Det var en super lækker lejlighed i 2 plan med masser af plads, 1 toilet og 2 badeværelser. Den lå perfekt med skøn udsigt. Vi satte også pris på, at der var en garage. Elevator fra garage til lejlighed. Perfekt udstyret. Den har alt man har brug for. Virkelig lækkert sted der får vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Det eneste lille minus - wifi virkede ikke i hele lejligheden og ude på altanerne. Man skulle være i køkkenet og stuen så var det fint. Endvidere var TV'et ikke videre betjeningsvenligt.

Estuvimos muy bien y comodos, la persona de contacto muy amable, respondiendo en todo momento. Supermercado cercano. Lugar genial para ver Insbruck y Salzburgo. Y sobre todo el Tirol.

Alles neu, sehr sauber, top Ausstattung. Lediglich das Sofa lädt nicht zum entspannen ein.

Unser Appartement war gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und hatte gemütliche Betten. Als uns ein Sonnenschirm und Stuhlauflagen fehlten, wurde sich umgehend drum gekümmert und diese uns gebracht. Auch sonst war die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und in unserem Appartement lag eins der Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin. Durch den vielen Verkehr ist schlafen bei offenem Fenster eigentlich nicht möglich. Sind die Fenster geschlossen, sind sie aber sehr dicht und filtern nahezu den gesamten Lärm.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht war da, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Geschirrspüler Tabs. Direkt neben einem Supermarkt und tolle Wanderziele wie der Sintersbacher Wasserfall sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung geliebt und können sie sehr empfehlen.

Die Balkonmöbel sind schon ziemlich verwittert, die Bilder im Schlafzimmer waren nicht unser Geschmack und an der Spüle in der Küche könnte die Fuge mal repariert werden, aber das sind wirklich die einzigen Punkte die mir einfallen.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden und begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich sofort wie zuhause zu fühlen. Die Tiefgarage macht es zusätzlich sehr komfortabel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Modernes Apartment, Tolle Sauna, Schöne Zimmer, Schöne Küche, ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, Eigentlich schöne Balkons, Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (!), Handtuchwechsel unter der Woche! Praktische Tiefgarage mit Aufzug ins Apartmenr. Das Tal ist wunderschön.

In der Preisklasse hätten wir uns mehr "Liebe" bei der Ausstattung gewünscht, überall fehlen Ablagen z.B. in den Bädern. In der Küche fehlt ein Toaster. Sofa war unbequem, fast unbenutzbar. Bilder waren speziell, haben wir gleich ganz angehängt. Liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Strasse - für Winterurlaub kein Problem, weil direkt am Skilift, für Sommerurlaub aber weniger geeignet. Es war zunächst keine Sonnenschirm da, die nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat einen organisiert (Danke!)- dann war der aber sinnlos, weil man wegen Strasse kaum draussen sitzen kann. Der Anmeldeprozess hat mich geärgert - 5 min nach Buchung in booking kommt gleich eine Nachricht mit einer "Drohung" dass das Zimmer wieder storniert wird, wenn man nicht die Kosten für Aufenthalt + Kaution sofort auf ein Konto außerhalb booking überweist. Weiterhin ist der Checkin-Prozess mit einem Onlineportal nicht DSGVO konform. Es werden Informationen gefordert, die vom Ö-Meldegesetz nicht gefordert werden.

Die Sauna in der Wohnung 2 war sehr klein, max. für zwei Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer war zur Straßenseite und daher recht laut durch den Verkehr.

We wisten het van tevoren maar het derde bed was een slaapbank en dat is toch altijd net minder.

A modern apartment that exceeded our expectations. The key pick-up was clear and very easy. The accommodation offers garage parking. The apartment is modernly furnished, and the kitchen offers everything you need and more. Cleanliness was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a ski storage room with boot warmers, which we really appreciated. Another great advantage is the elevator in the building. The ski lift is only about 100 meters away, and there is also a shop nearby. Overall, the accommodation more than met our expectations – we would be happy to return and highly recommend it to others.

The accommodation was excellent—bright, spacious, and perfectly suited both for family vacations with kids and for trips without them. It’s conveniently located close to all the gondolas and also offers parking, which is a big plus. The property includes a sauna as well, which was incredibly useful after a full day on the slopes. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

Stylische Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht – super sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist top und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Het appartement was prachtig en zo comfortabel. Wij hadden het TOP5 appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op de berg. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers. Fijn ligbad. In Jochberg zelf is in de zomer weinig te beleven. De skilift is dan niet in gebruik. Maar je zit op korte afstand rijden van Kitzbuhel en Sint Johann waar meer dan voldoende te doen is. Het fijne appartement weegt zeker op tegen die paar kilometer die je dan in de auto zit. In de winter is dit echt ski in/ski out. De lift is direct naast het complex. Wasmachine en droger in de kelder zijn gratis te gebruiken.

Ik vond de bedden persoonlijk heerlijk liggen. Mijn mijn zoon van 12 heeft minder goed geslapen. Voor een kind zijn de matrassen aan de harde kant, dan zou een topper fijn zijn.

Die Lage und die Umgebung haben uns gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Auch Kleinigkeiten waren vorhanden und mussten nicht erst gekauft werden, z.B. Toilettenpapier, Kehrrichtsäcke, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, usw.

Wir waren im Sommer da. Bei gekipptem Schlafzimmerfenster war der Strassenverkehr recht laut zu vernehmen.

Wifi wasn't good and also a bad smell coming out of the bathroom everytime we used the shower. No amenities, like shampoo.

Luxurious property, well equipped. Place has been quiet. Nice bathrooms with shower and one of the bathrooms had sauna. Parking is available at the spot.

No one welcoming us, explaining details, what to see in the area,... I like more private owned apartments. Trip before we had owner welcoming us, he has prepared lego and some toys for the kids and bottle of the vine and beer in the fridge for parents. Compared with such experience, this facility has been worse experience. In summer time, there's not much around the apartment, one has to drive with the car.

We had two apprtment one was facing the road, it was very noisy it we couldn't sleep well we must keep the windows open because there is no A/C The other appartment (penthouse apparyment) was perfect

nothing really, only thing is the booking possibilities... a minimum of 3 nights meant that i needed to book 3 nights in appartment 5 and 3 in appartment 2... it was not possible to book less than 3 nights even though my preferred appartment (5) was available for 5 nights.

No wooden cooking spoons or implements, would prefer metal if wood is nit available, not the plastic ones providd.

Stunning interior decor, clean, comfy, functional and comes with great view.

This property was excellent in every way. It was spacious and the balconies added to the already large space. Everything was top notch…lots of kitchen ware and the sauna was incredible after a long hike. Great showers, kitchen, living room…there was nothing to not like about this property. The views were amazing as well.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I disliked about the property. Perhaps the lampshade in the living room got in the way on more than a few occasions, but that is so minor that it’s a compliment to the owners!

The apartment is super nice and extremely clean. Staff is very kind and helful, there is nothing more we could wish for. Very close to ski lifts; ski room in the basement; parking in the garage; sauna in the bathroom.

everything was perfect

Great place 2 minutes from the lift. Very nicely designed place with big table and kitchen. Two separate bedroom in the floor below. Sauna included. We had a great time.

Jochberg as a city is not the best place if you want to go out. No problem in our case, but good to be aware. The accomodation is directly at the main road, but it was quiet.

Modern, clean, fully equipped apartment. Large, bright living room with kitchen, balcony and toilet. Two bedrooms downstairs, each with balcony and bathroom. One of bathrooms have a sauna. Private parking. Ski room and laundry in the basement. Friendly and helpful host. Good location: 2 minutes walking to the ski lift, 5 minutes walking to the supermarket.

I have nothing negative to say.
