Das Personal in der Rooftop-Bar war am frühen Abend sehr schlecht organisiert, wodurch es zu langen Wartezeiten bei Bestellung sowie auch Erhalt der Getränke kam. Eigentlich sehr schade, wo doch beim Frühstück alles bestens klappt.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Und oben im achten Stock mit der Bar und dem Pool ist wunderbar. Und die Aussicht ist fantastisch

Die Lage ist top. Die Rooftopbar mit Pool ist wunderschön. Wir nutzten mittags den Pool zum erfrischen zwischen unseren Erlebnissen. Das Wiener Schnitzel im hauseigenen Restaurant ergänzt mit Salzburger Nockerln war eine Klasse für sich😋!

Der Preis fürs Frühstück war uns zu hoch! Wir haben ausserhalb in diversen Restaurants gefrühstückt🤨

Mums labai patiko galimybė kiekvieną dieną trumpam pabūti ant stogo saulėje ir pasimaudyti baseine. (Mums pasisekė turėti gerą orą). Baseine vanduo šaltokas, bet nuo to jis tik nuostabesnis. Tikrai nereikia, kad būtų šiltesnis (bent šiltu metų laiku). Kambariai pakankamai dideli, patogi plati lova. Kambarys pasirodė geresnis, negu tikėjomės.

Nepatiko, kad restoranas ir baras užsidarydavo kiekvieną dieną anksčiau negu priklauso pagal darbo valandas. Pvz., šeštadienį jau 23:30 neleido užeiti, nors turėjo dirbti iki 24:00. Sekmadienį lygiai taip pat, turėjo dirbti iki 22:00, bet taip pat užsidarė anksčiau. Šiaip, reikia pasakyti, kad, tai nėra labai prabangus viešbutis, jeigu kam to reikia. Visgi, tai vieta, į kurią norisi sugrįžti.

Situation géographique

Nous avons rencontrés plusieurs problèmes qui n'ont pas été pris en charge par l'hôtel. Ce qui n'est pas acceptable pour un hôtel qui se veut d'un certain standing. La télévision dans la chambré n'était pas connectée au wifi. Nous l'avons signalé le lendemain matin et la réception qui nous a promis que le problème serait réglé dans la journée. On arrivant tard le soir nous avons constaté que le problème n'avait pas été résolu. J'ai appelé la réception qui nous a dit qu'un technicien arriverait dans 10 minutes. Personne n'est venu. Nous avons demandé un check out tardif à la réception DEUX fois, la 2ème fois la réceptionniste nous a dit que la demande était bien enregistrée mais en arrivant devant la chambre le jour du départ l'accès nous a été interdit. La réception nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucun enregistrement de nos demandes. Il y a des informations conflictuelles et erronées concernant le tarif du petit déjeuner et en plus un pourboire avait été ajouté sans notre aval pour un service minable ou nous avons dû demander les extras 3 fois et cette assiette avait été servie à nos voisins. Nous avons fait remonter ces problèmes à la réception mais sans trop de réaction ou d'intérêt de leur part. Dommage. Aucune assistance pour nous aider à garer les vélos. Service absolument pas égal à un hôtel de 4 étoiles. Piscine très petite, espace limité pour la taille de l'hôtel et pris d'assaut

Sehr zentrale Lage, man ist sehr schnell an den sehenswerten Orten. Nettes Personal am Empfang.

Klimaanlage sehr laut. Innenhofgeräusche bei geöffnetem Fenster gegen Morgen störend. Frühstück sehr hochpreisig. Nicht genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Ein Kleiderschrank war nicht vorhanden.

Rooptop på 8. etage er super dejlig. Skøn morgenmad og godt spisested. Og ikke mindst meget dejligt og opmærksomt personale.

Manglende kaffe på værelset. Der er Nespresso maskine, men ingen kapsler. Vi bad om det i receptionen. Det var en fejl sagde de. Vi fik 2 kapsler og næste dag ingen! Brusekabine på værelset er nok ikke velegnet til alle vennepar.

Manque de professionnalisme, accueil dans une réception minuscule avec les effluves du restaurant… On n’a vraiment pas l’impression d’arriver dans un 5 étoiles. Rooftop exigu et mal organisé Piscine dans un coin et petite… Petit déjeuner très moyen Chambre pas très nette du tout !

Die Lage ist super, City und vieles mehr ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, nett, hilfsbereit entspricht dem Niveau eines 5 Sterne Hotels.

Das Zimmer 330 war/ist ein Loch!!!! Weder Tisch noch ein Stuhl vorhanden. Ich habe dennoch 3 Nächte durchgehalten. Sicherlich werde ich keine weitere Buchung mehr vornehmen.

Die Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Es war leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer & es hat eine zusätzliche Ablage gefehlt. Die Tassen wurden am 2. Tag ausgetauscht, der Kaffee aber nicht nachgefüllt.

Location, comfortable bed, and a quiet room ( yard view) despite the busy central location. The rooftop pool and loungers were also great; however, the pool was quite small, and sometimes there were no loungers available.

The shower was too close to the bed.

Gute Lage, Rooftop Bar und Restaurant, wo es auch Frühstück gab, waren großartig. Frühstück ebenso. Total freundliches Personal.

Das Zimmer hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen; dank der stilvollen Gestaltung sieht es nicht wie ein gewöhnliches Zimmer aus, das man sofort wieder vergisst. Die Einrichtung hat wirklich Charme. Eine interessante Dusche und ein schönes Waschbecken. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Produkte von sehr hoher Qualität. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hat sich bemüht, alle Gäste gut zu betreuen.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass das Zimmer etwas dunkel war und die Beleuchtung im Zimmer zu schwach war. Selbst tagsüber musste man das Licht einschalten, obwohl draußen sonniges Wetter herrschte. Auch die Klimaanlage hat mir nicht gefallen, da sie nicht leistungsstark genug war, um an einem heißen Tag im Zimmer eine angenehme Temperatur einzustellen.

Das Zimmer war bequem, die Lage hervorragend, Frühstück war nicht fünf Sterne mäßig

beim Frühstück wurde sehr wenig aufgefüllt, Service schleppend, bzw. unaufmerksam. Einmal wurde das Zimmer erst nach unserer Aufforderung gemacht.

Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful design. Good air conditioning. Good restaurants. A convenient hotel location. We could easily walk to the city center.

The pool is small and cold, with water temperature of 23°C. Even though it was over 30°C outside, most pepole only dipped their feet in the pool.

Anreise mit dem Auto und die Parksituation im externen Parkhaus ist schlecht, Dusche und Waschbecken im Wohnbereich nicht gut gelöst.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Grand Ferdinand sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig, und das Bett war sehr bequem. Besonders gefallen haben mir die vielen interessanten Details und die besonderen Einrichtungsideen – modern, durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Ruhiges Hotel und angenehme Zimmer. Sehr sauber und Personal freundlich.

Armaturen sind einwenig abgenutzt.

Faccio fatica a trovare qualcosa che sia andata bene. Forse la scelta dolce della colazione non è eccessiva.

Ein Hotel mit tollem Ambiente. An der Rezeption wird man sehr freundlich empfangen und alle Fragen werden kompetent beantwortet. Das Frühstück, ein tolles Buffet, wird im 8. Stock serviert, wo es auch eine Dachterrasse mit Pool gibt. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Danke und großes Lob an die Belegschaft.

Mein Frau hatte als Asthmatikerin etwas Probleme mit Staub im Zimmer.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage für die Stadt perfekt.

Am Wochenende ankommen ist für die enge Rezeption in der Ecke nicht schön. Die Damen und Herren werden dem Ansturm super gerecht aber für den Reisenden ist es für diese Sternekategorie nicht angenehm. So auch der Frühstücksraum er ist für das Wochenende zu klein, Frühstücken war sehr ungemütlich, Montag Dienstag ging es dann wieder. Springende und schreiende Kinder könnte man am Pool vielleicht mit einem Bild nicht zum springen geeignet bändigen

Ambiente poco accogliente con personale non attento al cliente. Per una struttura di questo livello il personale deve essere molto più professionale. Personale che si fa i fatti suoi al cellulare oppure che parla con i colleghi dei fatti propri e il cliente li che aspetta. La colazione tanto decantata la trovo di un livello inferiore rispetto al suo costo.

WARNING — AVOID THIS HOTEL! This hotel requires a €200 deposit, which still has not been refunded even after two weeks. What is particularly concerning is that there is no clear information about this deposit on the hotel’s website or on the Booking.com listing. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable and seriously misleading for guests. Think twice before booking this hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding it and choosing another property.

Man hat keinen Blick zum Himmel! Keine Sonneneinstrahlung und das Zimmer war viel zu kalt. Das Zimmer war zu finster!!!! Keinen Platz am Pool alles besetzt

War ein super Hotel mit Perfekter Lage

Excellent service, beautiful restaurants areas, fabulous breakfast but priced at €35 each! Room was spacious, comfy, great view, coffee maker was a bonus.

A bit of a way out of the old town, not many bars close by, drinks and mini bar a bit pricey. The pool area is very small and cramped for such a big hotel, most sun beds taken with towels on before 7am! Couldn’t get much oomph out of the air con.
