Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Je krijgt het gevoel dat je ze tot last bent. Aan de hospitality moet nog gewerkt worden. Geen vriendelijk woord. Inchecken pas om 3 uur als je er om 2 uur bent terwijl hotel niet vol zit. Je krijgt dan niet de openbaar vervoer kaart maar pas als je in avond terugkomt. De grote trap bij aankomst is niet fijn met je koffer. Het is mooi hotel maar kan wel een upgrade gebruiken .

Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Badezimmer waren nicht renoviert worden. Ausserdem funktionierte der Abfluss in unserem Zimmer nicht und wurde erst nach über einem Tag versucht zu beheben nachdem wir bereits abgereist waren.

Eher kleineres Bett für 2 Personen (ca. 150cm Breite?), eher weiche Matratze. Kissen sehr angenehm.

La chambre était sale et la douche était bouchée. De plus, le personnel s’est montré particulièrement désagréable et peu à l’écoute. Malgré plusieurs réclamations signalées durant le séjour, aucune mesure n’a été prise pour résoudre ces problèmes. Cette situation est particulièrement décevante et ne correspond absolument pas au niveau de service attendu d’un établissement hôtelier. Une expérience très médiocre. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

Leider war beim Vorhang ein Kabel gerissen, so dass er nicht hochgezogen werden konnte. Zur Reparatur am folgenden Tag wurde er mit Draht und Schnur oben fixiert. Diese musste ich wieder entfernen um den Vorhang am Abend wieder zu schliessen. Der Duschvorhang verströmte einen üblen Geruch, wurde aber am nächsten Tag ersetzt. Die Glühbirne hinter dem Schminkspiegel war defekt. Auch diese wurde problemlos ersetzt. Leider hat mich auch der Fitnessraum nicht überzeugt. Es war heiss und stickig. Es waren zwar einige Geräte vorhanden. Bei der Hälfte fehlte der Stöpsel zur Gewichtsanpassung.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Sehr zentral gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe von Lausanne gare. Trotz zentraler Lage, ruhige Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Abwechslungsreiches und gutes Frühstück.
Das Schalfkissen, war mir persönlich zu hart, aber das ist immer auch eine persönliche Angelegenheit. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Une mention spéciale pour la réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis, ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu un accueil aussi chaleureux.

Das Hotel verfügt nicht über den Standard eines Vierstern-Hotels. Weder was den Service, die Zimmerausstattung noch das Frühstück angeht.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Fotogeniek hotel en leuke receptioniste. Ruime kamer. We hadden de auto in de parkeergarage gezet en vandaaruit naar het hotel gelopen. Daar zei de receptioniste dat er nog gratis plek voor de deur was. We hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar wellicht goed om eerst in te checken en dan pas naar de parkeergarage te rijden indien er geen plaats voor het hotel meer is. Parkeren in de blauwe vakken (zone bleue) op zondag is ook gratis.

The bed and pillows were extremely disappointing. The mattress had a significant dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were so hard they felt more like bricks than proper hotel pillows. The coffee and tea facilities were also far below the standard expected, with flimsy plastic and paper cups that felt cheap and inadequate. Overall, the room felt much closer to a 2-star standard than a 4-star stay. The lack of basic comfort and attention to detail was a real let-down and did not reflect the rating advertised.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Das Hotel hat einen besonderen Charme, ein bisschen altmodisch, aber doch modern. Die Lage ist sehr gut am Hauptbahnhof. Es ist zwar nicht besonders schön am Bahnhof, aber man kann alles sehr schnell erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat Klimaanlage. Ich habe auf jeden Fall sehr gut geschlafen. Im Zimmer findet man alles, was man so braucht und es ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Ich habe den letzten Wochen einige Hotels in Lausanne in dieser Preisklasse ausprobiert und das Hotel Victoria hat mir am besten gefallen.
Die Kissen im Bett sind etwas weich, ein zweites Kissen wäre schön gewesen aber es hat auch so funktioniert.

Room number 200 was big, but air condition was poor and insufficient. When we arrived, radiators of the room were hot!!! (we turned them off). It was a hot sunny day in July. There were no hand washing facilities in the toilet (it was only in the bathroom)
