The room was confortable and clean. The breakfast was OK. Although the environment of the hotel just behind the station was not great , it was a quick walk to the centre. The parking under the hotel was very convenient.

As the hotel receives big groups, the breakfast room could be very noisy and the food was not replenished quickly. We had a small problem with the reception staff who were not very amiable.

Wenn das Fenster offen ist Lärmpegel sehr hoch. Im Bad keine Duschkabine sonder nur ein Aufsatz auf der Badewanne.

Sehr gut für Besucher, welche mit dem Auto anreisen. Das Hotel befindet sich ausserhalb der ZTL und hat eigene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Leider können diese nicht vorher reserviert werden und sind wie üblich in europäischen Städten teuer (ca. 18 Euro pro Nacht). Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Junior-Suite ist sehr geräumig und hat ein schönes Bad. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker.

Parkplatz könnte für den Preis inklusiv sein.

La posizione è centrale e tu permette di girare a piedi in città.La colazione puo’ essere migliorata piu’ frutta fresca ( macedonia ) e piu’ qualità nella scelta dei prodotti siamo in Italia la frutta i formaggi ecc dovrebbero essere di ottima qualità.La colazione è importante !

Appunto l’unica cosa che migliorerei è la colazione Parma è la città del gusto per il resto ho trovato tutto buono , il personale ti accoglie in maniera gentile e cerca di soddisfare le tue richieste.

Está en un sitio horrible y peligroso, el peor sitio de la ciudad, al lado de la estación. Para llegar andando hay que atravesar unas largas escaleras llenas de drogadictos y homeless. Sin embargo, es carísimo comparado con hoteles de su categoría (189 euros la noche en una habitación doble)

Personale molto accogliente, disponibile e sorridente. Colazione molto gradita, ben disposta e con un grande assortimento di cibo sia dolce che salato. Personalmente ho apprezzato anche la possibilità, per chi dovesse averne bisogno, di poter scegliere prodotti vegani o gluten free con un buon assortimento anche di questi ultimi.

Close location to the train station. Close to our pick up location for our Parmesan and prosciutto tour. Good air conditioning!

A few blocks away at the other side of the train station is where a significant amount of vagrants linger. There seemed to be constant police activity every time we walked by. Unfortunately we had to walk by there to get to the rest of the sights and restaurants in Parma, so we always returned back to the hotel before it got dark.

We were chosen as the lucky guests and got upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor. Not too far from the city center. Quiet. Clean. Excellent amenities. Comfy beds.

Gute Lage, gute Austattung, ruhige Atmosphäre, Frühstück - Auswahl gut und bis 11 Uhr. Checkout 12 Uhr

Frühstücksbuffet wurde um 10.50 h angefangen zu räumen und nicht einmal gefragt ob wir noch einen Kaffee möchten - Maschine einfach abgestellt! Wir waren nur noch zu Dritt dort … Wir hatten einen Campingstuhl auf dem Motorrad vor dem Hotel gelassen. Netterweise hat ein Angestellter des Hotels diesen wohl reingeholt. Beim Checkout (in Motorrad Bekleidung) habe ich gefragt, ob es eine Video Kamera gibt, da wir annahmen, der Stuhl wurde gestohlen. Nach einigem Hinund Her sagte die Dame von der Rezeption dann, dass Sie diesen hätten… für uns war das sehr unprofessionell- schade und Danke an die Nachtschicht fürs Mitdenken

La colazione e la disponibilità del personale Ottima posizione

Il lavandino del bagno era troppo basso e si faceva fatica a utilizzarlo. L' aria condizionata era troppo fredda. Lo staff si dimostrato disponibile e hanno spenta da remoto.

Menu limitato e tendenzialmente caro, colazione buona e sufficiente, posizione un po' "impiccata" si trova a ridosso della Stazione e non ha degli spazi esterni ottimali, il parcheggio ha le vie strette, è comunque fruibile, ma è parecchio sporco, forse perchè è fruito da molte attività oltre l'Hotel.

In generale direi nulla, siamo stati bene.

Everything was very clean and spacious. We got an upgrade and we were offered complimentary breakfast, which is always very satisfying! Reception staff could be a little more flexible with check out time, because we asked to leave the room 1 hour later and we were told that they would charge us 15€ per person per hour for time slots of 2 hours. This was the first time we encountered this issue and it didn’t reflect well with us….

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Gebäude. Schalldichte Fenster. Modernes Bad. Leise Klimaanlage, im Sommer in der Stadt super wichtig. Angenehmes Bettzeug, gute Ausstattung im Zimmer. Laminatboden. Hoteleigene Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Lage am Bahnhof: Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Außerordentliche Auswahl beim Frühstück. Und am meisten positiv in Erinnerung bleibt die Kollegin an der Rezeption. Zuvorkommend, freundlich, informativ.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and conveniently located right next to the train station. Despite being so close to the station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were extremely happy with the hotel, the cleanliness, the room, and the service.

The only downside is the area around the train station, especially in the evening. We did not always feel safe walking there, particularly as a family or as young women. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is something to keep in mind. Overall, our experience at the hotel itself was excellent, and we would definitely recommend it.

Cet établissement est digne d'un hôtel de luxe. Le personnel est très sympathique, les lieux sont extrêmement propres, le petit déjeuner était excellent et très complet, les chambres sont très spacieuses, et tout ça pour moins de 100€ la nuit. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Despite being located near the railway station (and the population that comes with) the hotel is at 10mn walk from the center of the old town. From the welcome at the front desk, to the cleanness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the softness of the pillow, the large diversity of items at the morning buffet, the small attention such as the bottle of water (don’t know if it’s related to the fact of being a NH member..) everything is just fine Note that there is a parking available upon request. I recommend it if you’re not alone and not afraid around a railway station

Sehr schönes Hotel mit modernen und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir haben hier eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf unserem Urlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hotel davvero bellissimo, pulito e molto curato. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera è confortevole e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. La colazione è buona: non è particolarmente ricca, ma offre tutto il necessario per iniziare bene la giornata. Nel complesso, un'ottima esperienza. Lo consiglio senza esitazione!

L'unico aspetto meno positivo è la posizione. L'hotel si trova vicino al centro città, quindi è comodo per visitare le principali attrazioni. Tuttavia, essendo situato nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria, la zona circostante non è particolarmente piacevole né ben curata.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. Wi fi couldn’t connect to. Charged 25 euros for our well behaved dog which is excessive compared to other hotels. Car park system getting in and out was over complicated.

Quando stavo per lasciare l’albergo, ho chiesto alla reception una busta di ghiaccio. La risposta è stata: Non è possibile, la cucina è chiusa! Viaggio spesso in macchina per lavoro e questa è stata la prima volta che una richiesta del genere mi è stata rifiutata, tra tutti gli alberghi in cui ho soggiornato. Ho trovato questo comportamento poco accogliente.

Veel herrie buiten. Door locatie bij het station waren er wat verslaafden en daklozen die je op de weg binnenstad en hotel tegen komt. Zij bedelen en roepen je na.

La pulizia della camera è il fatto che la stanza non aveva una base usb per caricare il telefono.

Staff gentile e cortese, hotel molto pulito. La camera era molto confortevole. La climatizzazione ideale.

L'hotel è sito nelle vicinanze della Stazione: è una zona di forte degrado, per raggiungere il centro nelle ore serali è sconsigliabile muoversi a piedi nonostante sia solo 1km. Il rientro può essere eccessivamente "stressante".

Ci hanno selezionato per fare l'upgrade.

Clean and comfortable, though spare, hotel on the outskirts of Parma. The AC worked well, which was very important during the heat wave. We had an issue with the shower draining the first day and they immediately sent someone up to fix it. Check-in was friendly, and the breakfast staff as well. Breakfast was ample and I was surprised to see the high quality mortadella and cheeses at breakfast, as well as a wonderful variety of gluten-free options. The fruit selection could have been better though. The housekeeping was tidy though they forgot to replenish our water on the last day and charged us for it when we tried to get it from them. The biggest disappointment was the 15 minute walk into town. It isn't a long distance but in the heat was quiet unbearable, especially since it isn't a nice walk. For that reason I wish I had booked a hotel in town.

Percorrere di sera il primo tratto di strada poco illuminato per raggiungere il centro è poco piacevole!

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικότατο και ευγενέστατο. Αστραφτερή καθαριότητα και στο δωμάτιο και στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Εκπληκτικό ολόφρεσκο πρωινό. Αξιοπρεπείς προτάσεις φαγητού στο μπαρ για ώρα ανάγκης. Ασφάλεια εισόδου και εξόδου από το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ.

Μικρές δυσκολίες στο πάρκινγκ και στην καθαριότητά του, παρότι το ξενοδοχείο καταβάλλει κάθε προσπάθεια για το τμήμα που του αναλογεί.

Although located right next to the railway station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and just a short walk from the historic centre. While it leans toward a business-oriented clientele, its modern, well-appointed facilities offer a haven of calm and comfort, especially welcome when the outside temperature soared above 35°C. Our Superior Double room was spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. To top it off, the breakfast was tasty, the service was highly professional, and the underground parking was incredibly easy to access.

La struttura moderna ed accogliente, ottima posizione per visitare la città, vicinissima alla Stazione dei treni che si raggiunge a piedi.

Excelente desayuno, mucha variedad y opciones(veganas y vegetarianas), frutas, lácteos, alternativas dulces y saladas.

El sector poco iluminado, aunque se observa una zona segura y con acceso a transporte público cercano. En el salón de buffet,como sugerencia , agregar una zona con jabón de alcohol.
