Algo que no tomé en cuenta es que al ser zona centro en fin de semana hay ruido hasta la madrugada, entonces si tienes el sueño muy ligero, toma eso en cuenta.

Initially we were given a terrace room but we weren't informed it was loud. You can hear every noise from the street as if there were no windows, including the club next door. We went to the front desk and the have us an inner room and it was much better.

En otros hoteles en cuanto sales te dan tu factura, a mí no me la han mandado y no me responden. Las sábanas están percudidas, el pasador que va por dentro de la puerta no servía, y la ventana que da al pasillo no cerraba con seguro, cuando llegas con el auto tienes que esperar a que alguien te vea para que salgan a recibirte el auto.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, bonita, acogedora, estaba muy bien equipada, además de que nuestro balcón tuvo vista a una de las calles principales del centro. Lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza y la amabilidad de las personas que están a cargo, siempre sonrientes y dispuestas, nos cambiaban las toallas y recogían la basura todos los días. Afuera del hotel hay muchos servicios básicos muy útiles, el hotel está muy centrico y limpio.
El personal de recepción por el contrario fueron distantes y no atentas. Muchas veces al entrar me preguntaban ¿está usted hospedada? dudando o casi negándome el acceso. El bellboy también no tan atento con el estacionamiento, siempre teníamos que esperar un tiempo considerable para encontrarlo. Esperábamos un poco más de empatía y amabilidad, como debería ser dentro de un dpto. que está destinado al servicio, como lo es recepción.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026La ubicacion, las instalaciones, solo que no puede ser que las toallas estaban raidas, para el tipo de hotel y clase deben ser siempre blancos en buen estado. El personal podria ser un poco mas atento aunque no tuvimos mal trato. Sin duda regresaría.
Las toallas estaban rasgadas por el uso, limpias pero deberian estar en buen estado.. tardo mucho el servicio de internet y a veces se corta a.

La puerta no cerraba bien, baño y muy pequeño, el servicio de valet parking no lo puedes solicitar con anticipación, nos pidieron bajar al lobby para pedirlo desde ahi, adicionalmente cuando lo solicitamos el personal no estaba disponible por lo que nosotros mismo tuvimos que ir por el auto.

La ubicación a pesar de ser muy buena, hace que se escuche mucho ruido. Nosotros nos hospedamos un martes y se estuvo escuchando la música hasta las 5 de la madrugada o más. Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas.

Que nos hospedaron en la habitación a lado del almacén de la limpieza y nos despertaron super temprano los gritos de coordinación de la jornada del personal y nosotros íbamos agotados con ganas de dormir más pero no fue posible.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025El hotel tiene una vista increíble, al igual que muchos comentarios anteriores, tenía mis dudas de hospedarme aquí ya que leí que tuvieron una mala experiencia con el ruido exterior, si hay ocasiones que se esuchaba mucho ruído, es normal, al menos para mi y considero que entre lo cansado de tu día, ni lo notas. Tiene todo cerca, los taxis, restaurantes, tours del café, un museo (no se si tenga más, solo visite ese). La vista que obtienes desde tu balcón, es fascinante, aunque es compartido y los otros chicos que usaban el mismo balcón, dejaron mucho tiradero y me dio pena con la chica del servicio, hay camaras por lo que espero hayan notado que no fui yo jaja. Te dan llave por lo que es muy seguro que nadie entre desde el balcon a tu habitación.

1 person to take cars to car park in a queue of 10 cars. Car park is not easy to access. Air conditioners are in bad conditiones, most of our friends told us and ourselves experienced same, the oldish gentleman sent us late night to fix the air conditioning, told us off for calling if it was just change of batteries in the remote control or pressing the button hardly!!! Windows do not have double-glazed glass as the night clubs noise till 5am was shaking the windows allowing us to be annoyed by the noise. Restaurant expensive with not good variety.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024Wow a great room. I had the Presidential Suite and I felt very presidential. Very big. Best bed I’ve slept on in Mexico. Amazing Terrace fit for a governor. Lots of places to put suitcases and stuff. Beautiful view of the Zocalo and church. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

my room key card didn't work because the battery in the lock is dead, and they had no way to open the door for 30 minutes. the room next to the central atrium has light issues. whenever the lights in the hallway turn on, it shines into the room via a window. I found some tiny tiny bugs crawling on the walls sometimes.

The Suite had no refrigerator as I’ve had in most hotels with suites. But the major problem I had was all the NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, NOISE!!!! Don’t stay at the Hotel Mansur if you want to rest or sleep from 12-5am. GLOW DISQO will keep you awake ALL NIGHT LONG seven days a week! The club is adjacent to the hotel on the corner. The when the club closes at 5am, for the next 30 minutes as their customers leave, the noises are from people yelling and hollering in the street not to mention the loud motorcycles and cars leaving the area. Do NOT expect to rest at all!!!!

Reviewed Mar 18, 2024I and my travel clients have stayed at this hotel on at least a dozen occasions over the past 20 years. Their relatively recent remodel has helped an already comfortable stay. The staff is very nice and the location couldn't be better. It's right on the lovely plaza of this Pueblo Mágico with many great restaurant choices. I always look forward to staying at the Hotel Mansur!

Reviewed Jan 13, 2024The location is excellent. There's lots to do nearby within walking distance. Easy to catch a cab. Cordoba ADO bus station is only an 8-minute car ride away. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent dining right next to the hotel. Gorgeous community balcony. They were very kind to allow us to check in early.
Mosquitoes got in our room easily even though we generally didn't encounter mosquitoes while out on the town. A couple of mosquitoes that had been previously killed were left smeared on the wall. There is no view to speak of out of our window, unlike other rooms. Our fan didn't work well even after the staff kindly fixed it once. Room is slightly small. Pro & con depending on your mood; there's a night club next door.
