Provider-sourced guest reviews.
We were enchanted by the particular beauty of the place, the kindess of the employees, the quality of materials, food and service. We felt in love with the place. Each day past there was filled with surprises, beautiful discoveries and amazing people. The location is perfect.
If you’re reading this review deliberating other accommodation, I wouldn’t bother. The experience at AZA was A1. The staff were all fantastic from the moment we arrived to checking out. The room was incredible, pool area a quiet sanctuary, and breakfast options fantastic. Thanks team for a great stay!
Great room, fantastic amenities. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious.
The hotel requires a bit of a hike from the town centre. Depending on the location of the room, you might need to walk down short, steep stairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The temperature using the overhead shower head is much easier to control than the handheld one. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Ms. Buse. You can book excursions from the hotel if you have troubles doing so through the internet. The breakfast has a huge selections of food as well.
Buffet muy extenso… riquísimos. Súper amables
Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean hotel, beautiful view
Highly recommended, amazing place. The staff is very kind, they are very nice people. Everything is possible here. And if you want good food then try the restaurant here :) Cappadocia is always a good idea 🙏🏼
Wow! This place is AMAZING! Different feel compared to the other hotels. More isolated and relax feels but still very close to town. The staff were so nice and accommodating, one of them is Murat. Sorry cant remember the names of the others. Breakfast buffet is amazing
10/10 loved it
Balcony was great Restaurant is in ideal location
Beautiful hotel, a place to enjoy and get relaxed. One of the big pluses of AZA is that you can visit a sister hotel recognized as the best place to watch the balloons! So you get the best from both worlds
Excellent hotel, staff are great and helpful. Shout out to Musa at the pool. Excellent service from him during our. Downside is the ventilation in the rooms. Can get very warm despite AC which is not sufficient. But otherwise will return for sure if we go back to Cappadocia.
Great experience and amazing historical sites literally everywhere
Our stay at the Aza cave hotel was nothing but spectacular. The facilities were great, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the room was unique and offers a wonderful experience. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We git VIP treatment ftom all of them. Shout to Musa who tends to guests at the pool. He was very attentive, made sure we had anything we needed and managed the bar and pool area to ensure everyone was taken care of. The only negative was the temperature in the room. It was very hot in Cappadocia reaching 35oC in the afternoon. Even though there was air conditioning it was nit enough. Also King room only had a small window and there was little ventilation. Sleeping was not comfortable because of the heat. However, it appears that it is only our type of room which has this issue. Internet access csn be spotty but that is understandable given the rooms are caves. Overall, wonderful, and would definitely go back.
Amazing place!
L'accueil dans notre langue d'origine est un plus, les chambres sont de très bonne qualité, le cadre exceptionnel, petit bémol la piscine était trouble comme non traitée.
Breathtaking hotel! Staff and service was incredible.
Amazing unique hotel. Staff are amazing in the restaurant, reception. Friendly, helpful, there was nothing we asked that wasn't answered. Simply gorgeous surroundings too. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend if you go to Göreme. And don't forget to ask for the discount code for the Hot Air Baloon ride- unforgettable holiday and millions of memories. Close to the shopping, restaurants areas, the Open Air Museum, Historical National Park and a lot of Valleys to explore by foot and see the chimneys, rock formations from above. The Baloons can be seen from 5am from the terrace of the sister hotel (5min.walk). Best view for over an hour. What a spectacle!! Sunset is a stonethrow away too. Don't forget the Turkish bath is a must 👌
The king suite room was beautiful inside and the local farm to table breakfast excursion that was included was amazing! The guide Shams was so passionate knowledgeable and genuinely fantastic. Alp was also able to provide us our room an hour early as we arrived in the morning. We were suggested an excellent hike too while we waited.
The property was beautiful! There were a bunch of sitting areas throughout the property. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town. It is up a hill, but still not horrible. You do get partial access to seeing the balloons, but even if the wind isn’t in your favor that day, guests have access to the Sultan hotel rooftop, which is next door. The breakfast is fantastic! And the staff are amazing. They made the experience memorable. You were able to stay in touch with them on WhatsApp, which was also extremely helpful. They helped book excursions and transportation to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the hotel.
Day 1 and I would love to move to another hotel already but I don’t want to lose my money. Advertised rooms are very misleading. Our bathroom is horrible, tiny and dirty and I think we’ve been given the worst room in the hotel. I don’t feel safe here and I feel like anyone can just walk off the street into our room. We only booked a standard room (I wish I had done my research better) but I took a peek into the room next door and it was a lot nicer. Disappointing, because we booked this room far in advance so I would have thought we’d get a nice room. Seemingly , they just give the nicest room to the highest bidder. I would have happily paid for an upgrade had I known the standard of this room. We weren’t even offered an upgrade. We are staying in the extension, which doesn’t even feel like part of the same hotel. The water comes on and off and while they say it’s an issue with the ‘government’ and not this hotel. I have spoken to people in the town and read previous reviews and I am not sure I believe them. The pool is icy cold and pretty much unusable which is so so disappointing. This was a major reason we chose this hotel and now we can only lie by the pool and look at the water. My partner and I went for a run this morning, there is no water to have a shower or use the toilet (basic human functions) and we can’t even use the pool to clean ourselves or cool off as it’s like an ice bath. I have spoken to other guests who share our sentiments. Also, when I called the hotel about the water today they claimed to know about this yesterday. Why didn’t they tell us this when we checked in?! Seems very under-handed. The only positives are the breakfast (which is absolutely beautiful, plentiful and first class), the beautiful garden area near the restaurant and the cats that roam around the hotel.
The hotel is beautifully located, with easy access to Göreme’s main attractions. A major highlight is the rooftop at their sister property, Sultan Cave Suites — truly spectacular for sunrise views. The breakfast was the best I had during my entire trip in Turkey: plentiful, delicious, and included both espresso and Turkish coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was seriously undermined by a major issue: the air conditioning in our room stopped working after the first night of our 3-night stay. I promptly reported the problem early in the morning, and while staff claimed a technician had checked it, the issue was never fixed. The room remained uncomfortably hot, and no real effort was made to resolve it or offer alternatives. This lack of responsiveness and service was disappointing and made restful sleep impossible. With such a significant failure in guest care, I can only give 2 stars, despite the excellent location and food.
I love everything about this property and will be back again soon
The Aza Cave Hotel was an incredible experience from booking the shuttle to checking out!! The location is breathtaking! Expect a good uphill walk to reach it which is rewarded with a view! We were warmly welcomed by Alp who went way beyond to make us comfortable and arranged the King Breakfast Hike which was phenomenal! Other than getting a hands on taste of country living learning the history of the hotel was insightful and incredible to see that the owners hospitable values have not changed! Every member of staff we came across was helpful and courteous but I need to make a special mention to Ozan- who drove me to the pharmacy when I had a medical emergency. Both the King Suite and Standard Annexe we booked were beautiful and well appointed, we ate a tasty Asian dinner at the onsite restaurant and the included breakfast which was a vast and delicious spread! Our reluctant farewell was from Yasar who was helpful, friendly and efficient. Can’t recommend this establishment enough!
I recently stayed at Aza Cave Hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, blending natural cave elements with modern luxury in the heart of Cappadocia. Every corner feels curated and magical. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and cared for. A special shoutout to Tuna at the reception — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. From helping us book tours to offering local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Tuna truly made us feel at home. You can tell he takes pride in what he does!
Beautiful property, comfortable room, great location, and amazing breakfast and sushi restaurant. Loved my stay!
Second time staying at Aza Cave such a beautiful place with the most amazing gardens gorgeous food and beautiful people fantastic facilities stunning pool and the very best tours with friendly knowledgeable guides that make your day so memorable thankyou so very much
This hotel & staff are a 10/10!! This was my first time traveling solo and they made me feel like home! Not to mention, it was my birthday!!! When I tell you my favorite staff member ALP, made my day very special! Upon checking he gave me a property tour and took me to my upgraded suite! He then left and came back with a CAKE for my birthday! Like oh my goodness! The BEST! He told me about all of the tours and attractions, booked all my transports and just made me feel safe! On my way out to Istanbul, he gave me another gift! A handwoven carpet to hang on my wall at home! I am forever grateful for his superior service and would come back in a heartbeat! Also, the staff member Ulku in the hotel restaurant Aiza was extremely sweet and accommodating! I have visited over 13 countries and this hotel is by far one of the BEST! What are you waiting for?! BOOK IT!
A unique and enjoyable stay in a cave room suite, located in the courtyard with a communal terrace overlooking Fairy chimneys and the balloons floating by in the morning sky. The suite was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The lighting is low therefore offered difficulties for my facial beauty regime using the bathroom mirror. I would recommend a light enhanced magnified mirror be installed. Bits of sand/rock occasionally fell off the ceilings and walls, this felt true to the character of the cave and enhanced the experience of being in a cave room. Breakfast offered an array of differing foods, from Turkish dishes, pastries, fruits to eggs cooked how you like. All fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly and extremely attentive, I asked if Kiwi was available when not out on the counter, the fruit came to me peeled sliced and beautifully presented! The hotel provided a complimentary activity, Kings Valley breakfast, we absolutely loved it, an opportunity to observe local people preparing traditional cuisine and offering an insight into how they live day to day, a humbling experience. This hotel played a huge part in making this holiday a spectacular one. They were on hand to suggest and book activities and surprised me with a birthday cake! We absolutely loved our 7 night wonderful stay at Aza Cave Hotel.
Views were great for instagram worthy pictures. And the restaurant and breakfast were also good. The WiFi in our king suite was annoying and kept disconnecting. The rooms AC was also not cooling and would randomly get very cold and then very hot after a while.
Alp was the most welcoming, and we are still under impressions of the hospitality that we received! The hotel is so beautiful, so many details, the pool, rooms, breakfast, and the most amazing personel working at the reception! It was the best holiday ever! Thank you, Alp, for making us feel like at home!
Love Aza Hotel! Every corner is full of beauty with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast was incredible - soo delicious. Our room was incredible and the staff were phenomenal, especially Buse! We loved their restaurant tips and our Hammam experience. We honestly think it’s the best place to stay.
Beautiful hotel, very nice and clean and lovely views. The staff is very friendly. Great for couples. Highly recommend.
Fantastic boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and view. Cozy restaurant and pool. Quiet. Overall great location.
The property was breathtaking, just so surreal. The staff were exceptional; they were so kind and helpful. We got there really early and so they took us to the breakfast room to have breakfast while we wait for our room then checked us in early. They helped us arrange our airport transport and send reminders for everything through WhatsApp. They even lit the fireplace for us and gave us a portable heater as it was still cold when we went.
No easy access, no parking.
Situated in the stunning landscape of Cappadocia, Aza Cave Hotel blends tradition with modern luxury, offering an unforgettable experience. We stayed at the presidential suite which is a luxurious retreat, combining rustic cave charm with modern amenities, elegant decor, and serene ambiance. The hotel boasts breathtaking views of fairy chimneys and hot air balloons, providing a captivating backdrop at every turn. The friendly and attentive staff ensure personalized service, making every guest feel valued and at home. At the local Azia restaurant the Vegan options are thoughtfully crafted with fresh, local ingredients, catering to diverse dietary needs without compromising on flavor. Conveniently located near Göreme Open-Air Museum and Uchisar Castle, the hotel is a perfect base for exploring Cappadocia. The restaurant offers a delicious and varied breakfast in an inviting setting, catering to all tastes. Aza Cave Hotel promises luxury, stunning views, excellent dining, and warm hospitality—a perfect destination in Cappadocia.
Great place to stay at while in Capadocia.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aza cave hotel. The room is beautiful, the hotel grounds are stunning and so unique! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cappadocia! A special thanks to Oguz, who assisted us in creating a perfect itinerary and assisting us with everything we needed! Also, the property has several adorable cats who were a highlight of our stay!
Oh my gosh you have to book this property. The view!! 100% recommend! The staff are excellent ! If I’m ever lucky enough to return I would definitely stay here.
This hotel is amazing. We had such a wonderful stay. Room spacious, clean over looking the pool. Staff are so friendly and polite. A special mention to Morat who made us feel so welcome on our arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty of choice on the buffet and a nice touch with fresh eggs cooked any way you wanted. Pool area excellent and an added bonus of sharing facilities with the equally amazing sultan cave suites and kelebek hotel. Restaurants at both hotels very tasty. The balloon scene from the sultan terrace was WOW!!!!. I could not find one fault with this hotel…..Do not hesitate to stay at the Aza!!
Stunning cave setting with spacious room, large bathroom, amazing staff, and great breakfast. Just 5 mins from vibrant Göreme with plenty of restaurants. A friend’s tip that truly impressed us. Very close to all the tourist attractions. A rental car is a must to truly enjoy Cappadocia.
Everything about my stay was perfect. The room (king suite) was spacious, had a wonderful bathroom, terrace view, luxury bed and bedding. The hotel staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcomed. It was a 5 star experience.
I want to start by describing the hotel. This place and its design are captivating because it blends with the surroundings and utilizes its resources beautifully. For example, the room is carved into the rock and resembles an elegant cave; it's cozy and very spacious. The food in the restaurant is delectable, especially the desserts. The views from every corner of the property are spectacular; seeing the natural chimneys and the greenery of the valley is magnificent. The staff is amiable and prompt in their work. For example, at the front desk, Tuna was the one who helped us with all the information in a professional and comprehensive manner, information that is difficult to find online. Murat, although not a native Spanish speaker, tries to speak to you in Spanish to make you feel more comfortable, and he does it very well. The ladies, Űlkű and Zeliha at the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, and the service was fast and friendly. At the pool area, Yusuf was always attentive to any additional drinks or snacks we needed, always smiling, and always willing to help us. And regarding the staff behind the operation, thank you for keeping the facilities clean and making this hotel the best in the region. The hotel is, in short, flawless.
Loved our stay at Aza cave hotel! The presidential suite was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was splendid! The hotel itself was beautiful with stunning views and conveniently located near the centre. Service was equally exceptional with friendly staff who even gave me a treat on my birthday. Loved my stay and hope to return one day soon.
Great hotel. Amazing food, great views and a very nice pool. Hotel staff very friendly. Lots of nice walks near by and great views of all the balloons. Very peaceful as well. Amazing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The perfect stay. The staff were amazing, attentive and friendly at all times. The location of Aza is perfect at the top of Goreme with beautiful views of the surrounding valley and easy access to some of the best restaurants and spots to see the balloons at sunrise. The breakfast which was included was first class with a great selection of hot and cold foods. The pool was beautiful. 10/10
AZA Nights: I was the first one and I was pushed under the impression that there are non alcoholic beers or mocktails on the menu since the menu said "3 non alcoholic option"... Well these would've been sodas for $10 ticket. I find this option embarrassing and when I asked for refound for $20 out of $50. They found all sorts of excuses why they couldn't give my money back. Is this a scam?
If you’re deciding between hotels, go with Aza. Hotel staff are amazing and so helpful with booking things. Hotel has amazing breakfast and the restaurant on site is also very delicious. The rooms are all decorated beautifully and unique. The location is amazing, walking distance to town. Aza has sister hotels all nearby and you can watch balloons from the hotel or walk across to the sister hotels for their terrace. The farmers breakfast was a great experience to learn the history of Cappadocia and the kelebek group which the sister hotels are part of. The pool is heated and was a great way to relax.
I loved all the hotel facilities. Especial the staff are very helpful and friendly. They try to do everything they could to help me in Especial Alpe amazing help me with all the activities also make me fell like i was in my home. Definitely i will be nack highly recommended 👌
Great adults only cave hotel in Goreme, perfect for watching the famous Cappadocia balloons go up in the morning. The staff are very respectful, attentive and accommodating. The suites are big and the property is clean. We will definitely be back !!!
During our stay we booked an ATV tour with the hotel. During the tour, it began to rain heavily and asked the tour guides if it was possible to return to the hotel via taxi (as we saw other members do the same). Instead of helping the tour guides began harassing my friend and I making inappropriate gestures to our bodies, and yelling shut-up in our ears. When we informed the hotel of this and that we would be leaving as we do not feel safe, they did not do anything to compensate us for the rest of the trip nor did they offer any reparations. Although they said they would refund if Expedia agreed, we were informed by Expedia that the hotel refused the refund. Furthermore, when we asked for help during the ATV tour the hotel refused to come get us. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.
Great stay at this lovely hotel. Really spacious room, lovely antique decor and beautiful bedding. Very attentive and kind staff. Nice touch in welcome half bottle of local wine and snacks. Very clean. Perfectly located in central Goreme and still very quiet. Lovely to have the pool after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Fabulous breakfast.
Great location. Excellent breakfast
Nice cave hotel, with decent size rooms and lovey heated pool. We had a problem with our door- couldn’t get out of the room, but this was quickly fixed although the problem reoccurred on the day we were checking out. Breakfast was lovely, a huge selection. Our room was dark and dusty which is to be expected in a cave room, however putting on make up was hard with no decent light source in the entire suite. Asked for a prayer mat twice but never got one. Location wise- Close to main area where there are shops and places to eat etc…Booking excursions through hotel is more pricey. We had a very early checkout and they provided us with a take away breakfast tray which was very thoughtful. Overall was pleased with this hotel
The property is walking distance to the restaurants and their downtown area. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Beautiful property with welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent Turkish breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
We stayed several days at the Aza cave hotel and on the pictures of their site the place looks very nice. Unfortunately, the reality is different. The hotel is old, it was raining when we were there and the roof leaked water. Overall the hotel is not well maintained, the grounds are very messy and dirty. The staff lacks professionalism and are mostly rude to their customers. They made us feel unwelcome and it’s absolutely not a charming place. Having looked around there much better places at similar price points or cheaper in Goreme. The sultan suites, the goreme cave suites, the aza suites and Selten restaurant all belong together and all not worth the money. We gave the people at the Aza suites multiple times the opportunity to talk to us but they seemed not to care about their customers. We want other people to be aware that it is not worth staying in their hotels.
The hotel is set up high with amazing views all the staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble from help in retrieving bag left at airport to booking trips. The room was excellent and grounds well maintained. We loved our stay here. One small change would have been some local food in the restaurant in the evening as was totally Japanese. Breakfast showered again was a fantastic choice and help used buffet apart from orders for a variety of cooked eggs
I loved my stay at Aza Cave hotel- the property and facilities were fantastic. The folks here are so wonderful and great. They are so hospitable and want each and every traveller who stays with them to have a memorable experience. I want to call out Noor who helped us at this property. She was great, gracious, thoughtful and super helpful. It was such a pleasure to meet you Noor - I do hope to return one day back to this hotel.
Amazing views, great staff, excellent breakfast, loved every minute!
Very unique and romantic hotel highly recommended
Aza Caves is a nice hotel and the staff are excellent. It looks out the “back” of Kappadokya which has its appeal but it is not the classic view over the township which you might expect. While the landscape is wonderful and fascinating, it also looks out over a car yard with bits of industrial garbage which is not that appealing. To see the classic view of balloons in the morning and city lights at night you can go over to their sister hotel Sultan Caves and Seten restaurant (which is excellent and worth dining at). The breakfast is excellent at Aza Caves and the staff are delightful. At night it becomes a a Sushi restaurant… The staff helped us with bookings and their choices were excellent. Many payments were made directly to the vendor so it felt as though we were paying fair price.
Staff is very warm. Location was fantastic.
Amazing, beautiful property with very friendly, helpful staff. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and I was surprised with a birthday cake and many birthday wishes from staff, I appreciated it so much. Also has a great breakfast. I also tried Azia sushi restaurant and it was also great! Highly recommended. Thank you guys for you warm welcome and hospitality
We loved staying at Aza. They have incredibly hospitable and helpful staff that helped make our stay in Cappadocia amazing! They helped us plan our itinerary which allowed us to make our visit enjoyable while having some great adventures too. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Would definitely love to go and stay with them again.
I had an amazing
Excellent stay at Aza cave hotel, I would highly highly recommend! Great selection at breakfast, easily walkable to different restaurants (and a range of options!!) excellent/welcoming staff (very friendly!), unlimited water, comfortable bed, and very generous. I would come back again!
Execelent beautiful
It was amazing hospitality, very luxury experience. It felt like home, highly recommend for the best experience in Cappadocia. Very caring staff and breakfast had amazing variety. Loved the vibe of the lounge area. Best stay in Turkey. Likely to stay for more days.
We spent our last night here and truly wish we had stayed from the very beginning. The hotel boasts an excellent design, is eco-friendly, and is run by a highly professional and kind staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that if you’re hoping to watch hot air balloons from the hotel, this may not be the best spot. That said, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others
Very nice room, love having fireplace and deep tub. Would have reviewed higher except a few things: Most important is that we specifically wanted and booked for a sauna. Having access to a sauna in another hotel is not the same as having a sauna. It was a long walk in freezing temperatures outdoors to get to the next hotel. Free parking was available but crowded and uncertain of availability. Again not very convenient to unload luggage and rooms were spread out, lots of stairs and no real offer of valet or of carrying luggage. I am fortunate that my dear boyfriend was more than willing, but for couples wanting a very VIP experience, I felt the website could have been more clear about what was on site/available/offered. The room was generally cold. We appreciated that they came late to do the fireplace, but it didn't work and we had to wait til morning to start our own fire. We went though wood quickly and ended up paying 10 euro for more wood. You could easily spend 30 euro in a few days on wood keeping room warm. Room service is available if I recall, I think you can have breakfast in the room. My partner doesn't eat sushi so a little more variety of options on the sushi menu would be ideal as alternative. The pool was steamy, but was too cold to use. We got in for moments before leaving. Cool setting in the snow. Wished warm It was the staff kindness and attempts to make us comfortable as well as the beautifil room decor that made up for some disappointments.
Great trip we had a room upgrade from junior suite–extension building to suite-main building, which bring us a better view, an air conditioner system,a small patio and thus a more convenient acess to all the function area The breakfast is also very good, half buffet style, and all the main course can be ordered on menu
Great staff, the best breakfast options, great amenities
Such a beautiful view!
Aza cave is one of the best luxurious 5 star hotel with all 5 star amenities with affordable price and given me a experience like home in goreme valley. My experience with this hotel is amazing and will never be forgotten. The staff here is very informative and knowledgeable about the town, from welcoming to good bye they all have taken very good care of me and yes treat of bubble tea was so amazing. Also TUNA helped me throughout my stay with right information and guided me about the town and what to explore and it was worth experiencing all the activities in town. Big thanks to aza cave staff and Tuna. I am glad I have chosen to stay in aza cave. Cappadocia is wonderful town with nice people.

We had a great stay at the Aza Cave Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to make sure we were booked on a hot air balloon after several days of cancellations (even driving us to the ATM for the deposit!). The room was comfortable and spacious, and one of the staff members even started the fire for us in the fireplace. The breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal place and experience
The interior design is unique with the cozy atmosphere attracts the stay.
Great staff and service, breakfast is delicious. Rooms are cute and cosy, with the necessary amenities (toothbrush, bedroom slippers, hair conditioner etc).
Thank you for the amazing recommendations to Buse .
The Hotel was beautiful just as advertised pictures the room and service was great...

It was a fantastic stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also ideal it’s just a walking distance from the centre. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!!!
Fantastic
We had a wonderful experience at Aza. The staff were so welcoming, our suite was very comfortable with a chic rustic feel and had all the amenities, and the grounds were stunning. If you are reading this review and considering staying, please read no more! You won’t be disappointed. Breakfast also had many options and delicious.
The staff was the best part! Augus at the front was so helpful to everything we did. He also helped us booking some great tours!
El hotel es hermoso!! Las habitaciones son cómodos y muy amplias, la cena en el restaurante japonés estuvo deliciosa. Volvería sin duda a hospedarme.
I would like to thanks to all staff for the welcome and professionalism, really you guys deserve 5 ⭐️the location and service is perfect . We are so happy to stay at Aza Hotel .❤️
Amazing property, great staff and excellent service. Very client friendly hotel.
Cappadocia is a jewel of Turkey, an utterly unique landscape on stone columns and cones. Many fine hotels there, and we selected a very good one: Aza Cave (Adult) Hotel. "Adult" only in that children are not allowed. Our rooms—bedroom, sitting room with a fire place, bathroom with a clawfoot bathroom, plus a patio—were spacious and perfectly situated to views of the stunning landscape. In the morning—whether permitting—hot air balloons could be seen from our window, and one got so close that it seemed it might land in front of us. The breakfast buffet with separate orders of omelettes, etc. is probably the most elaborate we have seen to date. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rules require that a staff member setup and light the fireplace on request. Fatih did this every night for us and we appreciated his service.
Beautiful property and walkable to all the restaurants city center.
Excellent staff, nice view from hotel.convenient to nearby places! Definitely a place to stay in Cappadocia.
Staff was amazing and the property is very well kept
Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Was very quiet with stunning views right on the water. Very convenient to get to the old town with a short cab ride.
Beautiful place. The staff are all lovely and helpful, the young lady at breakfast in particular, always a smile and making sure all is well. There are a lot of steps from some rooms to breakfast so make sure you are ok with that.
The accommodation was really beautiful - the room and the entire premises. The staff were friendly and helpful - I would especially like to compliment Fatih who was so obliging and consistently polite and helpful. So very much appreciated after arriving at a new place tired and unsure. Thanks Fatih!
Great hotel near restaurants and town
The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in the king suite with balcony and view of the garden which was very nice. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful views, but depending on the day you may not see a lot of balloons in the morning since the hotel is located on the other side of Goreme downtown. The breakfast was very nice. The check in and check out process was easy and the crew was very nice. The pool is beautiful but it was very crowded and the drinks/service is not up to par specially for the price.
