staff was very nice and accomodating, The pub was great.

Gute komfortable Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Flughafen. Perfekt für die erste oder letzte Nacht. Schön, modern dekoriert. Große Dusche im Bad. An der Unterkunft ist gleich ein Restaurant für den Abend .

Es wurde extra ein teureres Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht. Tatsächlich war das Bett nicht breiter als 150-160cm. Es war ein schmales Doppelbett. Trotz mehrmaligen Bitten wurde kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl viele freie Kapazitäten zur Verfügung standen. Auch die Auszahlung des Differenzbetrages zwischen Queensize-Kingsize Zimmer wurde verweigert. Ich könnte jetzt die Bewertung drastisch reduzieren, dass macht man aber nicht - denn das Hotel ist wirklich schön, modern, stylisch. Nur der Umstand mit dem Bett wirkt natürlich nach.

Beautiful hotel in a great coastal location. The food and service were excellent. It’s well located to access all you want to see in Galway. Highly recommend.

The bar was really nice but when the bar was busy not enough staff on duty at times during the day and early evening shift and cocktails we're very hit and miss depending on experience of staff making the cocktails.

When my husband requested ice-cream at midnight, Dermott was at the front desk and went out of his way to help us order it and within a few minutes one of the barmen present him with a beautiful selection of vanilla and chocolate ice-creams nestled in a large waffle cone. We were very impressed.

l'hotel è facile da raggiungere, il posto è tranquillo malgrado la presenza di un pub proprio sotto le camere, la camera è abbastanza ampia.

la doccia è inserita nella vasca e risulta piuttosto stretta e poco confortevole, la tv non ha collegamento ad internet ed in periodo di app con cui vedi i tuoi programmi preferiti ovunque in un 4 stelle non è accettabile.

Mój pobyt w Shannon Springs Hotel był wyjątkowo udany. Pokój okazał się czysty, przestronny i nowocześnie urządzony, a łóżko było niesamowicie wygodne, co zapewniło świetny wypoczynek. Dużym atutem hotelu jest restauracja – jedzenie było po prostu pyszne, zarówno śniadania, jak i dania z karty wieczornej. Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna, stanowiąc świetną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy. Stosunek jakości do ceny – rewelacyjny.

The carpets in hall was very stained and need a steam cleaned as it had a awful smell. The food In Restaurant was just pub food and a award winning restaurant as they had advertised I had lamb first night it was tough and tasteless. The Caesar salad was bland with very dry chicken.

Amazing staff, especially the breakfast staff couldn’t do enough for us, brilliant location.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the stay was wonderful. We were even able to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected which was very kind of the lovely receptionist

Vriendelijke personeel, lekker (beperkt) ontbijt, leuke en comfortabele kamers. Zeer lekkere restaurant !!!

De muren blijken vrij dun te zijn, hierdoor kon ik de kamer naast en boven me horen.

I love the convenience of staying here when I fly in and out of Shannon. It is more pricey than I am used to, but it is well worth it. A big plus is that there is a bus stop right in front. The staff is great. The Lodge is very nice. Great bar for a couple of pints of Guinness and the lamb shank in the restaurant is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic also. This is the second time I've stayed here and will again if I am fortunate enough to return to Ireland.

Ease of access , straight forward check in and out

The dinner in the hotel was very good. Service not perfect but the staff were under a lot of pressure. They ran out of wine glasses so I had to wait a while not that I minded but strange a hotel running out of wine glasses. Bedroom and bathroom perfect except pillows very hard. We were down at 10 for breakfast. Hardly anything left and still another half hour to go. I just had weetabix my husband and family managed to get a few remaining bits but very poor . Tiny reception desk and busy when we arrived nobody at reception and we had to wait for receptionist to arrive .

Empfangsbereich sieht sehr einladend und schön aus. Und das ist auch schon alles. Wenn man nicht ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Strasse erhält, ist es sehr düster und beengend dort zu übernachten.

Das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Lift. Es war sehr dunkel und aufgrund der Tatsache, dass das Fenster einen Blick auf das 1-2 m entfernte Nachbargebäude hatte, kam man sich sehr beengt vor. Das Bad war sehr alt und hätte dringend eine Modernisierung notwendig. Auch zum Abendessen wurden wir anstatt im Pub/Bistro ins Restaurant geführt, wo es ebenfalls keine Fenster hatte. Der ganze Aufenthalt war nicht angenehm und ich würde dieses Hotel aufgrund des hohen Preises nicht mehr wählen.

Reception were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast room staff were also very welcoming, helpful and outgoing. Duty managers saluted in the morning - there was a nice welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The weather was also very nice - good atmosphere in the bar/outside seating area.

The room backed on to the road side over the kitchen extract. It was noisy which meant I couldn't open the window. I would specify in booking request to look for a room on a quieter side of the hotel. It wouldn't stop me from booking there again.
