The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and surrounded by many restaurants and shops, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Binesh, yoon, ahmed were very helpful and lovely. The stay was very clean all around. We were helped in all ways possible during the aerospace closure. Will definitely come back and recommend 100%. The rooms were more than comfortable. Great location many places to go and eat at. They value their guests all the way.

The hotel appartment is cozy, clean and very good for the price. It has an older look but it is clean and safe. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very nice to have a kitchenette in the room. Great for a longer stay at a reasonable price. Tons of stores and supermarkets right next by. The cleaning gentleman on the second floor is a young man Mr. Ajay. He is super clean and punctual. We find out room spotless every afternoon we return back. We find our water and tea refilled too.

My stay at J5 Rimal Apartment was absolutely amazing from from the front desk Manal, Waseem and Lingam all the way to the housekeeping team, it was even more special that HK Director John escorted us to the room and Paula and Wubit assisted us smoothly with our request from extra bed to extra pillows. These property is one of the best hotel experience in the entire Dubai so far given the fact that I stay in different hotels almost every weekend.

The hotel itself was amazing .. but staff was stipid strange and crazy !!! Imagine 2 am in the morning staff was confused and knocking your door asking if you have a food order . Stupid !! Not even saying sorry .

The J5 Rimal is close to Al Rigga Metro station and is my favourite hotel when travelling to Dubai. I have stayed at this hotel so many times that I call it often my “second home”. I like the hotel, I like the rooms, I like the breakfast – and above all I like all these wonderful people giving every day their best. The J5 Rimal contains of large rooms with lots of space, comfortable twin or King size beds. Lots of space also to hang up your belongings. The rooms also contain of a small but very functionable Kitchenette with sufficient pots and pans to cook, in case you want to. The bathroom is also spacious and contains all you need. Depending on how many guests they have who want breakfast, they will have a fully set up and tasty Buffet. Otherwise, they serve you from the breakfast menu. The breakfast is prepared with lots of care. They have good coffee or tea and various juices. They will make you an omelette in case you wish. I also use their gym and pool space. Gym with good quality machines and weights or running machines. What will be special and will make your day are the people, all of the J5 staff is very friendly and they will always make every effort that you enjoy your stay. Starting from experienced staff at reception, bell boy or security who are very competent and helpful. The service at the restaurant is fast and good, all of them nice and friendly staff. Houskeeping also makes a great job according to how you wish to have your things done. The J5 Rimal for me: LIKE COMING HOME! Any time again!

Nice stay as usual. Im a repeated guest and always happy to return even if sometimes there are some technical issues. These are compensated and acknowledged. Syed and Ahmed are stars at the reception. The boy cleaning 509 (I’m so sorry I don’t have his name) was always so helpful and accurate. Such a nice experience! Also the Italian restaurant and chef Hussains Italian food is perfect. Will come back!!

I booked J5 Rimal Hotel for one night but had such a fantastic experience that I extended my stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious and spotless, and the location was perfect. The service exceeded my expectations, and the rooftop pool was a great bonus. We stayed at this hotel twice over the course of two trips in October and November, totaling nearly 25 days. Overall, it was a decent experience. Here's a breakdown of the good and the bad: The Good: 1. Exceptional Staff: By far, the best part of our stay was the friendly and accommodating staff, particularly at the front desk. They were always willing to offer discounts when we extended our stay, and they really made us feel welcome when we returned for our second trip. 2. Prime Location: The hotel is ideally situated, with everything we needed within walking distance. Whether it was dining, shopping, or sightseeing, it was a perfect spot for us. 3. Clean Rooms: While the rooms were a bit outdated, they were consistently clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The Bad: 1. Wi-Fi Issues: One of the biggest drawbacks was the Wi-Fi. It was painfully slow in the rooms, often dropping below 8 Mbps. The only place with decent Wi-Fi speed was the reception area, which was frustrating. 2. Old Doors and Locks: The doors and their locks were outdated. Every time we tried to open the door, it took multiple attempts. The lack of NFC key cards for both the room and garage doors felt like a step back in convenience. 3. Elevator Problems: There were three elevators, but only two went down to the garage (B level). It became annoying when the one elevator that didn't go to the garage opened, especially when you needed it the most. 4. Limited Laundry Facilities: There were only two washing machines in the building—one on the 2nd floor and one on the 7th floor. It was puzzling why they couldn’t provide more machines, given the size of the hotel. 5. Inconvenient Power Switches: The placement of the power switches in the room was impractical, making it difficult to easily turn everything on or off when entering or leaving the room. 6. Noise and Smoke: While the rooms were generally quiet, we did occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. Worse, on some nights, there was a lot of smoke that seemed to come through the air conditioning system, even though the rooms were designated non-smoking. Despite the negatives, our overall stay was still decent. The biggest highlight for us was definitely the outstanding staff. While the issues we encountered were noticeable, they didn’t overshadow the overall experience. I would rate the hotel a 6.9/10—a solid stay.

Myself and my husband stay here multiple times a year when we visit dubai. All of the staff are very friendly and it feels like our second home - we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The food is lovely and a good price, especially for dubai. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Srimal and the cleaning team are very pleasant and always keeping on top of things. The manager Saleem always really looks after us to a high standard, we have become family after visiting all these years. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Nice property, reasonably priced, in old part of Dubai, close to Al Rigga metro. Nice warm swimming pool. Not new but kept very clean. Recommend.

Its always a good stsy and very good staff.

Facilities in room were outdated. Hotplate but no cooking utensils. To charge phone the plug is on ground behind the bedside tables, so you have to move the table. Shower curtain is so short, once you open the shower, it flaps inside the tub, very uncomfortable. First day, room was not cleaned. Saw the staff outside cleaning a separate room and requested for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. No good channels in TV.

I arrived early and Waller managed to get me into a room, which was great after a 14 hour flight.

A comfortable, friendly hotel at a good price, with all key services. I was particularly impressed with the customer service: Syed was excellent on the Front Desk. At breakfast, Sunil was first class and led an impressive team that included Milind and Harin. Chefs Saman and Iqbal prepared really enjoyable food. Those staff in the top floor pool and sauna area were also very good.
