the 2 bedroom house we extremely dirty, spiders webs and dead bugs throughout. The windows are wooden and are rotting, some even falling out. The house was very poorly equipped, not even a tray for the oven or a frying pan. The TV remotes didnt work. The toaster kept blowing the electric trip, and despite ringing and leaving multiple voicemails, no one responded.

EL LUGAR ES MUY BONITO, AMPLIO, CÓMODO, UBICACIÓN MUY BONITA.

NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE EN LOS BAÑOS DE ARRIBA, SOLO EN BAÑO DE ABAJO. NO SERVÍA LA WIFI. EL HOST NO SOLUCIONÓ PROBLEMAS, NI MOSTRÓ AMABILIDAD PARA RESOLVER.

Would have liked more kitchen equipment, even a teapot or simple coffee pot. Grounds were a bit neglected.

The Flush in the one of the bathrooms was not working properly

The house was dirty upon arrival and obvisouly had not been cleaned as there was dust and dirt around the house , after speaking to the customer service they told us someone would come and clean the house, however no one showed up. The house was freezing , the kettle was broken and nearly burned you, there was a smell from the fridge . We have stayed here in another house before and it was a great stay however this house was not up to standard especially for the price.

Fazit: deutlich vernachlässigte Wartung ....

Amazing and beautiful

The property was beautiful. I stayed sigh my friends and I really enjoyed it. The house was spacious and very comfortable and it was in a really lovely location. Cong was 12 mins away by car

The road on the way to the property is very narrow. So you need to be mindful when driving at night. It is a small country road.

Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Nice amount of towels provided. Easy to access with key in lockbox. Superb location overlooking the lake near to Cong and Connemara and beside Lough corrib.

The call in advance from rental company told us there would be a hot tub and three bedrooms. There was no hot tub but it was four bedrooms, which was good. The TV is very small and not great service.

This was a great place for our large group. We stayed in three of the houses and they were all next to each other, so we could mingle as much as we wanted. The view was spectacular and the area was very quiet. It was very easy to check-in and very easy to check out.

So, these are not complaints, just observations. First, read the instructions on how to work the hot water. Once you've sorted that, you'll be fine. Second, this isn't an AirBnB; the houses have kitchen supplies, but you'll want to buy anything you need (including napkins, salt, pepper, etc.) for your stay. Third, if you're lost without the internet, this might not be the place for you. Service was intermittent at best.

Belle vue sur le lac et l'établissement ne manque pas de charme.

Une tonne de serviettes empilées au rdc (mais c'est vrai qu'on nous a permis de venir au dernier moment) pourtant le jour d'après...les serviettes étaient toujours là ! Problème...nos voisins étaient nombreux et bruyants et pas de cloison phonique entre nous ! En fait, on aurait été dans la même pièce que ça n'aurait rien changé... Ça a quand même duré jusqu'à 1 heure du matin...

Le manoir est un endroit magnifique avec une superbe vue. La maison est comme sur les photos. Les matelas un peu mou mais bien le séjour étais agréable pour les visites du connemara ce n'est pas loin.

Il manque le nécessaire pour faire le repassage, une cafetière et sur les plafond les toiles d'araignée. Par contre en ce qui concerne les douche il n'y avait pas de pression donc pour les personnes qui ont les cheveux longs ce n'est pas idéal car trop longtemps pour les rincé.

A notre arrivée, pas d'eau chaude ! Il a fallu attendre 3 heures pour pouvoir se doucher ! Gros problème de pression d'eau dans un des deux appartements et dans l'autre une douche hors service. Chauffage limite, radiateur sous dimensionné

L'emplacement était formidable..belle demeure.

Il n'y avait aucune explication pour la douche.il fallait tirer sur une ficelle pour avoir de l'eau. J'ai envoyé un message, aucune réponse. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche le premier jour. Ensuite,il manque pas mal d'ustensiles cuisine:plat saladier ouvre boîtes. A refaire la liste.

Beautiful building in a wonderful location! The house itself was clean, spacious, well-stocked and there was an abundance of bathrooms. I especially liked the very spacious rooms. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, I'm sure we'll return!

Instructions for heating and hot water were too long/overcomplicated. We were also unable to make the fridge and freezer work, unfortunately. It would've been better if they were already working when we checked in.

Location, facilities in kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all nice.

Door mats are must especially when the outdoors is wet. Those were missing. One of the bathrooms and bedroom lights were not working. Since there were other rooms available it was not a problem. But review needed before giving it to the next customer.

Couldn’t have entered the premises but for the fortunate presence of a ukrainian cleaning lady who went out of the way to find us someone through her workers chat group . Otherwise we were stranded . Such a nice location but marred by unprofessional attitude and slackness of someone who should have arranged entry . Not expected from BOOKING.COM.😡

Unico problema i ragnetti che tendono ad entrare in casa ma normale per la location. Una maggior presenza dell’host sarebbe utile trattandosi di un posto isolatissimo.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, and it completely ruined the holiday mood for the entire family. - No WiFi - No locks on the bathroom doors - One room had no lighting - No trays in the oven, making it unusable - The cookware was old and worn out - The house was filled with cobwebs To top it off, there was no customer support. I repeatedly called the contact number provided, but no one answered, and my messages went unaddressed. It’s only now, after we’ve left, that there’s been a response. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a booking. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I would never recommend or return to this property—it was a terrible experience.

L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent se perdre dans la campagne irlandaise.

Le service client est d’une inefficacité remarquable. La maison n’est pas chauffée à l’arrivée mais au vue de sa taille, elle met le temps du séjour à chauffer - si le chauffage central fonctionnait puisque nous avons dû nous chauffer grâce aux chauffages d’appoint. La cheminée aurait pu aider, cependant le bois n’est pas fourni, même après la confirmation de l’équipe qu’on en aurait le lendemain (et qu’on attend toujours). Pas d’eau chaude dans les douches. Ce problème aurait pu être réglé si nous avions accès au panel de contrôle central, qui était dans une pièce fermée à clé dans laquelle se trouvait aussi la machine à laver mentionnée sur l’annonce et le nécessaire pour nettoyer la maison. La propreté du logement est également à revoir (paquet de bonbons dans le canapé, moutons de poussières sous le lit, casseroles sales, matelas sale sans protèges-matelas…). L’isolation est également à revoir puisque nous avions l’impression de participer aux discussions du logement mitoyen. La vue sur le lac mentionnée dans l’annonce n’est visible que depuis un bout de couloir. Pas de baignoires comme mentionnée dans l’annonce. Il y a bien un jacuzzi à l’extérieur mais qui n’est ni allumé, ni même propre. De multiples tentatives de prises de contacts (via messages, appels, Booking) n’ont menés à rien pour régler les problèmes existants. Les 4 étoiles mentionnées pour le logement ne sont pas méritées.

Kæmpe bolig med badeværelse til hvert soveværelse! Stort køkken al rum. Spa, som vi dog ikke nåede at bruge. Smukt og fredfyldt område.

Flere af sengene var meget hårde og sofaen alt for blød, nogle af gryderne var ikke helt rene.

Issues with getting the keys

House is big and had good choice of beds. Kitchen facility is nice.

Contacted the property several times to request and confirm that a cot and high chair would be provided. Note the listing says that <1 year olds can stay there. This request had to be escalated to senior management. I was called back twice by someone on the team to check my time of arrival and departure. On each call I again asked for confirmation that a cot and a high chair would be provided. I was eventually told I would get one or the other! In the end, there was a cot which was dirty (it had leaves and dirt in it and had to be cleaned). Apart from that the property was freezing. Property has space heaters - we couldn't get the living area warm enough. A plug socket in the living room wasn't working which was inconvenient. The floor was dirty so we struggled to find an area where the baby could crawl around. Not really suitable for families with small children, seems like more of a party house.

Our toilet had no seat, no dishcloths in kitchen. Not sure about our unit when we arrived.

The location and building is amazing. I would love to spend much more time there. The necessary needs are limited, though. If you take everything you need and the hot water, wi fi and television are not a necessity, it is heaven.

No host and to many "I understand, no worries and we'll talk to management to get it taken care of," with no actions or follow up ever taken in the future.

Er is heel veel ruimte in het huis. Badkamers en slaapkamers waren netjes schoon. Mooie stille omgeving. Voor 6 personen is de prijs per nacht heel netjes.

Geen tot weinog uitzicht vanuit de vakantie woningen. De pannen en borden in de keuken waren allemaal nat. De keuken voelde wat plakkerig aan. In de woonkamer bevind zich een open haard. Er hangt een nogal sterke brand/rooklucht. Sommige mensen vinden dit sfeervol, maar je kunt er hoofdpijn van krijgen.

Potential for an outstanding experience was marred by poorly maintained facilities. Hot water that didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, lounge furniture was uncomfortable, staff didn’t respond to requests, are we spoiled by modern conveniences, maybe, but when traveling we depend on WiFi for information and driving directions. Wife thought the unit lacked cleanliness.

the construction of the property is fantastic, the view of the Lough is spectacular

no hot water, no bath towels, nothing to clean up the kitchen with, no WIFI to do local research, no cell phone reception which is why WiFi is important. Only one shower out of 4 had a water heater that worked. No customer service, the call we placed trying to get towels and instructions on hot water rolled right to a general voice mail account for 5 properties owned by this group.

Arrived late at night in very poor weather. Would have helped if there had been signage as you come through the gate to properties at the back as we could not find property no 8. Also sensor lights would be good outside as it was very dark. Property no 8 did not have access to washing machine & tumble drier which other properties did have. Need this in wet Ireland. We were playing golf & needed to dry our gear. One of the showers in no 8 the door wouldn't open fully so couldn't get into it.

Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase. They don't provide paper or kitchen towels or napkins, so pick those up at Tesco. Overall, wonderful space. Would recommend.

My Internet on my phone didn’t work. I called the number for help to get the key and he sent me you tube video. How could I watch it? Finally, a neighbor came and helped. Was very frustrated

Sadly our thought of celebrating my husbands 70th birthday with a few home cooked meals couldn’t happen in this kitchen. No skillet/frying pan. No dish cloths, towels or sponge. No way to do dishes, dishwasher inop. Dirty floors, uncomfortable beds. It could be a great place with a little TLC and upgrade beds and towels for a start. We survived but with no help from management company!

Struttura e posizione meravigliosa!

Purtroppo un messaggio inviato dalla proprietaria e non ricevuto in tempo ha fatto sì che al nostro arrivo non avessimo le informazioni per un corretto self check in. Contattata la proprietaria ci ha guidato telefonicamente e siamo riusciti ad entrare in casa. A parte questo devo dire che struttura e posto sono meravigliosi!

-Le cadre avec vue sur les lacs, la maison en vielles pierres. Du voyage rien qu'en étant là. - beaucoup d'espace au sein du logement, bien équipé. - très bon rapport qualité/prix le jour de ma réservation.

The house is in a state of extreme neglect, with thick dust and spider webs covering every corner. There’s a massive infestation of insects throughout the home. The dishwasher hasn't worked in a long time and is filled with mold. In one of the bedrooms, a broken window frame makes it impossible to close the window, leaving the room freezing cold at night. Is not worth the high price it costs. Would not recommend

It's a lovely place, had most things you'd need for your getaway.

It's quite far away from shops and restaurants, one of the appliances didn't work, like the toaster which was a pain at breakfast time, plus they need to supply bigger towels.

The location is gorgeous and the units are a good size

Please bear with me as this is long. So we stayed at unit 4 from AUGUST 15th-17th. There were issues with having any utilities on on the 15th and after several calls back and forth with the management company, we received a call back from the manager and she put us up in another unit for one night- I think it was 7- we had to move most of our stuff over there to sleep for the night of the 15th,and then come back to unit 4 after the electric was fixed on the 16th. It was beyond inconvenient and the 2nd place we moved to was not very clean and it smelled strongly like dog and also urine in one of the bathrooms and a bedroom. We were so looking forward to forward to staying at Clós Na Feirme!!! The area around it is lovely and the units could be if the management company took care of the place and did some updates. We asked for a refund for the first night and the management company replied that we didn't report it to them beforehand- what??? That is a lie!! I told them I would be writing a review and it won't be a good one- they replied back that they will reply back in same to our review - wow! we stayed at several other places during our trip to Ireland and all were pristine. Think 10 times before staying here :(

L'une des chambre avait une forte odeur de vomi mais elle avait été nettoyée. La literie des lits doubles était ancienne et pas très confortable mais j'ai l'impression que les literies sont assez anciennes en Irlande pour ce genre de location.

L’équipement de la maison est déplorable compte tenu du tarif très élevé Il ne faut surtout pas avoir envie de cuisiner : tt est sale délabré et ds un très mauvais état ( quel âge ont les poêles casseroles …) Pas d’étendoir pour le linge, vu la météo ceci était indispensable Grille pain cassé et non remplacé durant le séjour La literie est très moyenne Tt est vieillot et sent le renfermé Compte tenu du prix de la location on s’attend à avoir une prestation impeccable ce qui n’est pas le cas

La localisation

Équipements de cuisine défectueux et usés au delà du raisonnable (voir photos). Serviettes non propres et en nombre insuffisant. Nous avons appelé à ce sujet et le personnel ne s’est jamais déplacé contrairement à leur engagement. Douche salle à l’arrivée.
