Το κρεββάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και φρόντιζαν το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα

Ενώ είχα ζητήσει δωμάτιο με θέα στη θάλασσα , μας έδωσαν αναβαθμισμένο δωμάτιο αλλά με μερική θέα στη θάλασσα

היה מעולה!! החל בקבלת הפנים וההתייחסות לבקשות שלנו טרם הגעתנו ועד לחדרים המרווחים, הנקיים, נוחות הנגישות לים ולטיילת, ארוחת הבוקר, שירותיות הצוות..מומלץ ביותר, בהחלט נחזור שוב!

המלון היה מצוין, נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה ומהשירות לאורך כל הדרך. במיוחד אני רוצה לציין את מיכאל, מנהל המזון והמשקאות, שהיה שירותי, אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לכל דבר. היחס האישי שלו בהחלט הוסיף לחוויה שלנו. תודה רבה על אירוח נפלא, בהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב! ❤️

מקום שירותי מאוד קיבלנו את החדר כשעתיים לפני הזמן, פלוס שדרוג על חשבונם מענה מאוד מהיר, מסאז׳ים וספא מעולים הכל נקי מבריק ובמיקום מצויין גם השירות לאורח כל הזמן דאג לנו לדברים שביקשנו מהקבלה והיו מאוד מזמינים ממליצה מאוד איבו מנהל שירות לאירוח מספר 1!

Close to the beach, pool, exercise room, good food. After submitting a number of complaints to reception the manager was very accommodating and attentive.

Je n'ai rien apprecié, le directeur est un voleur, le personnel est incompétant, c'est sale, ça sent mauvais et beaucoup de degats des eaux dans l'hotel

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est, pour moi, tout simplement exceptionnel. C’est certainement l’un des hôtels les mieux situés de Tel-Aviv : on sort de l’établissement et on se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres du sable, véritablement les pieds dans l’eau. Tout est immédiatement accessible : la plage, les cafés, les restaurants, les glaciers, les activités sportives, le beach-volley et toute l’ambiance de la promenade de Tel-Aviv. Mais ce qui rend surtout cet établissement exceptionnel, c’est son personnel. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Ivo, qui a été extraordinaire avec moi et toute ma famille. Disponible, attentionné, compréhensif et d’une très grande gentillesse, il cherche toujours une solution au moindre problème, prend le temps de rappeler et de se renseigner auprès de la direction. Nous nous sommes véritablement sentis aux petits soins. C’est assez rare pour être souligné. Je remercie également toute son équipe, ainsi que le personnel de la réception, de la sécurité et du petit-déjeuner. Une mention particulière également à la responsable qui s’occupait notamment de l’organisation et de la préparation des tables pour le dîner de Shabbat du vendredi soir. Tout le personnel a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’une réelle volonté de satisfaire les clients. Lorsqu’il nous manquait, par exemple, des serviettes dans la chambre, elles arrivaient quelques minutes après notre demande. C’était mon cinquième séjour dans cet établissement, et j’y reviens toujours avec autant de plaisir. Un grand merci à Ivo et à toute l’équipe du Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Très peu de points négatifs à signaler. Le seul petit bémol concerne les tarifs, que je trouve assez élevés. Des prix légèrement plus accessibles rendraient l’expérience encore plus agréable et permettraient peut-être de revenir encore plus souvent. Pour le reste, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

⭐️⭐️ אכזבה גדולה – במיוחד למשפחה שומרת שבת הגענו לקראון פלאזה ברגע האחרון, ממש דקות לפני כניסת שבת, לאחר שנאלצנו לעזוב מלון אחר בעקבות חוויה קשה. קראון פלאזה היה במרחק של דקה הליכה ולכן נאלצנו להעביר את כל הדברים שלנו במהירות ולהגיע אליהם לפני שבת. החדר עצמו היה בסדר, אבל לצערנו מפתח השבת לא עבד לאורך כל השהות שלנו. אנחנו משפחה שומרת שבת, ולכן מבחינתנו זו לא תקלה קטנה או עניין של נוחות. בכל פעם שהייתי צריכה להיכנס לחדר, נאלצתי לרדת 17 קומות במעלית שבת, להגיע לקבלה, להמתין לאיש צוות ולבקש שיפתחו לי את החדר. זה קרה שוב ושוב לאורך כל החופשה והפך את השבת, שאמורה להיות זמן של מנוחה ומשפחה, להתעסקות מתישה ולא נעימה. פנינו למלון וציפינו שייקחו אחריות על התקלה ויציעו פיצוי הולם. במקום זאת הוצע לנו זיכוי של 30% בלבד, שלדעתנו אינו משקף את עוצמת הפגיעה ואת העובדה שהתקלה נמשכה לאורך כל השהות. חשוב לי לציין שהצוות בקבלה היה נחמד וניסה לעזור בכל פעם שנדרש לפתוח לנו את הדלת, אבל הפתרון הזה אינו סביר כתחליף למפתח שבת תקין. בסופו של דבר יצאנו מהחופשה מאוכזבים מאוד. ממלון ברמה הזו ציפינו שמערכת בסיסית כל כך עבור אורחים שומרי שבת תעבוד, ובוודאי שכאשר היא אינה עובדת לאורך כל השהות – המלון ייקח אחריות מלאה. מקווה שהמלון יפיק לקחים ויטפל בתקלה, כדי שמשפחות שומרות שבת לא ימצאו את עצמן במצב דומה.

היחס של הצוות ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה

הצק אין לקח המון זמן , היתה רק עובדת אחת. אין חנייה זמינה. צריך ללכת לחניונים ולשלם מאות שקלים על חנייה.

It is on Gordon Beach

We booked a 27m² room with a bathtub and sea view at what we expected to be a reputable Crowne Plaza property. What we got was a completely different, smaller room with a shower instead of a bath and no sea view — falsely presented to us as an “upgrade.” That alone should tell you everything about how this hotel operates. Check-in, which was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, dragged on until 4:30 PM with zero communication. At reception, we waited an unreasonable amount of time while staff were simply unable to help us. When we escalated to the duty manager (Karine), she was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly had a toxic attitude toward guests who were simply asking for the room they had paid for. Once we finally got to the room, things got worse. It was filthy — stained towels, hair on the bed extending down to the mattress protector, an uncleaned bathroom, and a dirty floor. The furniture was worn down, doors were scratched, and the hallway carpet was stained, showing a total lack of basic upkeep across the property. The fridge was old, loudly rattling all night, and had a giant block of built-up ice inside — clearly never cleaned or serviced. Then came the cockroach. A massive one, in our room, at night. I had to trap it under a glass myself because reception wasn’t even answering the phone. I had to go downstairs in person to get anyone to deal with it, and it still took around 30 minutes for someone to show up. To top it off, the room was on a family floor with children knocking on doors constantly, plus a staff office next door with a door slamming all night. We got no rest whatsoever — and at 6:30 AM, staff were moving furniture nearby, guaranteeing we couldn’t even sleep in the morning either.

La ubicación frente a la playa es perfecta, las habitaciones son cómodas pero un tanto antiguas, el servicio del hotel es muy bueno, recomiendo el spa.

Mal olor en la zona para acceder a la playa. El hotel no es como aparece en las fotos, la fachada esta un poco deteriorada, seguramente por la salinidad. En relación a precio - calidad esta un poco costoso.

There was an additional transaction of $2300! They claimed they had to do a "pre-authorization". I described to them that it hit my credit card. They also charged me VAT when I am not an Israeli citizen. The total overcharge was over $3K. Although the room was fantastic this amount of overcharge had an significant impact on my decision never to stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel. Great location, nice rooms, Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Doors were hard to close especially bathroom door. Slow check-in process (but cool drinks in the lobby help with the wait). Gym had few types of machines and some not working.

עוד לפני שהגענו לבית המלון, התקשרו אלינו כדי לוודא באיזה שעה מגיעים. הגענו זוג אחרי חתונה, שדרגו לנו את החדר בחינם, שירות מצוין, חדר נקי, אוכל מאוד טעים. אהבנו כל רגע במלון. תודה לצוות המלון.

Ma clé de chabbat ne fonctionnait pas et malgré plusieurs demandes depuis le vendredi 15h, aucune solution ne nous a été proposé. On nous avait promis de réparer la serrure mais rien n a été fait...cela a simplement gâché notre séjour de 2 jours.

Location, rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfy including the kids beds were great and were not just sleeper sofas, they were actual good mattresses for the kids.

The breakfast could’ve been tastier, was good but more of a variety would’ve been nice and the pool should’ve stayed open later. Our shower door came off the hinge and when it was fixed, you could tell it was fixed half way and not completely.

חייבת לציין שהכל היה מושלם אבל לביקורת בונה אגיד שהבחורה שקיבלה אותי בקבלה לא הייתה נחמדה ראו שהיא הייתה עייפה ופחות רצתה לתת שירות הייתה מעופפת. שילמתי במזומן חיכיתי לקבלה עד שלא אמרתי לה אני אשמח לקבלה לא נתנה. היייתה עם פרצןף מאוד חמוץ לא נתנה הסבר לידה עמד בחור גבוה צעיר מקסים שקיבל במקביל עוד זוג שמעתי אותו עם אנרגיות ברוכה הבאה ותהנו נתן הסבר שאסור לעשן במרפסת אני לאומת זאת לא קיבלתי הסבר על זה רק בגלל ששמעתי אותו אומר הבנתי את זה ברגע שסיימתי וקיבלתי כרטיס אפילו תהנו לא אמרה פשוט אמרה זה הכרטיסים וקרא לזוג הבא היא ממש חייבת לשפר את העניין השירות כי לאומת שער הנציגי קבלה הם היו מקסימים קוראים לה ליאור או משהו כזה בחורה שחרורת מלאה הסתכלתי על השם שלה אבל ברח לי מעבר כולם היו נהדרים ומאוד נהנו תודה רבה

The location is ideal. Right on the beach and promenade.

The front desk was short-staffed at the busiest times. Only one person on duty majority of the time which meant Guests had to wait for attention for lengthy periods at times.

Excellent location and views from the room of the beachfront. Direct access to the beachfront from the hotel was a nice bonus.

Pool area small.and crowded. Gym was not well equipped. Our room had an interleading door and could hear every little sound from the next door room, which happened to have a crying baby. The hotel felt old and dated. Had to chase housekeeping to restock the room.
