Dans les conditions de l’hôtel, il est indiqué que les chiens sont autorisés et qu’un supplément peut être demandé. Ce qui laisse supposer qu’il peut ne pas l’être. Dans les questions des clients, on peut lire lorsque celui-ci demande si les Chiens sont admis, qu’ils le sont gratuitement. Quel fut notre surprise de devoir payer 30 € la nuit pour notre petit chien… je trouve que la manière d’informer le client à la réservation n’est pas transparente ! Dommage

Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht so schön.

Velmi stary hotel, nemyslim tym stary styl, myslim tym naozaj stare zariadenie, vybyvane, rekonstrukcia nutna. Parkovisko sice dostupne, ale opat, zasluzilo by si rekonstrukciu, vratane vstupnych priestorov.

Le chemin pour aller au parc et donc au centre de Parme ressemble à un chemin abandonné - pas d'entretien - c'est l'aventure.

הברמן. בחור מתוניס. כששמע שאנחנו מישראל בבת אחת נהיה לא ידידותי. את המשקאות הגיש ואז נעלם מבלי להביא את האוכל. לאחר המתנה ממש לא הגיונית - פניתי אל פקידת הקבלה והיא טיפלה בנושא בזריזות. חייבת לציין שחוץ ממנו - כל הצוות היה נחמד ומאד שירותי.

La posizione lungo un viale non è molto comoda se non hai l'auto. Visto il costo della camera e l'ampia disponibilita di posti auto coperti e scoperti il parcheggio notturno potrebbe essere offerto e non fatto pagare 15 euro.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Über die Lage kann ich nichts sagen. Wir sind im dunkeln angekommen und gleich am nächsten Morgen weiter.
Die angefallenenen versteckten Kosten. Lt. Buchung sollte ich 149,40 EURO für 1 Nacht mit Frühstück bezahlen. Am Ende habe ich 198,00 EURO bezahlt. OK davon sind 8,00 EURO für 2 Personen die Übernachtungssteuer sowie 15,00 EURO für das Parken. Die andere Position auf der Rechnung "Servizio pernottamento" .. in Höhe von 25,00 EURO weiss ich nicht. Es wäre schön, wenn bei der Buchung der Gesamtbetrag angezeigt wird. Fast 200 EURO war das Zimmer nicht wert.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Buona struttura che fa rivivere l'ospitalità degli anni '80, con la moquette e la chiave di accesso alla camera. Camere e bagni ampissimi, puliti e confortevoli. aria condizionata efficiente e ben modulabile. Spazi all'esterno fruibili e parcheggi in zona facilmente reperibili soprattutto nei fine settimana.
Nella camera mancava una sedia o poltroncina nonostante l'ampio spazio. Nonostante la presenza del frigobar, la fornitura di una bottiglia di acqua gratuita in camera sarebbe stata espressione di una "ospitalità" che invece è mancata. Il costo della colazione è elevato, soprattutto per chi fa una colazione all'italiana, cappuccino e cornetto.

Breakfast was poor. The coffee was bitter and the worse I have drunk in Italy and I tried it over 3 days in different formats. The heating on the rubber egg had been turned off so I complained to the restaurant manager. He was helpful and brought me one from the kitchen but it was only slightly better. The orange juice spout was blocked on both containers and the bacon had an off smell. The fruit was very limited and the melon was fibrous and unpalatable. Although there were exceptions many of the staff were blinkered in their activities and not customer aware. I complained again on checkout and was told I would hear back re credit for breakfast but it's now 3 days later and I have heard nothing.

Einrichtung des Hotels etwas "wuchtig" ( schwere Vorhänge und Polstermöbel) auch in den Zimmern etwas erdrückende Stofftapeten. Empfang freundlich, Frühstücksbüffet okay, Rührei u.a. warme Gerichte waren nur lauwarm. Badezimmer sehr groß mit 2 Waschbecken, Bidet, Dusche in der Badewanne
Service im Frühstücksraum nicht so aufmerksam, Tisch wird abgeräumt, obwohl man nur kurz am Büffet war, und man es am Zustand des Tisches ersehen konnte, dass man noch nicht fertig war.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Continental breakfast was great and tasty. Location of the hotel is close to a big park and near the city center. Hotel is older, but well maintained. There were some room issues due to extreme weather, but they were fixed fast after I've notified the crew.
View out of my hotel room balcony was not great - there was a big concrete wall in the way. On the site it is not clear what the situation is with parking and garage - which one is free and what are the terms/conditions for use. I've got clear information from the receptionist.

Dealer hinter dem Hotel, komische Menschen und unsicheres Gefühl um das Hotel. Unfassbar schlecht gelauntes Personal am Frühstück, ein guten Morgen könnte man schon erwarten. Sehr abgewohnt, müsste dringend mal renoviert werden.

Die Ausstattung war sehr abgenutzt (explizit Teppich und Armaturen im Bad). Die Anzahl und Position der Steckdosen war unbefriedigend. Die Lage in Ordnung, da der Weg zum Zentrum (auch durch die Baustelle) nicht so schön war.

Der Teppich im Zimmer. Die Dusche ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eine Zumutung- äußerst rutschig auf unebenem Badewannenboden. Personen mit Einschränkungen kommen kaum in die Wanne zum Duschen. Parkplätze in der Garage 15€, kostenfreie Parkplätze vorm Haus (vielleicht 8) sind im Grunde nicht verfügbar.

Parking garage is a bit of a narrow struggle Shower facilities get a bit outdated, repairs and leakage by worn seals.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Het hotel was goed bereikbaar en ligt op een aangename wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. De kamers en bedden waren comfortabel en het was fijn dat je zelfs een apart kussen kon vragen. Ook het ontbijt was goed en verzorgd.
De parkeerkosten vielen wat tegen. Het is jammer dat parkeren relatief duur is.

Showerhead is a bit too low and in a bathtub, prefer a proper shower.
