Good location , accessible and good team

I was stay in Coral Hotel, I felt all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I want to apricate the security guy who was assist our bags. I want to mention the reception WAR WAR, she is smiling all the time and TAZI very friendly. Thank you so much guys....

Location of the Deira branch is at wonderful place, you never felt alone, having supermarket and good restaurants nearby. Rooms are very clean and good, Staff is very cooperative .. Overall atmosphere is also very good . Breakfast was awesome.

Reception is not friendly and unprofessional. Comfort room in the lobby is always not available. I just don’t know if they don’t understand English or they’re having a bad time or hard of hearing.

Very nice staff and personal, room was descent. The location quite okay many restaurants and shops around. But the rooms cushions and blanket duvet on the bed were really disgusting lot of dirty traces… I wrote a note to them but didn’t change it. Not acceptable for me !

Their parking slots have very limited spaces, and it’s clear that event guests are not their priority. I was told that the parking was already full, but when I checked B1 and B2, there were more than 15 available spaces. Despite this, they only allow 5 parking slots for event guests. Their service is very unprofessional and very poor. If they have limited parking, then they should also limit the number of guests accordingly.
