)

Un único detalle, ojalá pudiera haber más baños públicos que los de las habitaciones. Pero fuera de eso TODO ES EXCELENTE Y MUY BELLO! 10/10!

Isolamento

It was in a quieter section of Florence but many good restaurants very close by. The staff was very helpful with all our questions and the breakfast was very good. They have a beautiful garden in the back with many fruit trees and a grape arbor to go outside and enjoy nature in the quiet.

The room had air conditioning but still a little warm for us.

The staff was so good to pack us breakfast to go since we had to leave very early for flight.

Lovely place to say, bedrooms are a reflection of the fact that it is an old nunnery. En-suites were great though. Location was superb. Staff very very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

La situation, dans le centre historique de Florence est exceptionnelle (permettant un accès et un parking privé à l'hôtel) La bâtisse est magnifique, reflet d'un passé prestigieux. Le touriste aimant séjourner dans un hôtel qui soit en harmonie avec la ville qu'il visite sera ici comblé: la façade, le hall d'entrée et l'escalier monumental qui mène aux chambres sont d'une exceptionnelle beauté. On est loin, très loin, de l'anonymat des grandes chaînes hôtelières . Ici tout est sévère, sans faux luxe ni fioritures , mais d'une rare élégance ...Les petits déjeuners se déroulent dans une très belle salle ancienne, au mobilier moderne (, avec des chaises ressemblant à celles créées par le designer Philippe Starck )s'ouvrant sur la lumière du jardin ...les mets proposés sont variés et délicieux...... Tout ce que j'aime pour un rapport "qualité prix" qui me paraît remarquable dans un endroit aussi recherché que Florence . Pour moi, un vrai "coup de cœur"...

Pour moi, surtout ne changez rien!

Very secure and safe. Good location. Room was big for family of four.

No fridge or tv in rooms. Very hot in rooms when high temperature outside.

Staying in a convent was really special! I loved the architecture and spending time in the garden. It was also in a really nice location within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and things to do. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities could use some upkeep. Our mirror fell off the first day we arrived from just a slight bump but thankfully the staff was super accommodating and allowed us to use a bathroom in a different room while it was repaired. Our toilet flusher also broke the final day of our stay.

You can hear next door. I was in room 12 and the walls are very thin. Take ear plugs and mosquito spray.

L'emplacement est proche du centre-ville. Le jardin offre un havre de tranquillité. L'accueil est vraiment cordial avec une personne parlant très bien français. Le parking est un plus appréciable. La clim est fort appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs.

Le point faible est la salle de bain qui est vétuste. Les toilettes n'étaient pas très propres. La cabine de douche est étroite et la porte n'est pas efficace et limite hors service. La ventilation fait un bruit d'avion à hélices.

Tout, j' ai tout aimé. L' emplacement est calme. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. C'est beau, c'est propre, bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner super, il y a de tout, il y a de l' espace. Chaque chambre a son numéro de table, c'est une très bonne idée. Il y a un jardin fort agréable.

La ubicacion excepcional, la habitacion muy bien conservada y limpia. Lo mejor el personal de recepcion, ambos fueron miy amables ayudandonos en todo momento con sus recomendaciones y ayuda para reservar taxi el dia de ña salida. Sin duda lo recomendaria y si volvemos repetiremos porque es una zona muy tranquila y a la vez se puede visitar toda la ciudad a pie.

Läget var bra, på den lugna sidan av floden vid ett torg. Stort och välstädat rum.

Frukosten var väldigt basic, det kunde varit bättre kaffe, bröd och frukt.

Très bon emplacement dans la ville ...tout à 15-20 mn à pied. L'ancien couvent réaménagé en hôtel est super avec de grandes hauteurs sous plafond et de grands espaces de chambre. Bon petit déjeuner

dans notre chambre la climatisation fonctionnait très mal

Nous avons aimé l'accueil du personnel qui était adorable, l'emplacement proche de tout, la chambre grande, lumineuse et confortable avec une belle salle de bain et une vue magnifique sur le quartier alentour, la beauté et le calme du bâtiment, son jardin et le petit déjeuner idéal pour commencer la journée.

Un lugar hermoso, el personal super atento y todo muy cómodo, sin duda volveremos. La pizzeria qué queda al frente fue deliciosa nos encantó, wild buns es una Cafetería pequeña espectacular a dos cuadras del hotel

Fatalne śniadanie. Stara wędlina, wyroby seropodobne. Stare rogaliki. Automat do kawy i herbaty nie przygrzewa właściwie wody. Bardzo twarde łóżka. Brak telewizora, czajnika, wody butelkowanej. Bardzo słaba klimatyzacja, praktycznie nie działa. Podłoga była ułożona z ruchomych kafelków przez co poruszanie się w pokoju było utrudnione. Dojście do pokoju Bardzo licznymi krętymi korytarzami z progami. Tylko jedna winda bardzo wolno jezdżąca. Ogród to jakiś żart. Fatalny parking, bardzo ciasny i położony na żwirze. W nocy było słychać liczne krzyki z pobliskiego placu. Przy każdym wyjściu z hotelu trzeba było oddać klucz.

De ligging; centraal gelegen, ideaal om de stad te verkennen, rustige buurt, mooie tuin. Je kan ook parkeren bij het verblijf. Vriendelijk ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel. Ruime mooie kamer en sanitair; alles is heel netjes. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar dit vonden we niet zo erg voor die prijs.

The only thing I can say is the separate bathroom from our room. A little inconvenient in the middle of the night when you have to go. The bathroom itself was modern and clean. No complaints there. Not a problem.

Excellent location. A 5 minute walk from the main sights. Peaceful, very comfortable. I’ve stayed at the Casa many times and will continue to return.

Wir haben dort nur zwei Nächte verbracht und zu 5. in einem Familienzimmer geschlafen. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß. Die Lage ist top, die Altstadt liegt einen quasi zu Füßen.

A palace with lots of history. A beautiful garden. Breakfast was generous. Our stay here was exceptional. It is extremely clean. It is full of renovated frescos. It felt like we were staying in 15th century Florence. Really great option for those seeking a unique experience.

We liked everything. For people who are uncomfortable with religious symbols, this is maybe not the best choice (it was a convent and maintains some religious art).

Strašné postele, pri každom pohybe vydali príšerný zvuk. Nikto sme sa vďaka tomu nevyspali.

El desayuno fue escaso, poca variedad para el precio. Las personas reclamaron falta de fruta, jugos y huevos al gusto. Reservé el parqueadero con más de un mes de anticipación y tuve que dejar el coche en la calle por dos noches. Aire acondicionado bloqueado en una determinada temperatura, lo que no permitió ajustarlo a nuestro gusto. Escasa disponibilidad de champú. Jabón de cuerpo muy pequeño. Es preferible por dispensador, por asuntos de higiene.

Small room, lumpy bed. No coffee or breakfast before 7:30. We are awake by 5:30-6:00, so waiting until 7:30 was inconvenient.

Todo espectacular, la ubicación, la atención, muy amables todos, la propiedad muy bien conservada, buen desayuno, el parking dentro del hotel, con costo adicional que también lo sabíamos pero todo eso hace muy cómoda la estadía. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien

Нам очень понравился отель. Приветливый персонал, чистый номер с просторной ванной комнатой, удобные кровати. Отличное расположение, в пешей доступности множество ресторанов, 20 минут пешком до Палаццо Питти и 30 минут до Галереи Уффици.

Завтрак скудноват, но это Италия...Если приходить после 9 утра, то уже много что разобрано. Но круассаны с капучино очень вкусно!

Location was central and close to many excellent, reasonably priced restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and helpful/professional. The breakfast had ample variety for everyone. Common areas and the beautiful garden were extensions of our room.

Habitación muy amplia, con climatización sencilla de regular. Baño muy amplio y dotado. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, con una mesa grande con sillas, con WiFi con buena cobertura y velocidad. Aparcamiento dentro del alojamiento, complicado el acceso con coches largos, pero muy accesible para el equipaje. Casa de huéspedes muy tranquila. La decoración y el estado de la habitación es muy adecuada para la cuidad, con frescos en el techo y suelos originales.

Camas algo incomodas, con almohadas muy bajas y blandas, colchones blandos. Desayuno justo, con variedad adecuada pero no reponían con ritmo adecuado y faltaban varias cosas (a veces huevos, mermeladas, leche fría, y similares).

Terrific location just in a beautiful building with its own parking space (with only a few spaces!). ~15 mins easy walk from the Duomo. Getting there may require you to go drive through very narrow streets. Simple, clean rooms with A/C, friendly staff, decent breakfast (espresso lovers best get one later in town).

Minor niggle: There is a machine on the ground floor that dispenses bottled water and small snacks, that requires coins (no contactless payments).

The breakfast was exceptional. They had a lot of options, including fresh fruits. The hotel room my family and I stayed in was also comfortable and very big.

Something that could’ve been better was maybe another bathroom in our hotel room. There were 5 of us, so it was a bit difficult.
