Reviewed Sep 17, 2026חוויה של פעם בחיים – רמה של חו"ל במקסימום. פעם ראשונה שאנחנו מתארחים במלון הזה , מלון למבוגרים בלבד ופשוט עפנו באוויר! מהרגע שנכנסנו ועד הרגע שעזבנו – הכול נקי ברמות, מתוזמן ,מתוקתק , מסודר ומעוצב פשוט יפהפה. השקט במלון , שקט במסדרונות כאילו כולם מהלכים על המים. אבל השירות... וואו, השירות זה עולם אחר! כולם ללא יוצא מן הכלל נחמדים, אדיבים וכל הבנות בקבלה פשוט מקסימות, חייכניות ומסבירות פנים ברמה שלא רואים בארץ. חייבת לציין מקרה קטן שמראה בדיוק מהי תודעת שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה, עוד כשהיינו בדרך לפקידת הקבלה עם בגדי הים, היא כבר קלטה אותנו מרחוק ומיד הכינה לנו תיק מוכן עם מגבות ובקבוקי מים! בלי שביקשנו בכלל, פשוט אכפתיות וחדות מטורפת. במהלך כל השהות לא הפסיקו להתעניין, לשאול ולדאוג שהכול בסדר ושלא חסר לנו כלום. רצינו לשדרג חדר (למרות שהחדר המקורי כבר היה וואו!), ותוך דקות ספורות סידרו לנו את זה עם חיוך רחב ובאפס מאמץ מצדנו. מדובר ברמת אירוח ופינוק של חו"ל! וואו, וואו, וואו! אין ספק בכלל שאנחנו נחזור לכאן עוד המון פעמים. מומלץ בחום .

La fenêtre de la chambre est petite et l’espace de ma chambre basique est restreint mais ça suffit largement.

קיבלנו חדר לופט שהיה קצת מוזר, לא הייתה הפרדה בין חללים. הכיור היה במרכז החדר קצת תקוע באמצע וביציאה מהמקלחת המים טפטפו לכל עבר על הרצפה. קבלת החדרים הייתה אחרי 15, חיכינו בקבלה עד שהחדר יהיה מוכן.
