Schönes großes Zimmer mit tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Badezimmer war sauber und ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage für Seoul ist klasse, denn das Hotel liegt an schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shoppingzentren und hat sehr gute Cafés drumherum.

Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut uns geht permanent Ein- und Aus, um die Temperatur zu regulieren. Die Metro ist ca. 15 Min Laufweg entfernt.

Wspaniały widok z pokoju z panoramicznymi oknami! Pyszne śniadania z dobrym wyborem dań - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel bardzo dobrze położony niedaleko ważnych zabytków oraz dzielnicy z licznymi restauracjami i barami. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

The location and staff

The fact that you open the door and you enter the bathroom. Kinda weird and unhygienic. The breakfast was absolute shit and tasteless, extremely horrific.

Location is absolute top. Jongmyo shrine is actually on the corner. Several bus stops and metro station within a 3-5 minutes walk, easy to navigate in the city from here. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable.

The cleaning was nice, though on the last day they forgot several dirty towels on the floor in the shower. It was very surprisingly.

Easy to get to via the Limousine airport bus from Incheon, within walking distance to two palaces, Gwangjang market, and a convenience store right down the street. Spacious room with a nice bathroom and a lovely bed.

We found the junior suite to be quite spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and we appreciated it

To be honest, we found the area a bit limited at night as it seemed to shut down quite early compared to the central area of Seoul. However, this was not a huge problem as we didn’t mind walking to get downtown. The room was great- but- and this is a small concern- I find there was quite a bit of “ wear and tear” that had happened inside the hotel as there were many marks ( perhaps from suitcases)in the rooms and hallways and the wallpaper seemed to have some attachment issues in our room. Besides that- it was great! The bed was super comfy and we routinely slept in - which the hotel accommodated/ worked around when it came to housekeeping-which was very appreciated by us!

Good location just outside of the busier parts of the city, so quiet, but across the street from Changdeokgung and walking distance to Dongdaemun design plaza, the canal, and Ikseon-dong. Best hotel gym I have seen, and a good breakfast buffet.

Not on a metro line so you need to walk, bus or taxi to a line if you want to go far, but the trade off is a quieter neighbourhood.

The wall tapestry is a bit scratched from previous stays so it could be replaced as it takes away from the good looks. Laundry room could use to pay with card not coin - I am cash free and don’t want to pay exorbitant fees just to wash.

Le personnel, la propreté, la chambre dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, l’emplacement de l’hotel est juste parfait et pres de tout, petit dej varié, en gros tout était magnifique, je recommande vivement cet hotel à seoul.

It is located in quiet residential areas near bus stops and not far away from the train stations .

I was unlucky with the bed, I feel it’s too spongy and uncomfortable for sleeping. I had back pain because of that. I decided not to complain about it because I did not want to move rooms.

The location was walking distance to Insadong and a lot of the historic sites, while also being in a quiet and peaceful area with lots of cafes and shops nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and on the larger side. I would highly recommend.

The hotel has some inconvenience policies like the guest has only 2 bottles of water per daily or they need to pay for extra. Not mentioning the hot rooms that doesn’t go under 23 degrees while we are in summer so we had to sweat while in the room. In addition to the requirement of credit card details (not a fixed amount as a deposit). Overall, our experience was disappointing!

The place was super clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location, easy to get around with public transport close by. Fitness centre was fully equipped as well. Would definitely recommend staying

It was a very good stay. Very friendly reception staff and the cleaning lady. Nice breakfast. Supermarkets and bus stops very close.

One serious issue happened to us: in the middle of the night there was a fire alarm. We had to grab our kids and wearing only pajamas go down the stairs, from 13th floor. False alarm. We take the elevator to our room, go back to sleep, in about 10 minutes we hear "attention, attention! This was a false alarm caused by a sensor malfunction". No apologies, no compensation.

Fine stay excellent location

Nice hotel, clean, spacious, comfortable room, nice view through the window. Also, I really enjoyed breakfast.

We stayed here with our little baby, and we were in a situation where we needed to keep important medication refrigerated during our stay. Traveling with a baby is already challenging, and having to manage medication that needed to stay cold made things even more stressful for us. But the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to listen to our situation and went out of their way to help us. They even generously upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost, which made it much easier for us to safely store the medication and cooler. What touched us most was not simply the room upgrade, but the genuine care and kindness behind it. During a time when we were feeling a little overwhelmed, their thoughtfulness gave us such a sense of comfort and reassurance. We are truly grateful to every staff member who helped us. Your kindness meant more to our family than you probably realize, and it made our stay so much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will remember your kindness for a long time and would be very happy to stay here again.

Wir waren für drei Wochen in Südkorea und davon zu Beginn für 6 Näcte und am Ende für eine Nacht im Hotel. Es ist sehr guet gelegen mit diversen Restaurants und Kaffees in der näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert als Familie unterwegs, hatte zuerst zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstüre und für die einte Nacht ein Familienzimmer. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Hotel ist sehr sauber unf gepflegt.

Uns/mir ist hierzu nichts aufgefallen oder in den Sinn gekommen. Keine negativen Punkte.

The location was nearby to tourist attractions and downtown areas. The front office staff were very helpful and supportive. Especially Mr. Daniel Kim and Ms. Noel were both exceptional in their efforts and care. Hats off to them.

The Illy cafe offered very limited menus. Also, there was no liquid handwash in the bathrooms. It was also difficult to throw trash in common areas as no bins were placed on the lobby or the guestroom corridors.

Bardzo wysoka czystość, pomimo, iż hotel ma już swoje lata, co widać po zużyciu niektórych materiałów. Dobrej jakości kosmetyki. Bardzo duży wybór produktów na śniadanie, chociaż nie do końca trafiających w europejski gust. Blisko przystanku autobusowego, oraz kilka minut piechotą od stacji metra.

Jedyny minus tego obiektu to brak szafy w pokoju. Jeśli, dla jednej osoby jest to ok, to dla 2 osób byłoby to już bardzo niekomfortowe - a miejsca w pokoju jest na tyle, że szafa by się zmieściła. Jak na koreański standard - brak szafy prasującej, co jest ogromnym minusem przy podróżach biznesowych.

Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny hotel. W dogodnej lokalizacji (łatwy dostęp do linii bezpośredniej na lotnisko). To był bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Personel dobrze mówił po angielsku.

Понравилось все. За небольшую доплату заселили раньше, не ждали 15:00. Расположение отличное, везде удобно добираться, каждый день чисто убирались.

Communication with the hotel before we arrived was easy, prompt and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good value. The service was great and the hotel was located in a lovely part of Seoul.

Noget af tapetet sad løs på væggen, men det var ikke noget der betød noget :-). Vi var meget tilfredse alligevel.

Wszystko tutaj jest na "tak": pyszne, zróżnicowane śniadania - każdy znajdzie w nich coś dla siebie, wyposażenie pokoju na najwyższym poziomie, działająca klimatyzacja, przybory pierwszej potrzeby dodawane na każdym sprzątaniu, czystość pokoju. Pracownicy recepcji ciężko pracują, pomagają we wszystkim i przy tym są bardzo profesjonalni. Widać wkład każdej osoby tam pracującej, wszystko jest na tip top. Z pewnością wybór hotelu zaważył na naszym ogólnym zadowoleniu z wycieczki do Korei. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetnie działająca pralnia z prawdziwego zdarzenia. Ubrania po upraniu były pięknie pachnące i 1 cykl suszenia wystarczył, by były suche, co nie zdarzało się nam w innych hotelach. Przy wybieraniu tego hotelu trzeba mieć na względzie lokalizację jeśli chodzi o środki transportu, do metra jest kawałek do przejścia, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Za to przystanek autobusowy stoi bardzo blisko, a jedne z najsławniejszych atrakcji Seulu - pałace są na wyciągnięcie ręki. Będziemy z wielką przyjemnością polecać ten hotel znajomym, mamy nadzieję móc kiedyś tu wrócić! Serdecznie pozdrawiamy całą ekipę hotelu Orakai Daehakro Hotel.

The hotel has great location, with a very good service and staff who is really client oriented. The breakfast is excellent, offering both local products and international ones. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Loved the breakfast! Room was super functional and clean as well

The hotel room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The staff were quite helpful as well. The nearest train station was at least 12-15mins walk and 20-25mins walk to insadong shopping area. There’s a convenience store near to the hotel.

Good location - convenient connection with the airport, the center, and several universities. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly and supportive staff. Gym was solid.

Sauna was under maintenance. Noise from cars when windows are closed.

Excellent hotel located in a convenient area close to the central area of Seoul. The property is modern and elegant, well kept. The personnel is discreet and efficient. Great views from the top floors.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal. Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich toll und ideal für unsere Unternehmungen. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders positiv ist uns auch die Sauberkeit aufgefallen – alles war sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Insgesamt hat uns alles gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
