provide even a little refrigerator. I am a senior citizen and I have to climb 3rd floor. Protocol, ask if senior citizen and book on the lower floor.

Not worth the price. Ive been working in hospitality for 20 years and Manila hotels has lower price yet with widespread of breakfast compare to Rosita with only silog as breakfast. Incomplete bathroom amenities, uncomfortable furnitures and insufficient cooling aircon. No door closer, no doorbell, no tv signal available.

平常就不好睡的人，建議在訂房時就先請人員安排在遠離馬路的位置。

The location of the hotel was very good, comfortable, and safe. There were nearby establishments if you want to eat out or buy some essentials. Parking was not at all a problem here. What we liked most was how the staff was very accommodating to their guests’ needs. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for a decent, family-friendly, clean and affordable hotel stay.

Hot water is not that what I expected. Its a bit cold.

New, modern hotel. Beautifully kept, great staff but that's everywhere in the Philippines. Nice shower/toilet. Very comfortable bed, fastest wifi ever.

No kettle, cups or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No refrigerator either. The blinds were top quality, very stylish but they didn't stop the outside light, day or night.

Its location is very accessible… The room is clean and comfortable… They have simple and good breakfast.. Staff are very helpfull

They claim to be a 3 star hotel but they lack so much in facilities and basic hotel needs for their price.. There is no elevator, even just a cart to put stuff till the stairs… I pity the staff who have to carry everything. They dont have a hair blower, and water kettle or coffee station in the room…

The location and the great service of the staff. For breakfast, the kitchen accommodated my vegan request, which I appreciate. Taste could improve though.

For the price, it lacks other basic services or amenities, such as refrigerator.

Great location in Lucena City

It's getting a bit old --- in terms of facilities

Bed and pillows were okay.

The hotel is right on the highway. A bit noisy. The bidet was leaking in the first toom we were assigned - flooding the floor. Very bright lights were shining through our window with only thin shades. No hot water. The desk staff did not have contact numbers to help with local transportation. They just kept saying “ take a tricycle.”

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Rosita. The location was great, the room was clean, and the aircon was nice and cold. The bed was comfortable, and parking was free, which was a big plus. Breakfast was included in the rate—it’s not a buffet, but you can choose from three set meals (we had the Lucban longganisa, which was tasty), and brewed coffee is unlimited, which was a nice touch. Overall, good value for money, and I’d consider staying here again.

There's no elevator (keep this in mind when traveling with seniors or PWD), though thankfully a staff member helped carry our luggage upstairs. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the Wi-Fi was quite unstable during our stay—but Smart LTE worked fine, so that helped.

Spacious and well lit room. Location was a few kilometers away from where we needed to be but it's a great alternative rather than staying in the crowded town center. Plenty of parking spaces.

Nice and clean. Very good room when you think about the location in Lucena. We were visiting family and needed a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly enough, but did not know how to get us a taxi. I do not think that they are used to tourist.

Just a plain room with no amenities included. It only includes 2 small bottle of water. No coffee/tea maker, no mini ref, no bedroom slippers, no hair dryer, no iron that is supposed to be included in the room.

Internet connection needs to be improved. It is impossible to connect from the rooms.

checking in. i came 2 mins before and they really have to asked me wait till 2pm. then 2pm came im expecting that all is good they i have to wait for another 15mins bbecaise the room is nit yet ready.

Clean, nice location, friendly staff. Free breakfast and hearty choices. Compound is secure and strong wifi reception.

New hotel so it is still clean, and most everything still works (air conditioner, hot water, lights, wifi). Con: no elevator.
