I really enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel is very nice, the location was convenient, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The room was always very clean. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Carlos at reception, who was very professional, friendly and attentive throughout my stay. He made me feel very welcome and was always willing to help.

I also had two unpleasant experiences with reception staff. One male receptionist at check-in spoke to me in a rude manner. Later during my stay, I also had an unpleasant phone conversation with a female receptionist. I believe it was the blonde receptionist who was working that evening, as I had seen her at the front desk only a few minutes before I called from my room. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful.

The swimming pool was dirty and quite disappointing, especially considering the standard of the hotel.

Decor in our room was a bit tired . Carpet grubby You only get given 1 teabag in a room with 2 guests 🤷‍♀️ Ate up in the rooftop restaurant first lunchtime . Food service was extremely slow and food very mediocre despite the restaurant being practically empty !!!! Very underwhelming…

Comfortabel hotel. Vlot en accuraat onthaal a de receptie. Tevens bon ontvangen voor 2 heerlijke cocktails, te gebruiken in de rooftopbar. Mooie attentie. Mooie luxueuze kamer.

Redelijk prijzige consumptie in de grondbar. Ook ontbijt prijzig voor Porto. Wij hadden een kamer met 2 bedden gevraagd.. en ik vermoed dat het een gelinkte kamer voor een gezin bedoeld is met enkel een deur ertussen. Was gehorig en geluid van andere kamer.. Beetje spijtig..

Really nice staff who looked after any request in a friendly and efficient way. Comfortable room, very nice bathroom products. All in all it was very pleasant.

Breakfast was 23€ which seemed a bit excessive. The food was good and the staff were friendly, but it just seemed like an overcharge

O Spa é incrível

Ar condicionado quebrado , pequeno almoço básico , serviço de room service inexistente , tv sem acesso aos filmes , e o principal PISCINA FECHADA EM UM FERIADO , chega a ser ridículo um hotel 5 estrelas? Se limitar assim.

Le petit déjeuner trop cher pour mon budget . C'est dommage, et je suis restée 4 jours, et dans la chambre un seul sachet de café . Un peu déçu, mais bon, c'est normal c'est un palace de luxe !

Good location, near the center. Personnel is nice and friendly. The spa is decent. I will give it only 4 stars but its good for the location.

The parking is awful to be candid. Every time I had to remove my car or park I almost had to take some travel sickness pills, round, round and round you go.

El personal fue muy amable.

Dormimos fatal, el colchón era de muelles y obligaba al cuerpo a dormir en forma de arco, al final tuvimos que abandonar el hotel antes de terminar la estancia, el bufé era muy justito y las piscinas a parte de que estaban heladas no podías utilizar el jacuzzi por demasiada gente, ese hotel de cinco estrellas es una vergüenza. No puedo dejar de mencionar la moqueta de la habitación, huele horrible y está muy sucia.

We liked everything about the hotel. Our suite was spacious, 2 beds and 2 baths. Everything we needed was there. The toiletries were complete, including drier. We had ample towels and bathrobes. The breakfast buffet selection was great. It had everything we wanted for breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool. I also particularly loved the hotel's plant collection.

Our air-conditioning for the 2nd room was hot in our first night and our TV didn't work on our first day. We told reception and they repaired both quickly. We were more comfortable on our 2nd day onwards. Our location was not in the tourist area but Uber was cheap so we just took it wherever we needed to go.

Podiam ter mais cuidado com a limpeza das carpetes do quarto. Tinha algumas manchas de sujidade.

Our room was beautifully furnished, spacious and had an amazing city view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and were a highlight for us. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. We ordered room service and the food was very good.

Small things that add up. We could hear our neighbor from our room. The window in our room didn't close completely which meant we could also hear construction outside and the AC was not super effective. One thing the hotel can do without in my opinion is the additional small charges you find everywhere. For example if you order room service you have to pay 7.5 euros extra for the food to come to your room; for the pool it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap which the hotel happily sells to you at the reception for ~5 euros. I feel these charges, while not very significant, take away from the 5 star experience.

L’établissement est très propre et bien situé. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très bon. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bien, avec un espace propre et agréable. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai été satisfait de mon séjour.

Le seul point négatif concerne le parking. À mon arrivée, on ne m’a pas clairement indiqué où se trouvait le parking de l’hôtel. J’ai utilisé un parking juste à côté en pensant que c’était le bon, et j’ai dû le payer chaque jour alors que j’avais déjà payé une place de parking avec l’hôtel. Une indication plus claire à l’arrivée aurait évité ce problème.

Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Le bar avec vue panoramique est superbe. La chambre grande et les lits très confortables.

Le jour du départ, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir avoir un petit déjeuner dans la chambre, sans surcoût, puisque j'avais déjà payé le petit déjeuner mais que je partais trop tôt pour y aller. En revanche en chambre, il est servi dès 6h, fonc compatible, mais la réception voulait que je paye la totalité du petit déjeuner, ce que je n'ai pas trouvé très normal. J'ai donc pris un panier petit déjeuner, mais assez sommaire et sans rapport avec le petit déjeuner au restaurant ou dans la chambre.

O hotel tem uma apresentação luxuosa e muito agradável. O quarto não tinha uma vista extraordinária, mas as camas eram muito confortáveis, e o espaço para a família era adequado. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom e vale a pena. A oferta de ida ao spa veio mesmo a calhar, que era magnífico. Havia um serviço de motorista do nosso carro que era muito eficaz.

A piscina interior não acompanha a sensação de luxo porque pertence a um ginásio associado. O spa era muito inspirador e tranquilo, até chegarem homens a falarem muito alto, darem mergulhos na piscina, ocuparem as camas quentes permanentemente com as suas toalhas - foi horrível, estragou por completo a experiência e ainda bem que isso aconteceu nos meus últimos momentos de spa, e saí mais cedo. Perguntei no dia anterior se a minha filha de quase 13 anos podia ir comigo, compreendi perfeitamente que ela pudesse ir, mas garanto que ela se portaria bem melhor que este grupo de homens. Ela saberia desfrutar do ambiente tranquilo e apreciar o espaço zen criado. Nem tudo é uma questão de idade, e sim maturidade…

La chambre était très spacieuse et le lit vraiment confortable. Nous avons également adorés la vue sur Porto depuis la chambre et le rooftop.

Le service n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Nous n’avions pas été prévenu des horaires de la piscine et celle-ci était fermée exceptionnellement. Quand nous avons enfin pu y aller on a appris qu’il nous fallait des bonnets de bain, payants à l’accueil. Aucune compensation proposée pour notre après-midi perdue.

The rooms are spacious & all other facilities used were good. Rosa (restaurant manager) was outstanding, she made us feel so welcome & engaged with us daily & nothing was too much to ask. Also, Ana (Spa Manager) was just lovely, so happy & welcoming also, very knowledgeable and is a great communicator.

Location was a little further out from Porto than we’d liked but not a problem as Bolt widely available

La vista 19essivo molto bella, la colazione ho apprezzato la varietà di scelta, la posizione molto comoda per raggiungere l'oceano ma anche centro sia con i mezzi che a piedi.

La camera dove ho alloggiato per diversi giorni l ho trovata antiquata mobili datati per essere un 5 stelle questa pecca si fa sentire, letto che scricchiola ad ogni movimento, condizionatore che all inizio non partiva, la tv (connessione internet ) lenta molte volte di perdeva la connessione.

O ar condicionado, por ser conduta, num hotel tão grande, torna-se insuficiente. A área da piscina interior e até mesmo a exterior também se tornam pequenas para a quantidade de gente hospedada. O ginásio, muito pequeno e sem acessórios de treino.

A piscina apenas funciona até as 18h, mesmo no verão e em dias de onda de calor. Não esperava por essa limitação vindo de um hotel 5 estrelas.

The location was closer to Porto city and the nearby supermarket was exceptional. The swimming pool and the gym, and the rooftop bar are excellent places that you could relax.

It was good to provide tea, coffee and milk for free of charge. As we didn't give enough of them we bought those items for ourselves. Also poor wi-fi, so we bought an e-sim for streaming .

The property is located near the stop for the hop on hop off bus. Plus other buses and about a 20 minute walk to Casa da Música metro. Hotel is very nice and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant.

The room was spacious but the carpets were shabby and a bit unclean. The room was cleaned but had to ask for tea/coffee and milk for the room as none was left by the maid.

Отель нарядный, с хорошим сервисом, номер красивый, большой, мы жили на 11 этажа с прекрасным видом. В отеле на 19 этажа есть терраса с отличным видом. В номере есть халаты, тапочки и все необходимое. Завтраки неплохие. Расположение хорошее.

Организация завтраков. На завтрак образовывалась очередь и персонал рассаживал людей сам, нет возможности зайти и выбрать столик где бы хотелось завтракать и это минус. Отель большой и зал для завтраков маленький, кофемашина одна. Выбор был даже хуже, чем в отеле 4 звезд к сожалению.

La chambre n'était pas propre (tâches sur la moquette et tête de lit abîmée) et vétuste, pas le standing d'un 5 étoiles "palace'. Personnel qui ne répond pas quand on dit "bonjour, au revoir". Prix du petit déjeuner coûteux (23€/pers). Nous pensions avoir réservé le PDJ lors de notre réservation. A notre arrivée nous avons donné notre n° de chambre et avons commencé à nous servir. Ce n'est qu'une fois installés et que nous mangions que la dame nous a indiqué que le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Nous n'avons pas apprécié car même si cela était une erreur de notre part elle aurait dû nous l'indiquer a notre arrivée dans la salle. Vu que nous avions commencé nous avons été obligés de payer le pdj.

The rooms were very large and comfortable, breakfast was very good, the dinner on the 19th Floor was exceptional, staff especially the housekeeping and waiters were very kind and accommodating, Front desk staff managed to get us early check in.

Wi-fi was very slow and occasionally cutting off, the Chromecast in our room was never fixed despite countless phonecalls to the front desk which was annoying because we were there for 7nights. The gym, pool/spa was decent but for a five star it probably needs upgrading.

A cobrança de usar cap na piscina e sauna que nos obrigava a compra-los na recepção. Muita gente no spa e piscina, café da manhã também lotado num espaço pequeno.

El buffet estuvo muy bien. La habitación tiene de todo. Aunque la ducha estaba rota, vinieron rápido a arreglarla. De 5 estrellas tiene lo justo.

Quería ir a la piscina pero parece ser que el domingo es el día que cierran y no pudimos disfrutarla.

Rooftopbar sehr nett, tolle Auswahl an Getränken. Fitnessraum außerordentlich groß. Zimmer wie bei einem 5 Stern Hotel erwartbar.

Teilweise zu wenig Personal im Frühstücksbereich.
