We had hot water for one person's shower. No where in the property instructions or video did it clearly address hot water. Overall, the apartment was extremely neglected and dated. The furniture was all stained and the bed was crooked causing my head to be lower than my feet.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön, man kann sehr tolle Wanderungen in der Nähe unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig für mehrere Leute und der Hot Tub ist wirklich das Highlight! Der Check-in war sehr einfach und die Kontaktaufnahme sehr freundlich.
Leider gab es einige Kleinigkeiten die uns gestört haben. Fast alles sind Sachen, die man eigentlich mit wenig Aufwand beheben könnte und die unseren Aufenthalt so viel besser gemacht hätten, von daher ist das erst recht sehr Schade. Z.B. war die Ausstattung überhaupt nicht gut, vor allem in der Küche. Wenn die Unterkunft für 12 Personen gedacht ist, sollten auch mindestens 12 Gläser, 12 Messer/Gabeln, etc vorhanden sein. Außerdem ist der Esstisch für 12 Personen viel zu klein. Trotz vorheriger Nachfrage, ob Pfannen und Rührbesen vorhanden sind (was uns bestätigt wurde!), gab es weder Pfannen, noch Rührbesen, noch einen Pfannenwender. Wir mussten mehrmals über die Hotline anrufen (nicht rund um die Uhr verfügbar), bis uns eine nette Frau zumindest eine Pfanne gebracht hat. Außerdem fehlte in der Küche ein Spüllappen/Schwamm, und es gab weder Salz, noch irgendwelche anderen grundlegenden Zutaten (nur Pfeffer, Tee und eine Handvoll Instant Kaffee Tüten). Es wurde ein Handtuch pro Person gestellt, was vor allem mit dem vorhandenen Hot Tub zu wenig ist (also lieber noch selber was mitbringen). Zu den Badezimmern: Bei dem en suite Badezimmer kann man die Tür nicht schließen, man kann die Tür nur anlehnen. Die Badezimmer sind alle sehr groß, allerdings fehlen genügend Handtuchhaken oder andere Möglichkeiten, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Außerdem wäre es nett (und kein großer Aufwand), wenn man Klopapierhalter hätte, und ein paar mehr Ablageflächen für Klamotten, Waschbeutel etc. zur Verfügung ständen.

La limpieza es muy justa y la cocina no está provista de utensilios para cocinar para las personas que alojaba la casa, no había sartén grande ni olla , ni mesa , ni sillas para los 9 que nos hospedamos. Los baños muy muy austeros y viejos. Y la limpieza muy muy mejorable

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Really enjoyed the stay. The hot tub was already hot and clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean also. The 3 bathrooms also were in good condition. The towels provided were also a good addition. The table was already set with all the tableware. Booked for one night but everything was beyond good.
For future it would be nice to supply some bottles of shampoo, body wash or conditioner.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025The view of the lake on the way to the property is amazing. The beds are comfortable. There are three bathrooms. The hot tub is relatively new. The rooms are well proportioned.
The house is worn out. We had to cover the sofa and chairs with sheets to sit on them and then you sink down to the floor. The kitchen is shabby and we had to buy our own wash up liquid, dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machine. No kitchen roll, foil, cloths etc. Curtains are hanging by a few hooks, spiders in every room, grubby carpets, old & well used showers, outside areas not well maintained - weeds, broken wood, rubbish lying around. I feel sorry for the cleaners, they do their best with little to work with.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Everything was fantastic, such a beautiful accommodation that fit the whole family in the middle of paradise, they even have a beautiful white horse on the property. Showers, kitchen and laundry services were all perfect!
The hottub wasn't heated on arrival but we booked last minute and it was nice and hot by the night time!

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024The house was cozy, comfotable and very clean, it has fireplaces and access for hot tub which was preheated on our arrival time, the heating was on. Also we got gorgeous complimentary from the owner that we didn’t expect to see, it was very nice and thank you soo much. There was plenty plates and forks, other kitchen appliances, brand new oven. Rooms: Very clean, spotless, new mattresses, warm beds, in one of the bedrooms we found extra duvets. So, overall it was great stay, we cannot recommend enough this place.
Unfortunately, to our “luck “ our first day we didn’t have hot water in the whole house but we contacted the helpline and they sent us lovely lady Lilia and she was very helpful, fixed the problem with water, brought some of the kitchen pots that we needed and extra firewood. Big thank you to Lilia for her help, she is an amazing 😙
