Location

Shower subject to flooding and bathroom needed deep clean.

Amazing location close to city centre, rooms were well equipped and very clean would definatley recommend

Nothing

Chambre très spacieuse, bon emplacement pour visiter la ville a pied. Et le parking est pratique. La literie été confortable.

Insonorisation n’est pas non plus au top.

Location

Room size, cleaning, dodgey power points.

Great location

Great location

The world's thinist blanket on the beds

Location was good. The building itself is a historic marvel. The manager was extremely responsive and got a cleaner in to change sheets- Cleaner did not speak english.

I would love to see owners have some respect for this building. Take time to check the curtains the walls. Remember its the little things - attention to detail- that make the room sparkle and emit a feeling of cleanliness. The room I stayed in was old grubby & desperately requires some money going back into it. And more time for cleaning. The sheets had blood spots on them, window sill was grubby and tĥe curtains had stains! The room over all looked tired and in need of some love & a bit of money spent on it! The carpet would benefit from a steam clean also!

Comfy, clean, warm studios and apartments. Great value for money. Excellent staff who will fix any problems.

Location is good

Location was great, across from the new stadium. Manager/owner had turned on the heating and blankets. Appreciated

Heating was a plug in when they had radiators to use. Info was out of date in the info pack. The plug in freshener was far too strong for the unit. Part of the parking was blocked off, not sure why. Didn’t impact us but wondering if it was for the rugby game.

So close to downtown restaurants and other attractions, and right next to stadium. Clean and comfortable.

Air freshener plug ins. Don’t like that artificial smell so pulled them out.

Central location with good value for money

It’s closed to the riverside , location is very good

อยู่ในตัวเมือง ไปเที่ยวในเมืองสะดวก

น้ำร้อนในห้องอาบน้ำไม่ค่อยร้อนไหลช้าด้วย

CLEAN CHEAP BIGROOM

Everything is good except the temperature of the shower water. It is sometimes cold and a little warm.

Pretty close to restaurant, the Bus interchange, and diferents places in the city.

The bathroom could be a bit more clean, especially the shower where the shampoo y shower gel is, it looks a bit moldy.

Very close to where I had to go. Polite people had heater and electric blanket on for me when I arrived and he helped carry my bags up the stairs for me

Paint peeling of the ceiling in places

We couldnt have been welcomed by a friendlier host. He was the most helpful, incredible, friendly and kind man who catered to our needs. We had a bit a of a request that would challenge anyone else, but he helped straight away and resolved our wee problem! The location is absolutely ideal and we will definitely be back !!

There's nothing not to like... its clean, warm and tidy!

Great location. Helpful staff, good rooms

Don't know

Fabulous lighting in the bathroom for application of makeup.💄 Love the location super close to inner city.

Excellent service and very accommodating during significant weather event.

Big room. Good location.

Room was cold even with heater on.

We only planned to stay one night but wished we had booked longer. The room was spotless, warm, and had everything we needed. The staff genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable and were always happy to help with local recommendations. The location was perfect for walking into the city, and there were plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Great value for money, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Christchurch.

Comfortable bed. Owner had the heater on when I arrived.

Only 1 tea bag.

It was a spacy warm room

Very noisy and no wifi password was given

Everything was straightforward from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were always happy to help.

Great location

Heater in warm

Very budget-friendly and excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We arrived late, and the after-hours check-in was easy. The staff looked after us very well. You can see the owners are putting a lot of effort into improving the motel, and it really shows. We would happily stay here again.

simple and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for my Business

I cant complain about anything. Every thing met my expectations and I will use the place again

The place was fine just not the personal experience I had at the motel

Oh just someone I considered very close to me hiding secrets from me and then telling me things that I didn't actually want to hear come out those lips

It was a great location and room was nice.

Didn’t feel like there was much privacy, person at reception was always walking past our room and just felt like we were being watched.

Great location, awesome value, very clean. Nice staff

Little bit tired but still great value

Location - 8 min walk from city center

Freezing. All of the windows were opened when we arrived on a 3 degree C day. The radiator didn’t work. They had electric heating pads on the bed and electric space heaters that shorted out when you touched them. That is an extremely unsafe heating solution.

Good price. I made a last minute, late night booking, efficient and helpful, with no issues at all.

The team managing the complex were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was amazing. So close to everything!

The rooms were quite worn and could do with an upgrade. I didn’t find the bed comfortable as I need a softer bed.

Enter one room with stinky smell and request for another one. However the other one is with bad lighting and not hygiene.

Bad infrastructure

Cleanliness and good services

Nothing

Very friendly staff, perfect location.

Great value for money and a fabulous location. Plus had onsite parking.

Excellent location as we went to one nz stadium. Rooms very clean and comfortable and very little noise

Good value for money, spacious, easily accessible

Great central location within walking distance of Christchurch's main attractions, just opposite the new stadium. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and a convenient place to stay when visiting the city.

Nil

Great for a short stop in Christchurch !

I liked the price

Wasn't thrilled about the limited parking and there was someone else's hair left in the shower .

Good enough location, very sharp price.

Bit of a bad smell in the room, stains on the blanket (wonder what those are... Just kidding I know exactly what they are). Crunchy bed although comfortable enough for one night. Just a bit tired overall.

Great place to stay. Affordable huge rooms and great locaton

Bathrooms coukd be upgraded and showers a pretty lack luster.

Great location. Awesome sunset. Prime location. Cheap. Warm.

Tv could be bigger, so could the bed hahaha. Just a wee joke there. Oh could do with better linen.

Comfortable bed and ample parking

Room was tired with dings in the walls and mould in the shower. Needed some fixing up

The bedding was as expected except only 1 blanket (in winter?) Found some extras in the cupboard in the hall way. There did seem to be quite a few wine glasses! It was good that they had a hand written sign on the wall at the back of the microwave to show us how to turn on the kitchen light switch because we would have never found it otherwise! While there were not any towels in the bedrooms there were quite a few in the hall cupboard.

The bathroom was quite dirty in places especially around the skirting boards. The kitchen did not have any dish clothes to wipe benches etc. Although there was a dishwasher there was no tablets or liquid for it. There were only 2 drinking glasses for 3 people. There did not appear to be any cleaning clothes of any sort there other than 2 tea towels.

Close to town. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Use of laundry a bonus.

No concerns

Grear location, clean and spacious layout room.

Comfortable accommodation and very close to One NZ stadium.

There was a problem with Sky TV so unable to watch replays of game or recorded program.

Close to town. Everything we needed. Tank you

Everything was fine

Location was good.

Room was not clean. Some of the parking lot was closed for renovation. Hence finding parking might be tricky. There was barely any heating in the room.
