Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die auch gerne hilft mit guten Tipps für Touren oder Ausflüge oder auch mal schnell ein Tuc-Tuc organisiert. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und die Ruhe sind einmalig. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück (Aufpreis) ist gut.

Im Zimmer hat es zwar einen Schrank, doch der ist verschlossen. Es fehlt folglich an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Dusche bringt nur wenig warmes Wasser. Wenn man bereit ist für die Aussicht zu bezahlen ist der Preis ok, doch nur für die Unterkunft selbst ist der Preis zu hoch.

No me gusto que no tenga parqueadero. Aunque el carro lo dejamos afuera y no ubo ningún inconveniente ya que jardín es muy seguro.

La proximité avec le centre de ville, le calme et la vue depuis la chambre . Maria et Paula sont deux hôtes très sympathique et volubiles. Elles ont été de très bons conseils pour choisir nos activités. Super séjour

Nothing at all. This property is entirely unsuitable for pet owners or anyone seeking a private stay. Avoid at all costs.

The property listing is grossly misleading. It fails to disclose that the rear balcony is a shared space with zero privacy, which is a significant omission of material fact. Furthermore, the "pet-friendly" designation is a complete fabrication in practice. Upon arrival, we were informed of the following unacceptable conditions: The presence of an aggressive, territorial resident dog that makes common areas inaccessible. A requirement to remain confined to our room for the duration of the stay to avoid conflict. A bizarre policy requiring us to carry our dog in our arms and "check-out" with staff every time we exited the room. To make matters worse, the on-site staff member was unprofessional, hostile, and demonstrably dishonest. She attempted to extort a 100% cancellation fee for the first night—a claim that was quickly debunked as a lie by Booking.com representatives, who confirmed the actual policy is 50%. We opted to forfeit the 50% fee and leave immediately rather than subject ourselves to such a toxic environment.

We booked this room for the view and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning balcony to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and wildlife. Just to be clear the room is in the host’s house but she is extremely friendly and a great character (lots of chat and laughs) - she gave us really good information on Jardin and also booked our tour to the cave which was amazing (highly recommended the tour). You can’t actually use the kitchen anymore but the host’s helper (a lovely Venezuelan girl) will cook for you for a reasonable price - we had breakfast one morning which was delicious (arepas cooked by a Venezuelan 🤌🏼). For us, staying with a local in an authentic house is what makes a trip so much more memorable, we will be coming back next year.

The kitchen shouldn’t really be in the description as it’s not actually available for use (you can make a sandwich but no cooking meals etc.). No coffee/tea maker in the room as in the description. The owner watches TV a little loud sometimes late at night but I am a very fussy sleeper (my girlfriend hardly noticed). Other than that we had no issues and loved the experience overall.

Perfekte Lage. Der Balkon bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht, muss aber mit dem Nachbarzimmer geteilt werden.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Wohnung der Vermieterin, daher ist man nicht ganz für sich. Das abgebildete Sofa-Eck gehört zur Wohnung und nicht zum Zimmer. Das "Familienzimmer" ist mit den beiden Betten voll, und es gibt außer einem kleinen Nachttisch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch die freie Ecke im Schrank ist relativ klein für mehrere Personen, zudem fehlen Bügel. Insgesamt eher überteuert.

La chambre était très propre, la plus propre que nous ayons eu. La vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Une chambre confortable et chaleureuse. Un très bon accueil.

La señora a cargo de la casa es muy atenta y amigable. Nos sugirió un par de actividades muy interesantes para hacer en Jardín. Y estuvo atenta incluso de ayudarnos a reservar nuestro bus de regreso a Medellín

María is a very welcoming and helpful host. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The room balcony offers amazing views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. One small thing I really enjoyed were the super comfy balcony chairs - great for reading and enjoying the view. The location is great just on the edge of town but a couple of minutes walk to the centre.

Beware its a room in somebody's house. Zero privacy

The Location - not directly at the center and therefore perfectly quiet & surrounded by nature. The view - amazing. The people - welcoming and take care of you.

It's not the worst thing but we think people should know that this isn't a hotel but someone's apartament and the two Ladies live there. Because of this,it's not very private nor intimate. You can hear them talking on the phone late in the evening etc.. The most surprising thing was that the balcony was shared with another room, so if you were on the balcony you could see other room and the people from the other room could see you, this way no one really could use the balcony. In the room there was only a bed( which is very small for two people) and nothing else to seat on. We took the chair from the balcony and we were told that we had to put IT back because its' from shared balcony, which was kind of ridiculous since there was other chair there, anyway we got to keep it when we asked.

Maria was the best host. She welcomed us with open arms, recommended a great restaurant and set up a tour at the "Los Angeles" coffee plantation which was a dream come true. You can't beat the location; only 2 blocks from the main square and the view from my balcony was amazing.

You only have access to some of the closet. Wasn't able to hang my clothes because only had shelves, which isn't a big deal if your only there for a couple of days. Also, no TV which isn't a big deal since your our and about most of the time.

The owner was extremely helpful and even set up a finca tour for us.

Everything was pretty good! The only down side was the bed was a little hard.

I loved my stay. The Casa is exceptionally close to the main plaza. The star in Maria Victoria who is a wonderful host.

The house is central located, but in a very quiet street. Room and bathroom are very clean and spacious. The balcony is for two rooms to share, with a nice mountain view and has a comfy furniture. The hosts are amazing - super friendly, very welcoming and always helpful. Special thanks to them! I would highly recommend this place!

We had a private bedroom/bath and the room was excellent with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful mountain and valley and we were just a couple of blocks from the main plaza

Maria, our host was a lovely character and made us feel really welcome. The bathroom was fabulous as was the view from our balcony.
