駅からとても近いだけでなくスーパーや主要な観光名所からも近くとても素敵なホテルでした！ スタッフの方もとても気さくな方が多く、親切にご対応くださりました 次回オーストリアに旅することあればまたこちらのホテルを利用したいです

これはヨーロッパ特有なもので、ホテルが悪いわけではないと思うのですが鍵を開けるのに最初は慣れないためてこずりました

Die zentrale Lage

Wasserkocher musste angefordert werden, obwohl er gemäss Beschreibung zur Standardausstattung gehört. Tee, oder Kaffe wurde aber nicht dazu abgegeben und musste selbst beschafft werden. Die Dusch-Tücher wurden 1 mal nicht ersetzt und fehlten ein weiteres mal ganz. Die Zimmerreinigung ist mangelhaft. Bei Bezug fanden sich im Bett schwarze und im Badezimmer helle Haare. Bei Zimmerreservation darauf achten, dass das Zimmer nicht auf dem Stockwerk der Bar und des Frühstückbereichs liegt.

El hotel tiene una atmósfera maravillosa que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El personal fue extremadamente amable y atento. Es un hotel clásico de los de toda la vida, que no es fácil encontrar hoy en día. Volveremos sin duda!

밤늦게 체크인했는데 친절히 도와주시고 룸 두개 타입이 달랐는데 객실 업그레이드도 해주셨어요. 방도 저희가 묵은 방들 카페트가 아닌 마루바닥이라 좋았고 침대를 조금 옮겨주시느라 침대아래를 보게 되었는데 먼지하나 없이 깨끗했습니다. 비엔나 중심지에 있어서 도보로 슈테판성당이나 대중교통으로 어디든 이동하기에 정말 편했어요. 위치 최고입니다. 추천해요.

I recently stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Vienna and found it to have both notable strengths and a few disappointments. The biggest highlights are the location and room size. The hotel is situated in a premium location with proximity to St. Stephen's Cathedral, making it an ideal base for exploring Vienna's historic center. The room was also spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a city stay. On the downside, the WiFi connection was unreliable throughout my stay. For leisure travelers this may be manageable, but for business travelers who depend on a stable internet connection for meetings and work, it could be a significant concern. In terms of hospitality, I expected a bit more from a five-star hotel. Complimentary bottled water, especially during the summer months, would be a welcome amenity. I was also surprised that the room did not include a kettle for making tea or coffee. Another disappointment was the lack of flexibility regarding check-out. I requested a modest 30-minute extension, but the reception team was unable to accommodate it. Given that check-in begins at 3:00 PM, I would have expected some room for flexibility, particularly for such a small extension. Overall, the Ambassador Hotel offers an excellent location and spacious accommodations, but some aspects of the guest experience and amenities did not fully meet my expectations for a five-star property. I'd recommend it primarily for its location, while hoping to see improvements in business traveler amenities and guest service flexibility.

1-*The shower enclosure*! 1/4 had no glass! So... water on the floor, every time. The water itself was perfect: abundant and well distributed. 2-(Small)The toilet flush: it was a button on the wall with a sign "only one push". Some times it worked, some times not. At least, with three sharp pushes, it usually worked. 3-(Small) such a fancy bathroom... not one hook for the towels.

Everything worked properly in the room and hotel. Effortless. Spotless. Brilliant location. Hotel decor is very attractive. One of the easiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super zentral um Wien zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon im obersten Stockwerk ohne Frühstück gebucht, da es rundherum tolle Cafés und Bäckereien gibt.

Hotel ma bardzo dużo zalet: - Doskonała lokalizacja, hotel w samym centrum- wszędzie blisko- do najważniejszych zabytków i do stacji metra - Bardzo dobre śniadania - niczego nie brakowało. Przestronna i przeszklona sala do śniadań z widokiem na miasto- bardzo fajne wrażenie - Personel miły i uczynny - Czystość bez zarzutu - Pokój duży, klimatyzacja działa, nie słychać odgłosów z ulicy

Jedynym minusem jest to, że za ścianą pokoju znajduje się łazienka sąsiada i niestety stamtąd słychać wszystkie odgłosy. Cóż z tego, że nie słychać odgłosów z ulicy skoro słychać to, co dzieje się w łazience obok. No ale może nie we wszystkich pokojach tak jest. Dwa pojedyncze łóżka czasami się rozsuwają, to można by poprawić. Przydałaby się też kawa i herbata w pokoju do samodzielnego przyrządzenia

房间里居然不提供饮用水，前台服务员不甚热情，大厅几乎见不到工作人员，自己提行李上楼的。30欧元的自助早餐，用歺人数不及十人，价格贵了点。酒店地理位置很好。

From the moment we arrived, we had a very positive experience at Hotel Ambassador Vienna. The reception staff and the staff helping with luggage were friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, so we had to wait before checking in, but everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very elegant, classic, and cultural design. Our room was excellent very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view. We especially liked the two large windows that could be opened to let in fresh air. The room also had everything we needed during our stay.

Das "Business Zimmer" ist sehr gross und entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen von Stil und Einrichtung.

Nicht möglich an der Rezeption seinen Aufenthalt zu verlängern da das Office offensichtlich ausgelagert wurde. Auch wird man nicht wieder erkannt obwohl man erst 2 Wochen zuvor dort für fast eine Woche logiert hat. Weit weg von 4 geschweige denn 5 Sternen.

It is a very elegant historical hotel. You can see rooms of former celebrities. Rooms are ver large and comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing.

Frühstück mit 30,— € pro Person und Tag ist überteuert. Leider wurden wir bestohlen, da das Zimmer immer verschlossen war, ist davon auszugehen, dass es jemand mit Schlüssel (wahrscheinlich Personal) gewesen ist. Dies ist auch der Grund weshalb die Bewertung schlecht ausfällt, auch wenn das Zimmer/Service ansonsten sehr positiv gewesen ist.

Die Preise für Frühstück und Getränke in der Bar sind ambitioniert, aber in der gesamten Umgebung genauso überhöht! Das Mobiliar und die Paketböden sollten schnellstmöglich renoviert werden. Fünf Sterne hat das Hotel für uns nicht verdient. Da aber die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passen, kommen wir immer wieder gerne ins Ambassador!

ניתן לנו בתחילה חדר שהמעלית לא מגיעה לקומה וצריך לעלות מדרגות וללכת במסדרונות כדי להגיע לחדר שנראה כמן חדר בעליית הגג ודלת החדר עם בעיה במנעול את החדר הזה קיבלנו כי הגענו בשבע בערב. לאחר סירוב העבירו אותנו לחדר ישן עם דלת מקשרת, רצפה עם כתמים, המזרונים לא נוחים לשינה, לקום עם כאבי גב. אין בקבוקי מים לפחות ביום הראשון, למרות הטמפרטורות הגבוהות. אין פינת שתיה חמה, אם רוצים מקבלים קומקום חשמלי. במקלחת ללא מברשות ומשחת שיניים חדרים רחוקים מאוד מהמעלית אם מאבדים מפתח לחדר משלמים המון כסף .. לא חדרים הראויים למלון 4 כוכבים אכזבה גדולה!! גם כשנאמר לנו לפנות בבוקר למנהל, היה צריך להתכתב איתו ולא הסכים להחליף חדר בטענה שהוחלף, נוגד את דברי פקיד הקבלה

That the room allocated was just at a lounge area. While it is sound proof … still lacked privacy to some extend. Cleaning was also not consistent. One day good one day not.

There were ants in the room, and they even crawled onto the bed linen, which is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and hygiene perspective. The room itself was outdated and is in urgent need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable. This is already the second time I have stayed at this hotel, requested a Queen bed, and received two single beds pushed together instead. This is not the same as a proper double bed, as the gap in the middle is noticeable and uncomfortable. Considering the condition of the room and the fact that the bed did not match my reservation, the overall experience was very disappointing.

Das Zimmer war staubig. Unter dem Bett der Lurch. Am Kasten bei den Griffen die Fingerabdrücke ebenso bei der Kommode! Der Heizkörper war staubig. Also für diesen Preis ist es nicht wie erwartet gewesen.

There was nothing particularly not to like.

The hotel is very well located and we booked because we were attracted by the online pictures of what looks like a very nice, classic and traditional 5 star hotel in the center of Vienna. Unfortunately, we were disappointed, not only the pictures look way better than the hotel it is in fact, and the rooms shown online are just "illustrative", as I was told by the receptionist, after seeing that the allocated room was not how it looks online when I booked. Our room was spacious, but the hotel decided to display the bed so close to the bathroom door that you hardly have space to stand out of bed and immediately hit the bathroom door. The person enters the room, come across the bed and the small bathroom, but there is another area, a small lounge, with two chairs and a table, which would be way better organised the other way around: entering the room, first the sitting area, than a more private, bedroom area. Despite having more room to open the bathroom door. After all, this is branded (and very well paid for) a 5 star hotel. Special attention to the bathroom, which is way too small, hardly fits one person in it and the door can't completely open as it hits the toilet bowl. Not taken into consideration the danger to older people, as the shower is on top of a bathtub, meaning people need to go into the bath in order to take a shower. Hotels need to take older people’s needs into consideration. Specially a 5 star hotel. The bed sheets were not very clean, there were many hairs on it. I requested it to be changed. The cleaning lady was very attentive and sympathetic, but had no hygiene notion, she changed the pillow cover and put it on top of my trolley that just come from the very dirty airport floor. Also, she didn’t understand why I requested another pillow cover. She said it was clean as she just changed... There are two entrances at this hotel, a main entrance and a secondary entrance at the shopping street, which the door opened with a cord - yes, you read it right, a cord. The picture is part of this review. The lamp on the ceiling was not looking very safe. Picture also part of the review. Details not shown into the hotel pictures, of course, but that breaks every feeling that you are indeed paying for a 5 star hotel. I would not be making this review if I would be paying a 3 star, a hostel or a camping. Here, what you pay is not what you get. Additionally, I disclosed to the reception that this was a special occasion to celebrate a birthday, but not even a card was sent to our room, as courtesy. Normally is expected that a 5 star hotel would do so. Besides the fact that we didn’t like the room and would stay 3 nights, I requested to change to another room - not possible. The receptionist was not very pleased to work there or needs some soft skills training. She doesn't mind to show her impatience and can't be bothered. Though, the rest of the staff were very pleasant. Overall, the price is high, but for this price you can get way better in Vienna, don’t let yourself be impressed by the online pictures, the pictures are very selective to only show the “good part” of it, but you can make a more intelligent financial decision.

Loved the history and architecture. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and is in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and en-suite were airy, very clean, spacious and the air-con was a godsend as the nights were warm and humid.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Wiener Scharm was uns gut gefallen hat. Lediglich das Frühstück für 30€ pro Person war uns zu teuer.

Utroligt centralt beliggende hotel, meget fine faciliteter og meget rent. Store, flotte værelser. Gammelt traditionsrigt hotel, flot interiør.

Morgenmaden var dyr, syntes vi. Lidt upersonlig atmosfære, og savnede te-og kaffe faciliteter på værelset.
