Positiv hervorzuheben ist eigentlich nur die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Von dort aus ist vieles gut erreichbar, und auch für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vor einem Flug ist die Lage grundsätzlich praktisch.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Bereits vom ersten Tag an empfanden wir die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption – sowohl in der Frühschicht als auch am Abend bzw. in der Nacht – als sehr zurückhaltend und wenig zuvorkommend. Die größte Enttäuschung war jedoch die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers. An den Türen waren deutlich Fingerabdrücke und Verschmutzungen von vorherigen Gästen zu sehen. Die Bettwäsche und Bettbezüge hatten teilweise Löcher und Flecken, darunter auch Flecken, die wie Urinflecken aussahen. Zudem fanden wir Haare an verschiedenen Stellen und deutlich sichtbare Staubablagerungen, unter anderem im Bereich der Fenster. Auch das Badezimmer machte auf uns leider keinen gründlich gereinigten Eindruck. Zusätzlich hatten wir über das Hotel ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisieren lassen. Uns wurde vom Hotelpersonal vorab ein bestimmter Preis genannt. Am Ende wurde uns vom Taxifahrer ungefähr das Doppelte berechnet. Auf unsere Nachfrage erklärte dieser, dass die Preisauskunft des Hotelpersonals nicht korrekt gewesen sei. Gerade wenn ein Transport direkt über ein Hotel organisiert wird, sollte man sich auf die dort genannten Informationen verlassen können. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Für eine einzelne Nacht, beispielsweise vor einem Flug, mag das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage ausreichend sein. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen jedoch nicht erneut wählen. Rückblickend hätten wir das Geld lieber für zusätzliche Urlaubstage bzw. eine andere Unterkunft ausgegeben.

Tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner, il y avait de tout, même du champagne. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, pas loin du centre ville (15 min en bus), proche des transports, le personnel est au petit soin, super accueillant et souriant. Le spa, un plaisir, not too crowded. La chambre super comfortable. À refaire sans hésitation.

En general es buen hotel , llevamos viniendo varios años . El personal que te recoge las maletas y te saca el coche fenomenal . Las zonas comunes y el diseño del hotel

Creo que necesita una renovación de las habitaciones y especialmente del baño , está ya un poco antiguo . La limpieza sobre todo del baño no fue la más adecuada . Los restos de pasta dental seguían en el lavabo después de limpiarla . Teníamos que hacerlo nosotros cada tarde . El agua de la ducha se salía toda , vinieron a arreglarla pero continuaba igual . El personal de recepción poco agradable .

Pour un 5 étoiles, la chambre mérite un rafraîchissement, les meubles en bois abîmés, la baignoire de la salle de bain avec des traces de rayures, de tartre et les toilettes pareil. Gros bémol , nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et il n’a jamais été mentionné à la réservation que l’accès de la piscine est payant.Cela est mentionné une fois que vous arrivez à l’hôtel.J’ai montré tous mes documents de réservation au réceptionniste et il m’a dit qu’il ferait remonter l’information car il a constaté comme moi que cela n’a pas été notifié à la réservation. Il faut compter 20€ par jour pour l’accès à la piscine et vous pouvez aussi avoir l’accès au spa et au sauna. Je suis une habituée des 5 étoiles mais je suis un peu déçu de celui-ci car le coût est conséquent sans accès piscine et sans petit déjeuner et au regard de l’état de la chambre que nous avons eu .

That the spa is only available to club rooms and that children are only allowed in 1pm until 7pm. Which was explained when I wanted to purchase the pool access.

Gostei muito de tudo no Sheraton. Desde a qualidade das instalações, ao conforto do quarto, à simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários. A experiência foi excelente do início ao fim e fiquei muito satisfeito com a estadia. Sem dúvida, um hotel que recomendo e onde voltaria a ficar.

A única coisa que achei que poderia ser melhor era a qualidade do papel higiénico. É um detalhe simples, mas penso que poderia ser um pouco melhor tendo em conta a qualidade geral do hotel.

Bon accueil, petit déjeuner très variable, restaurant de bonne qualité, personnes très serviables,et climatisation très bien placé ! bravo 👍

Literie avec une couette d’hiver très épaisse, étonnant 🤣 J’ai demandé à avoir une petite cuillère, dans un premier temps on me l’a refusé, puis on m’a demandé 5€ pour me la porter dans ma chambre . J’ai refusé de payer, mais enfin j’ai pu l’obtenir après avoir exprimé mon fort mécontent Jamais vu cela dans un hôtel de 5 étoiles

Super hôtel avec un lit très confortable et de bon équipement. Une propriété sans faille. Une salle de bain très spacieuse. Mobilier pas mal. Il y’a des chaînes TV internationales c’est super.

Malgré d’être au 10ème étage la vue n’est pas fameuse même si ça ne change pas grand chose à la qualité de la chambre et de l’hôtel en général.

I ordered a hamburger which was inedible. I complained when the waiter came to collect the table. He passed my complaint on to his colleague who had worked the night I had placed the order. On another occasion I ordered some drinks and snacks. The person who delivered the food asked me what was wrong with the food. I explained that was inedible. He seemed annoyed that I had complained and told me that it was freshly cooked... as a Guest I expected an apology and at least a refund. I received neither. For some reason I gave him a €10 00 tip. On reflection I wish I hadn't. The guest may not always be right, but they always pay.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and in my opinion, it does not deserve a five-star rating at all. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels around the world. Usually, when a hotel is rated five stars, guests receive excellent service, respectful treatment, and genuine attention. This hotel was the complete opposite of what I expected. Honestly, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I read many reviews claiming that the staff were friendly and the service was good, but our experience was completely different. We noticed a clear difference in how guests were treated. Some guests received respect and attention, while others were treated coldly and poorly. We felt that there was discrimination in the way guests were treated, and possibly even some form of racism. We paid the same as everyone else, so we deserved the same respect and level of service. The jacuzzi experience was especially unacceptable. We were three people, yet they placed us in an extremely small room with a jacuzzi that could barely accommodate one person. They gave all three of us only 30 minutes in total. I do not understand how they expected three people to use such a tiny space together. In reality, each person could only use it for around ten minutes before changing places with the next person. How can this be considered a proper booking for three guests? They should either have provided a suitable space for three people or given each person enough time. The services were very poor, the rooms were small, and neither the facilities nor the treatment matched the price or a five-star standard. We did not feel welcomed or valued during our stay. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a good rating. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for respectful treatment and genuine five-star service. It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

Its a typical Sheraton, great bedroom very chic. Nice cafe lounge downstairs. Parking below the building you will need to pay. Not so far from center

A qualidade da hospedagem, o acolhimento e a atenção da equipe superaram minhas expectativas. O quarto é muito bom, amplo, com decoração muito bonita, assim como todo o espaço. Nós nos sentimentos muito bem.

Todo es perfecto! La.temperatura desde que entras al lobby, la atención, todos muy amables, la habitación limpia, ordenada. El desayuno con mucha variedad. En el spa todo limpio y amables.

El plato de ducha está hacia abajo, lo que genera que rebales. Pueden mejorar esta parte.

Quase tudo, quarto com imenso barulho, frigorífico avariado, estore avariado, imensa dificuldade em falar com a receção, spa sem funcionar praticamente e ainda ser cobrado o valor:

Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean which I appreciated. The food at the bar was very tasty. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large.

I gave the hotel a 7/10 because of 2 things. The first thing is not being able to use the pool with my child. They have a rule that kids can't use the pool from 1-7pm. Second, I was accidentally billed over 80 Euros for room service that I didn't incur. The front desk staff made me wait about 20 minutes at the front desk during check-out to make sure it wasn't my charge.

Fantastic hotel - rooms were lovely, well maintained, and fitted out with everything you could possibly need (toiletries even included a mini mouthwash).

There isn't really much immediately close to the hotel, but as you're only a 10min walk to the metro, it's very easy to get into the centre of Porto
