Pesima limpieza, muy abandonado, obsoleto, caro, mal servicio. No lo recomiendo, preferible hospedarse en una cadena de hoteles, es garantía.

Great location! Right on the Zocalo. Front rooms can be noisy, as a result. Nice staff. Very comfy beds. Bathrobes.

Shower is very trendy, but not very practical. Hot water is unreliable. Horrible coffee maker that is difficult to operate. Room is dark and airless

Me encanto la ubicacion, la comodidad de la cama y sus almohadas, el personal super atento, muy bonitas y limpias las habitaciones sin duda regreso

Lo malo es que cierran el hotel y el estacionamiento, sin embargo se encuentra el guardia disponible para abrir las puertas del hotel

I hadn’t really checked before but was surprised they didn’t have elevators. The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance in the stairs and transporting the luggage.

La arquitectura colonial es perfecta, conservan acabados. Todo muy ordenado.

Pocas veces me he encontrado con el nivel de pulimento en todos los detalles que encontré en el hotel Zevallos. Con toda sinceridad supera cualquier expectativa que se tuviera para una ciudad del tamaño y relevancia de Córdoba ya que está de nivel internacional. Nunca imaginé que llegaría a un hotel de calidad top por el precio de un cuatro estrellas. Les felicito, hacen un magnífico trabajo. Muy buen gusto que se nota aquí y allá; eso, añadido al nivel de amenidades de l’Occitane, bueno, ni que decir. Solo me hubiese gustado que los colchones no generaran esa sensación de hundimiento por lo suave que a algunas personas no nos agrada; que fueran un poco más firmes sería de agradecer.

Best location in town. Excellent big rooms. Restaurant with great balcony to the plaza, good food and service. The only detail was the shower hot water inconsistency.

Love this place has so much history and character.

Could be a little cheaper. One of the rooms has a off smell to it. Not sure what it is . But stayed twice now in the same room and both times had that stinch to it. No big deal . Turn on the a.c. and open the balcony doors to air it out. Beautiful rooms..

Es un hotel agradable en el mero centro de Córdoba Veracruz. Le falta un elevador y que el restaurante esté abierto para desayunos. La vista desde el restaurante es magnífica. Hay otros restaurantes en planta baja, pero dejan entrar a los ambulantes y se siente que no hay privacidad.

Great hotel and rooms are beautiful. However, a couple of the rooms have a sewer smell in the bathroom. I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and have reported the issue to the staff. I was told this time that the issue is due to old pipes… Fix it please!

Historical building

La suite Zevallos es simplemente única. Me encantó el baño con su enorme regadera, azulejos blancos, olor del agua, espejo suficientemente grande, combinación de cristal con herreria chapada de cobre. La cama suavecita, pero algo ruidosa por los tubos metalitos que la delimitan. Volveria a hospedarme en este lugar sin duda.

Excelente habitación muy cómoda y muy bonita, para no salir y relajarse

Precioso hotel, súper recomendado está justo enfrente de la catedral en el centro. Las habitaciones preciosas, limpias, las personas de limpieza súper respetuosas te apoyan hasta acomodando todo sin que se te pierda absolutamente nada. Nosotros nos quedamos en la habitación Iturbide y está muy linda. Enfrente tienes una terraza que es restaurante y en la parte de abajo tienes más restaurantes súper ricos. Los 3 días que nos quedamos allí nos encantó. Las actividades de Córdoba quedan caminando, súper seguro al rededor del hotel. Totalmente vamos a regresar a conocer las demás habitaciones. Puntos extras por tener ventanas anti ruido. Y persianas black out pudimos descansar increíble.

It was an amazing experience. The place made me feel that I was in a place from last century, but do not get me wrong. It was so magic and well preserved. Surrounded by the amazing Cordoba’s downtown. I recommend this hotel to anybody to get in love with past and the present

Gorgeous rooms in centre of Cordoba with several restaurants below, as well as as restaurant hotel and bar (that is not open for breakfast). I was surprised that breakfast was not included for how expensive the rooms are. Very comfortable beds and showerhead/bath products/towels.

This is a gorgeous hotel in the center of everything. I wish I had stayed here more than only 1 night!

We only stay for one night and thank god it was just a one ,room it is too small for the price and it was smell like too bad especially at night. The service team is not help in any way. Stay away from this hotel there is other better options.

Es una propiedad muy bonita, antigua y con mucha historia. La habitación en la que me hospede (La Güera Rodriguez) excelente.

Superó mi expectativa, un hotel de gran nivel con detalles en su decoración y comodidad.

Very nice. The noise did not bother us, it was very dark and we slept until 11am on Sunday morning as if it was the middle of the night. The only downside is the parking which is located on the other side of the building and does not connect to the hotel. Don't forget to ask for the direct security phone number so they get to open the parking gate for you if you plan to come back to the hotel after midnight!

Estuvo perfecto las habitaciones están muy bien y la atención igual , excelente ubicación , enfrente del jardín principal todo está accesible. Únicamente considerar que el estacionamiento Está por atrás y hay que llamar para que vayan a abrirlo. Un día no salió agua caliente , pero quizás hubo algún tema particular

Beautiful property! Excellent food and service!!

The hotel is very nice, rooms are beautiful and clean. Parking is a bit hard as you have to call the hotel for them to come open the gate but they do respond right away. The one thing they need to do something about is the outside noise. While they have no control over that, they can replace their windows with more soundproof windows. We were kept awake by cars, music, restaurant people talking etc.
