El entorno es bonito. El baño funciona bien. Cuenta con el equipamiento mínimo para la estancia.

La cabaña estaba sucia, la campana no tiene ducto de ventilación. El contacto con la gente a cargo fue difícil, el teléfono de la recepción nunca contestó. La distancia al pueblo el larga y el acceso debe ser en auto.

Me encantó la vista, belleza natural del entorno, además de la tranquilidad, amabilidad y disponibilidad de su personal. La nueva administración de Rangi Moana dirigida por Don Andrés facilitó renta de vehículo, inscripción y seguimiento de tour grupales. Lo pasamos divino, Gracias!

La ubicación, la atención de las personas del lugar, las instalaciones.

La tranquilidad y el silencio que entraba el lugar, además de la cordialidad y amabilidad del personal.

Creo que se puede mejorar bastante el tema de la limpieza, ya que la encontré muy básica y pobre. Tambien algunos detalles estructurales como el piso o las duchas. Agregar algún suavizante o algún aroma a las sabanas y toallas, creo que eso ayuda también a saber si están realmente limpios.

Una excelente experiencia. Las cabañas son muy cómodas, limpias, acogedoras y están completamente equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. El entorno es maravilloso, perfecto para descansar, desconectarse del ruido y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Lo mejor fueron sus anfitriones, Marión y Maori, por su amabilidad, cercanía y preocupación por cada detalle, haciendo que uno se sienta como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos al 100%.

Le couple gérant est hyper sympathique. Arrangeant et à l’écoute des besoins. Accueil, navette et disponibilité rendent le séjour hyper agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter les logements en forme de coque retournée typique du style Pascuan des premiers habitants. L’emplacement un peu à l’écart permet d’obtenir un calme et un repos d’une très grande qualité. Marion et son mari sont des gens vraiment gentils qui se metttont en quatre pour vous.

El lugar hermoso, la recepción espectacular, la cabaña muy cómoda y limpia. Los anfitriones muy amables, Marión un 10 de 10 y tambien Maori, excelentes personas y brindan un servicio cálido y eficiente, resolviendo todo lo que se les pedía. Recomendadísimo, volveremos!!

Excelentes cabañas y aún más lindo el entorno, muchas áreas verdes y una piscina para el que quiera un chapuzón. Después de los tours que mejor que estar un rato en la terraza tomando un vino o un sour. Punto aparte los anfitriones, muy simpáticos y amables, Fernanda, Fede y Nicolás muy atentos a los requerimientos y atentos a que la estadía sea lo más comoda posible, resolviendo dudas y orientando sobre actividades. Recomiendo el arriendo de auto en el mismo complejo, lo que ayudara recorrer la isla o si quieres ir a pasar el día a Anaquena.

Un poco retirado pero los tour te pasan a recoger

Nos sentimos en casa desde el día 1, las cabañas son muy cómodas ,limpias y cuentan con todo lo necesario para descansar bien un despertar hermoso con el sonido del viento y la paz que entrega la Isla. La atención es muy cercana y atenta.

Las áreas verdes muy lindas, el personal muy amable, y nos recibieron con collar de flores en el aeropuerto :)

Cuando llegamos nos dieron unas habitaciones diferentes a las que habíamos arrendado. Arrendé una cabaña y nos dieron 2 habitaciones individuales. 2 días después resolvieron el problema. Además me pareció que no estaban tan limpias las habitaciones. Y había moho en las paredes.

La atención de Fernanda espectacular, sin duda volvería.

Feder is such a nice person, give me free ride for picking up me from previous hostal ( I have to change the hostal due to some reasons) and ride to airport, and also one time I walk back to Rangi Moana and get a bit lost way, he quickly response me and drive the car to find me. Luckily, we meet in a street very soon. Then I am thinking of renting a motorcycle to see the sunset , he just say come come and he gives me another free ride , and said when I finished just send him another message and he will pick up me. Such a nice person! Feder and hotel other people are really nice also always with a smile in their face, a detail is that, when I hold in my hand an instant noodle, before I said anything Feder go to help me boil a water! And before I leave go to the airport, he gives me a gift,super cute! WiFi here only work in the kitchen area shared space but not a problem to me at all because everyday finish the tour I am exhausted. I highly recommended this place, even it is not in the centre of the town, it has advantage of quiet, and most important, people here are amazing!

Hermoso lugar para desconectarse y relajarse. La atención del staff del hotel excelente, muy atentos y dispuestos a siempre explicarte todo. Allí mismo te ofrecen tours y excursiones, que ellos mismos coordinan por ti (super practico!). Ademas podes tambien alquilar un auto allí mismo. A la noche, el cielo se ve increíble!

Tuve problemas con el agua caliente y el inodoro, pero lo solucionaron muy rápidamente. Falta de opción de contar con algún tipo de desayuno en el hotel, aunque sea adicional. El Wi-Fi no llega a las habitaciones.

Una de las cosas es la tranquilidad y aunque no está central se puede caminar y en pocos minutos estás en el centro de la isla

Hotel is wat ver van het centrum maar met een huurauto is dat geen probleem. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt wordt geserveerd.

Super kontaktowy właściciel. Załatwił nam samochod i przewodnika. Bardzo fajna dziewczyne Anett. Urokliwe miejsce. Spokojna okolica. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Oczywiście były kwiaty przy odbiorze z lotniska i gift na koniec pobytu.

This was a cute little place away from the noise of the town, with VERY friendly staff. Luis asked if I needed anything whenever we crossed paths. The pool was decent, the lounging area had good wifi, and the room came with a portable A/C unit.

It was a 30 minute walk from town, but the walk was very safe, even for a solo female walking at night.

С самого прибытия на остров мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями. Луис (наш хост) встретил нас с ожерельями из цветов и провел небольшую экскурсию показав нам лучшие рестораны, магазины и местные достопримечательности . Все наше пребывание он был очень внимателен и помог нам со всем, что нам было нужно. Нашел нам замечательного гида Кори, шофера такси и аренду машины. На все наши вопросы он отвечал с большой охотой и принимал участие во всем. Очень милый и приятный человек. Территория и сад великолепны и ухожены. Много цветов. В сильную жару было приятно посидеть на тенистой террасе . Спасибо огромное, Луис.

La limpieza, el servicio del personal y la experiencia completa fueron realmente excepcionales, un 1000/10. Lo único a mejorar es el exceso de calor al interior de la cabaña durante el día, ya que el extractor no resulta suficiente y es un punto a considerar si se visita la isla en verano.

Durante el día, la temperatura dentro de la cabaña aumenta demasiado y el extractor de aire no logra ventilar lo suficiente. Ese es el único punto desfavorable.

En general la tranquilidad lejos del ruido, y tiene piscina para refrescarse

El lugar en que esta ubicado es muy tranquilo para descansar, libre de ruidos. Don Luis es un 70 con toda la información y siempre contestando a nuestras consultas con amabilidad.

Los sillones están ya con su vida útil terminada, te sientas y se siente el palo del sillón, en la foto se veían de una comodidad increíble pero al sentarse fue una decepción. También pienso que debiese tener jabón en los baños tanto para lavamanos y ducha

No hubo wifi en toda la estadía, ni siquiera en recepción por un problema técnico.Igualmente, recomiendo comprar un chip de Nestel para poder comunicarse, no sirve ninguna otra compañía en y desde la isla Sugiero que se informe la distancia en km del hotel a un punto céntrico, como la iglesia por ejemplo, no estaba claro. Si, al estar alejado es un lugar tranquilo

The best for the whole stay were the people we have met! Starting with an incredibly welcoming owner Margquitos, our very knowledgeable and thoughtful guide Annette Rapu and finishing with accommodating Luis. Seriously, if you are looking for the guide Annette is the best you can get on the island!! She’s the owner’s sister and you can ask for her contact when booking hotel. We rented one of hotel’s cars which made transportation on the island very easy. The cabin looks exactly like on the pictures. The kitchen has all necessary equipment- pots, dishes, microwave and kettle, though we didn’t really cook. Towels were big and freshly washed. No soap and shampoo in the bathroom, so had to purchase some. Kids loved their beds (they slept on the bottom of bunk beds). Queen bed was also very comfortable. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t have enough time to actually enjoy it.

The island has tricky phone and internet service in general. So no surprise that internet in the hotel was only in the common area of the reception. But we knew that before booking with them so no surprise here. Pillows in the queen bed were old and need to be changed. Even though we visited in mid November and the temperature was 22 C (72 F) the cabin got incredibly hot as the island sun is very strong! There was a big fan in the living room which helped some. Watch for the sun as it’s easy to get sunburn.

Such a comfortable cottage! Everything you need is there! The area is so peaceful and quiet! Having a morning coffee at the patio with birds singing in the background was something else. Totally recommend having a slow morning so you can enjoy the sunshine. Staff is LOVELY! They pick you up and drop you off at the airport so you don’t need to worry about it. I even got a necklace as a gift at the checkout which was such a pleasant surprise!

Everything was great but I guess some people would say it’s a bit far away if you don’t like walking after a long day exploring the island. It’s a 35min walk from the main street which wasn’t a problem for me at all.

No tiene wifi m,solo en un área…que es al aire libre,ósea que para conectarte te moris de frío si está fresco(como nos pasó a nosotros) Por otro lado es súper comercial todo,apneas nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto nos llevaron a comprar el tickets para entrar a los sitios y nos dijeron que era obligatorio lo cual es mentira,podes no comprarlo y nos ingresar si quieres….el lugar está como a 2 km del centro y si llueve tienen toda la entrada embarrada así que no puedes pasar caminando tienes que contratar un taxi No me volvería a hospedar ahí si volviera….

La posizione non è centrale (30 minuti dal centro) e ci sono tantissimi cani randagi per strada che ti seguono se hai del cibo con te. Ho dato comunque un voto alto perché c'è la possibilità di chiamare dei "taxi" a prezzi ragionevoli e mi sembra che la maggior parte degli hotel siano lontani dal centro

Me sentí como en casa, desde el primer momento don Luis nos dio una calida bienvenida en el aeropuerto con los collares típicos de la isla, nos dió un pequeño tour por el centro de la isla, donde nos enseñó los servicios más importantes, información turística y pudimos comprar los ticket a los parques. La cabaña cuenta con todo lo necesario, Luis nos entregó información turística, y estuvo siempre atento a cualquier inquietud, hay dos perritos que mi hija los adoro, les encanta recibir cariño y son súper tranquilos. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, si alejado algo del centro, por lo que es importante tener un medio de transporte, taxi o vehículo de arriendo. Solo agradecimiento para el equipo de Rangi Moana.

Our stay at Rangi Moana on Rapa Nui was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and we paid in cash on arrival. One of the owners picked us up from the airport—this was included in the price—and we were warmly welcomed with traditional flower necklaces, which was such a lovely touch. Before settling in, we were given a quick tour of the island to point out all the essentials like mini markets, beaches, ticket booths, and ATMs, which was incredibly helpful. Communication was great both before and during our stay, and we always felt supported. The grounds of Rangi Moana are beautiful and peaceful, with a few friendly dogs that added to the charm. We loved spending time in the outdoor pool—it was a really fun way to cool off! Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a kitchen with a fridge and gas hob. As a group of three young women traveling together, we really appreciated how safe and cared for we felt. The owners were welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. On our departure, they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir to remember our stay.

A quirky little cabin stay on the edge of town. The room was adequate size, the bathroom was modern and clean. A bit of a walk - 20 minutes - from town but it was a nice, safe walk along the pavement.. back was uphill! Reception staff were amazingly helpful even with the language barrier. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport as part of the stay. I was able to rent a car through the lodge before I arrived. All in all a comfortable stay.

Rangi Moana is lovely. The cottages and pods are well spaced out with gardens all around. The pool is a bit old but still nice and the communal area is a nice place to sit. It is a very peaceful place to stay. There is a small but reasonably well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The host provided an airport transfer both ways. Tour companies picked us up from the end of the lane just a few minutes walk away. We liked Rangi Moana very much, despite the distance from town.

It is a long walk to the town centre, longer than google led us to believe and it was not always easy to get a taxi especially during the festival time. There is no aircon but there was a fan and the temperature drops a little at night so it was manageable.

Very welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff! The transfer from and to the airport was great! On arrival, you get a flower garland around your neck. Also, I got a city tour from the guys, and they stopped at the tourist office for me to buy the national park ticket (didn't buy that online). They did very well! The accommodation is located in a nice and quiet area (surrounded by nature). The room was clean. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this accommodation to other travelers!

The accommodation is a bit far from the city center (a 30-minute walk). Fortunately, you can rent a bike at the accommodation. I rented a bike for 3 days for a reasonable price! Although the accommodation is a bit far from the city center, there's a supermarket nearby the accommodation (within 5 or 10 minutes walk from the accommodation).

This was a nice quiet place to stay. i felt safe as solo femail traveler. Staff was friendly and patient with me as I don't speak alot of spanish.

The property itself is excellent. However it desperately needs air con as u cook inside the pods. The fan was almost non existent in the brutal heat. The staff were excellent but u need translation as English is not spoken. Pick up and drop off to the airport was very welcome. If u want to be close to the action tho, it’s not for you. Half hour walk to town in the heat isn’t doable. You need a car or scooter. It’s off the beaten track. The pool is a bonus but if ur in Easter island surely u won’t be laying around a pool at any time

The staff was incredibly nice. The spot was pretty cute and away from the crowds. It was very tranquil. It’s a little way (30 minute walk) from the main area but I enjoyed the walking around.

Luis is gold for this place. It´s a nice gem outside Hanga Roa - so be prepared to walk or get your transport. Huts are simple but nice and working!

I really enjoyed my stay in Rangi Moana. The staff was very friendly and helpful, transfer from and to the airport was great. Room was very clean, area is quiet and calm. If you need to buy some water, food etc. it's very close to the store. It's around 25 min. of walk to the city, but it's a nice walk, especially after a big meal 😄 By taxi around 5 min. I wish to stay there bit longer.
