Le calme , La propreté et la proximité de la plage . J’ai apprécié l’accueil parfait du début à la fin du séjour du personnel avec une mention spéciale pour Mr Sudani toujours prévenant et aimable ainsi que la gentillesse de Marwan à l’accueil .

La salle de bain est décidément petite ….mais l’excellente literie compense !

It was much more affordable than the Sheraton, about 1/3 of the price. We got there at check in time and Parking was excellent and worth the 70 NIS No bugs Nice desk and wifi Very close to the beach They extended our check-out time by 1 hour which we greatly appreciated.

The fridge had a freezer compartment which was all melted and there was no way to make it colder. We could not buy lunch in the lobby and maps of the area were not available, so we got both at the Sheraton nearby. Not a great view but we didn't expect it.

I can highly recommend Prima City Hotel. It is ideally situated with just a short walk to the beach, the Tel Aviv promenade, cafés & restaurants. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, and my room was quiet, comfortable & well appointed. I especially appreciated the warm welcome of a fruit platter, along with wine & chocolates, which was a thoughtful & much appreciated gesture. The staff were warm, friendly & always helpful & the breakfast offered a lovely selection of fresh & tasty options. Overall, Prima City Hotel offers excellent value, a fantastic location & genuine hospitality. I would happily stay there again & recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

Great location only about 5 min walk from the beach. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are way smaller than they look in the photos. AC is a bit old and it was hard to control the intensity of airflow. Also staff didn’t really clean the floors in the room or the balcony, so it was covered with sand from the beach.

The location was perfect. Two blocks from the beach. Transportation also near by.

Check in was friendly and upgraded room. Excellent generous breakfast.

When we checked in we were offered a free upgrade to a larger room. Sudani, food manager, was consistently considerate and helpful

The staff at The Prima City were fabulous. They were professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and and looked appealing. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. 2 block walk to Frishman Beach and public ground transportation.

אפשר לפנק זוגות שבאים בחדרים נורמלים ואם הם שומרים שבת לשים אותם קומה ראשונה זה מלון שאני מתארח בו כבר פעם רביעית אבל השירות מצוין יותר להתחשב בזוגות שבאים אליכם תודה

המיקום היה מעולה, המיטה מאוד נוחה חדר קצת קטן אבל סה״כ נעים מאוד ושקט ארוחת בוקר ממש טובה

המעליות לא הכי נוחות, הרצפה בחדר הייתה קצת מלוכלכת והחדר די מיושן, שורה תחתונה מאוד נהנינו ואם נצטרך לחזור שוב אז נחזור למרות מה שרשמתי. מלון חמוד עם צוות אדיב וארוחת בוקר טובה

את השירות המושלם, אנגין שבקבלה היה פשוט מקסים. דאג לנו להכל. בסבלנות ובנעימות. הוא הפך את השהות שלנו למאוד מוצלחת. תודה רבה.

Petit déjeuner superbe très varié et copieux, le responsable Mr Sudani était très à l'écoute et serviable. Literie très confortable, très bon emplacement.

La chambre double ne comporte pas d'espace de rangement suffisant pour un séjour d'une semaine avec 2 valises.Pas assez de cintres. Ouverture de la porte de la salle de bain étroite, la porte venant buter contre un mur.

א. בוקר במסעדה ליד....טעימה מאוד - משהו ייחודי וקצת שונה מחדר אוכל רגיל. החדר היה נקי ביותר - חיכו לנו מים, שוקולד ושאר דברים נחמדים. הצוות היה אדיב ביותר.

תשלום עבור החניה במלון הינו 70 שח...עשו לנו הנחה ל50...\למה זה לא כלול במחיר...? ובכלל, ממתי משלמים על חניה במלון..?

חוויה נעימה, צוות מקסים, מיקום טוב ושקט, קרוב לחוף פרישמן, חניה תת קרקעית בתשלום סביר, נגישות טובה, אוכל נחמד, בתי כנסת קרובים במרחק הליכה.

לא אהבתי כלום , שירות ברמה נמוכה מאוד. חדר אוכל לא נקי + לא שירותי לא טעים , רוב האוכל קר וישן , ממש מאכזב

הפקידה בקבלה בשבת הייתה עם פרצוף ולא נעימה , לא הסכימה לחמם לנו את אוכל או לתת לנו סכו״ם וצלחת , הייתה מאוד קרה וקשוחה , באופן כללי לא היה מספיק כבוד לשבת , המלון לא נותן אופציה לארוחה בצהריים וגם לא נותן אופציה לחמם לא מומלץ לדתיים

Stayed here in February as part of a volunteer trip. Great hotel, lovely staff. Rooms are small, but comfortable bed. Great location - a couple mins walk to the beach. Highlight for me was the celery salad on Friday night for Shabbat dinner. Omg, someone please send me the recipe 🩵

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Lage ideal. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und auch das Zentrum mit Restaurnats, Cafés und Läden ist in wenigen Gehminunten erreicht. Tiefgarage und Schutzkeller vorhanden. In der ersten Nacht war eine Brummspannung zu hören, die am nächsten Morgen umgehend beseitig wurde.

Die Musik in den Gängen der Etagen war etwas zu laut. Sie war teilweise in den Zimmern zu hören.

Расположение великолепное — рядом с пляжем, всего 10 минут пешком до Дизенгофа. При этом в отеле тихо, и шум города совсем не слышен. Неподалёку есть платная парковка — 30 шекелей за ночь (оплата наличными). Прекрасный, тихий и уютный отель с очень приветливым персоналом.

Отсутствие парковки при отеле (есть этаж парковки, надо уточнить с персоналом.)

The location is great and there's paid parking which is a great benefit in Tel Aviv.

Our stay at Prima City Hotel was absolutely perfect! Its was the Tel Aviv hotel, Compass Travel Israel provided in our seven days tour package we booked with them. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their kindness and professionalism. Yaniv, the Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Truly outstanding service – highly recommended!

צוות נהדר, שואל כל הזמן מה עוד אפשר לעזור, ממש 100%% ויותר! מיקום קרוב לים, קרוב לבתי כנסת, מגרש חנייה מתחת לבניין, נוח מאוד

בעצם אהבנו הכל שני פריטים קטנים טעונים שיפור- חסר שטיח אמבטיה שאינו מחליק במקלחת, כנ"ל מוט להחזיק במקלחת, צריך לזכור שהיום הרבה ממבקרי מלונות הם 60+, ובעצם אלו פריטים חשובים גם לצעירים.....

10/10 experience at Prima City Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Yaniv Front Desk Manager, was exceptional – attentive, helpful, and always available with a smile. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh salads, pastries, eggs, and great coffee. We will definitely return! Hotel was provided by Compass Travel Israel, we booked 6 day tour package also highly recommended.

The location is great and they have parking in a decent price no booking required for the parking but it's first come gets the space

When we arrived there was a problem with the booking and they were not very helpful.

The location near he sea and the city center. the breakfast was excellent but one needs to walk to the other building of the hotel, about 300 m apart after crossing a very busy street.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, 5 Minuten Gehweg zur Promenade. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Das Zimmer war nicht luxuriös, aber den Ansprüchen entsprechend eingerichtet. Es wurde täglich gereinigt, das Bett gemacht und die Badetücher gewechselt.

Die Fenster im Zimmer waren zwei enge Spalten, eine Gegebenheit des Gebäude, kein Störfaktor. Sonst habe ich alles für richtig gehalten.
