Nothing really

A/C was not working , toilet didn’t flush unless I wiggled the float every flush , cockroaches in the vents and the breakfast was not good at all . I went and asked for another room and was told they was booked full and they would call the manger to give me a call about the issues . When I checked out Monday 9/ 7/26 I asked to speak to the manger and was told she wasn’t there but would call me. I waited until Thursday 9/11/26 and called back. After several calls I finally spoke to a lady at the Foley location . She was nice but she went and asked a manger to speak with me and the manger told her all she would do was give me a 25 dollar refund . I told her that was a joke ,,, I never got the refund either. I showed the lady at the desk the pictures of the roaches we had killed on the walls and in the bathroom.

The first night so many ppl hanging out outside parking lots

We had a elderly dog with us and the property made us very welcome and didn't extort us for traveling with a pet. Had a full little kitchen with a nice big fridge-good AC. Was pleasantly surprised!

Location was perfect for us. Close to everything we were looking for. We were there for a soccer game. To our surprise it was couple miles away. Shopping was right there. Food, yep right there.

Everything was very nice!! All the people who work there were so helpful and seem to enjoy doing their job!!! The location was Awesome right next to many places people like to go especially Tangers Outlet !!!!

Pool is much bigger then the picture gives justice

Bathroom door would hit the toilet. No room. Break was missing a lot of food. When we asked if the where going refill the bacon and sausage we were told no.

I loved the location. Anything you might have wanted is just seconds down the road. Even though your 20 minutes from the beach your still in the best location for entertainment and food The pool and hot tub were exactly what I was looking for. Very clean

Staff went above and beyond at check in. We had a preference once we got there and she accommodated us. Thankful you allow pets. Breakfast was great each morning.

Thier were some loud or rough guest cops were thier 2 times but mostly for people not guest i feel still felt safe

The night manager was awesome. I can’t remember her name, but she was so sweet sat outside and talk to me and help me with everything I needed done very sweet lady.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was awesome.

We liked the location is a great spot. We loved the pool and hot tub and free breakfast.

The property needs renovating, new carpet, all rooms do not have irons and ironing boards. Why is it 2 refrigerators in a room. The rooms smells when you first enter, probably the carpet.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly and had hair all over the floors and in the tub.

Rooms were clean and well stocked.

Pool was always over crowded and people who were not guests utilized the pool as well. Most of the times there were kids who were unsupervised running wild through the pool area.

Las camas son muy cómodas

En 3 días de estancia con mi familia jamás cambiaron las sábanas de las camas. La piscina estaba sucia y turbia. Los pasillos y las escaleras estaban mugrientas, el loundry es fatal, las máquinas se tragan las monedas y las lavadoras no exprimen, luego pierdes las monedas porque nadie responde.

Great location, clean facilities, friendly staff, and large room. This was our second time staying here. We reserved the double queen suite this stay and the room was even more spacious than we thought it would be. This place always delivers, and for such a great value. It is about a 20 minute drive to the main beach but we don’t mind it as there are so many restaurants and shopping centers next to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Elevators outdoors and everywhere smelled like cigars and cigarettes

The hotel was decent. The front desk staff could've been more welcoming. She just gave us our kids and sent us on our way. She didn't tell us which way to our room, where the elevator was, what time breakfast was just nothing. The room was nice but the floor was dirty and I kept find hair all over.

The bed was uncomfortable.The fire alarm system kept going off , which made the elevator in operable. The reason we stayed was to cut a trip in half and get some rest. We got very little sleep that night. Because of the fire alarms going off. The next morning we had to lug all of our luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor because elevator didn't work.

The staff worked with me when Expedia booked the wrong room. Janet at the front desk switched it to the correct room type. When we checked in, the front desk staff was professional and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the shower water pressure could stand to be a bit stronger. But it was still enough to shower without issue. The pool was clean and clear. The breakfast was well stocked. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! The parking lot was well lit and we were able to park directly in front of our room. Would definitely stay here again!

-The key stopped working after we left the room immediately after checking in, locking all of our stuff inside. We had to go get the front desk attendant. She sent us back with a new key, which still didn't work. So we went back again. She came up with us and tried to change the batteries but it still didn't work. So all of our belongings were locked in the room. No phone, wallet, keys, chargers, etc. Eventually we got a different room after waiting about an hour. And eventually we were able to go get our stuff from the other room. That was a very disappointing way to begin our vacation. -Breakfast was nearly inedible. -The TV constantly disconnected from the network and had to be reset.

The bed was hard and the comforter was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. No hairdryer in the room. Loud at night with kids playing and running up and down the hallway(outside) late at night(1:00 am until).

Property was fine. But didn’t like how front desk called me because someone made a complaint on my parking. I was not over the line. I didn’t prevent them from parking. They just couldn’t park. The man had obviously been watching me and my 3 daughters to know what vehicle belonged to me and what room we were staying in. It made me very uncomfortable and we more than likely won’t ever stay there again. I was made to fix my vehicle that wasn’t keeping anyone from parking but when I reported a guy, he wasn’t made to fix his vehicle.

It was on the strip. It was a straight shot to the Gulf Shores beach maybe 15min drive. Budget friendly considering the holiday.

I saw a couple roaches though the room was clean. The elevator was so nasty someone kept urinating even after it had been cleaned by staff who were hesitant to clean it. The breakfast was very slim no waffles only frozen mini pancakes patty sausage gravy biscuits and frozen egg patties so we walked across the lot to waffle house.

The staff and location were wonderful

The breakfast area was clean, the food was excellent and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient to the beaches, restaurants and stores.

The remote for my tv wasn't programmed, I had to manually turn on and off. The clerk from the front desk came to check on it but did not know how to program it. The person from housekeeping who knew how to program it had left for the day.

I loved how friendly the staff was, the power flickered and messed with the TV and we struggled all night trying to fix it but, I know you not, the maintenance man fixed it in less than 2 minutes, the breakfast was good, EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN!!! I loved the amenities: full fridge and freezer, 2 stove burners, dishwasher and some dishes and cookware. And the price was great, especially at this time of year and for all that we got. Loved it!

The closest to complaint that I had - and it isn't even really a complaint- the weather knocked out the power for a minute or so and threw off the TV. That's so beyond anyone's control. The staff overnight that day was didn't know how to fix it but tried, but the "technical assistance" number it says to call can literally only tell you how to connect to the internet. Nothing more. Maybe that maintenence man can share the secret to the magic with the rest of the staff for entertainment emergencies like this lol.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been very enjoyable. Staff was wonderful and it is a very clean hotel. Breakfast was decent and the coffee is good. Pool is very nice and clean. The sweet lady at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel. Also great location to access restaurants.

The only downside is some rooms are smoking and the website is a little confusing on which ones to book, but there really was no odor and rooms were very clean.

The property was in a great location for everything I did while visiting. It was across from the Tanger Outlets….easy drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants to chose from. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.
