Great location, nice breakfast

The pillows and mattress were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep.

Location and cleanliness

This is my 4th visit to the Amid and I would not stay anywhere else in Seoul. The staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room is a good size considering it is in the centre of Seoul. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The location is really good - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars and to the subway/bus service. The limousine bus from Incheon airport stops just in the next road and Seoul station is only two stops on the subway. There is a great convenience store underneath the Amid and another one a few doors away. There is a bank with ATM just across the road. Very quiet road but lively and happening a few streets away. There is a great laundry room which I used several times during my stay. There is a Wow Pass machine / currency exchange machine on the first floor. Breakfast is good and varied.

There isn't anything, for me, that I don't really like about the Amid. If I had to say something then it would be nice to have a bigger wardrobe / clothes hanging space. And the price has increased a lot since my first stay but for me it is worth it.

The location and the staff service. Room was quite generous, plenty of space and the only issue we had was the bathroom sliding door and maybe a wet shower area.

The staff were amazing, super nice and attentive to details. The location was perfect and close to public transportation and tons of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast had a nice range of tasty items and a cafe as well as restaurants were on-site. One of the very best experiences staying at a hotel we’ve had!

Lors du second séjour à l'hôte pour une nuit, la chambre était plus petite et moins bien équipée que lors de mon 1er séjour (5 nuits).

La situation géographique : près du métro, taxi facilement trouvable avec l'app k.ride. Un supermarché et un GS25 était en bas de l'hôtel (très pratique). Deux restaurants très bon sont également dans l'hôtel. Point fort : deux machines à laver et séchage à disposition pour pas cher. PS: je tiens à soulever la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Suite à un retard de vol, nous sommes arrivées à l'hôtel à 3h du matin au lieu de 17h la veille. Nous avions bien évidemment prévenu l'établissement à l'avance et nous nous sommes excusées dès notre arrivée. Malgré l'heure tardive, le personnel nous a accueillies avec le sourire, nous assurant avec beaucoup de bienveillance que cet imprévu était indépendant de notre volonté. Nous avons été très satisfaites de leur amabilité et de leur accueil chaleureux.

・地下鉄やバスなどの公共交通機関を使ってのソウル観光には便利なロケーションです。 ・仁寺洞なので楽しいショップや食事も近くて便利です。 ・ホテルは新しくはなさそうだが清潔で、寝心地のいいベッドでした。 ・部屋や広くないがシンプルで機能的でした。USBの充電ターミナルが便利でした。 ・朝食ビュッフェは十分な品ぞろえでした。ビビンバを作れるのがよかったです。 ・スーパーマーケットが隣接しており便利、お土産もそこで買いました。

・バスルームは鍵が無く、防音も弱いのが少し気になりました。 ・クローゼットが狭かった。部屋の壁にハンガー掛けがあればいいと思った。

Posizione eccellente, metro vicinissima e maggiori attrazioni visitabili a piedi.

Pulizia migliorabile, moquette sporca e maleodorante. Sarebbe opportuno disinfettare ogni tanto i materassi per evitare che chi è allergico agli acari passi le notti a grattarsi.

Локацията е изключително удобна. В близост до метростанция, заведения за хранене и магазини. Чисто е и ежедневната грижа за гостите и на много високо ниво. Препоръчвам!

Кафето в хотела отваря в 9.00, но кафето е хубаво.

早餐可以多一點選擇，因為連續住好幾晚，會一直吃到一樣的食物

Die Lage war perfekt. Das meiste konnte man zu Fuß erreichen, und die Metro ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Das Zimmer ist nicht so gross und der Teppich im Zimmer hatte einen merkwürdigen Geruch

Emplacement incroyable. Situé proche des temples. Magasins, restaurants, supermarchés, tout est proche.

La chambre est à peine petite lorsque nous avons 2 grosses valises.

Excellent hotel in central Seoul! Just a couple of subway stops from Seoul Station - much quicker than taking a taxi during rush hour. Key attractions within walking distance include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Myeongdong and Bukchon Hanok Village. There are modern restaurants nearby as well as local food spots. The hotel itself has a contemporary, stylish design and great rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us an early check‑in. Highly recommended!

以前在韓國住過民宿、膠囊旅館和一般商務旅館，說實話都沒留下太好的印象。 這次是老公第一次來首爾，我希望能盡可能給他一段美好的回憶，所以在眾多選擇中挑了 Amid Hotel。 這裡雖然不在弘大或明洞這些熱門商圈，但位置好得出乎意料。 我們這趟是為了 KSPO DOME 的活動而來，從飯店出發不用轉車就能直達，非常完美。 飯店對面就是警察局，讓人很安心；一樓有超市、便利商店，還有飯店自己的咖啡廳，生活機能一次滿足，真的很優秀。 這次和櫃檯沒有太多交流，但每一次接觸都能感受到他們的專業。房務人員也總是主動打招呼，非常親切。 房間備有免治馬桶、浴缸和吹風機。盥洗備品需要自備，但整體設備已經很足夠。 整體來說，這次的住宿讓老公對首爾留下了很好的第一印象，我們都很滿意。下次再來首爾，還會想住這裡。 예전에 한국에서 게스트하우스, 캡슐호텔, 비즈니스호텔에 묵어봤지만 솔직히 좋은 기억이 별로 없었습니다. 이번이 남편의 첫 서울 여행이라 최대한 좋은 추억을 만들어 주고 싶었고, 여러 곳을 비교한 끝에 Amid Hotel을 선택했습니다. 결과적으로 정말 잘한 선택이었어요. 홍대나 명동 같은 유명한 번화가는 아니지만, 위치가 기대 이상으로 완벽했습니다. 이번 여행은 KSPO DOME 행사 때문에 왔는데, 호텔에서 환승 없이 바로 갈 수 있어서 체력을 많이 아꼈습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 경찰서가 있어서 안심이 되었고, 1층에는 마트와 편의점, 그리고 호텔 자체 카페까지 있어서 편의시설이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 이번에는 프런트 직원분들과 많은 대화를 나누지는 않았지만, 짧은 응대만으로도 전문성이 느껴졌습니다. 하우스키핑 직원분들도 먼저 인사를 건네주셔서 아주 친절하다고 느꼈어요. 객실에는 비데, 욕조, 헤어드라이어가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 어메니티(세면도구)는 직접 챙겨가야 하지만, 전반적인 시설은 충분했습니다. 전체적으로 남편이 서울에 아주 좋은 첫인상을 갖게 된 숙박이었고, 저희 둘 다 매우 만족했습니다. 다음에 서울에 또 오면 다시 묵고 싶어요.

真要說缺點的話： ．地毯不太乾淨。房務應該有用吸塵器清理，但地毯本身還是容易積灰塵和過敏原。 ．雙人房若兩人共用一張床，建議多要一條被子——我們每天晚上都在搶被子（笑）。 ．枕頭偏軟，希望能同時準備軟枕和硬枕讓客人自行選擇。 ．我們剛好遇上 8/15 光復節，當天首爾因為集會和遊行，多處實施交通管制，叫計程車和等公車都非常辛苦。如果 check in 時櫃檯能事先提醒，我們就可以調整當天的行程，這點有點可惜。 아쉬운 점을 굳이 꼽자면: ．카펫이 그다지 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 청소기로 관리하시는 것 같지만, 카펫 자체가 먼지와 알레르기 유발 물질이 쌓이기 쉬운 듯합니다. ．더블베드를 두 명이 함께 쓰는 경우 이불을 하나 더 요청하시는 걸 추천합니다. 저희는 매일 밤 이불 쟁탈전을 했어요 ㅎㅎ ．베개가 많이 푹신했습니다. 딱딱한 베개와 푹신한 베개를 함께 준비해 두고 손님이 선택할 수 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. ．마침 8월 15일 광복절과 겹쳐서, 그날 서울 곳곳에서 집회와 행진으로 교통 통제가 있었습니다. 그래서 택시를 잡거나 버스를 기다리는 것이 정말 힘들었어요. 체크인할 때 프런트에서 미리 알려주셨다면 그날 일정을 조정할 수 있었을 텐데, 그 부분이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

仁寺洞　安国　景福宮　ちょっと歩けば明洞まで行くけとができ、立地良く、とても清潔でした。受付の方は日本語が話せて助かりました。

エレベーターで何階に到着したのか分かりづらかったところ。

Nos gustó todo, buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones y un personal siempre atento. Si volvemos a Seúl repetir sería una posibilidad.

El hotel es lindo, el servicio es muy bueno, la habitación muy cómoda y la ubicación es perfecta en el barrio Insadong! Está a un par de cuadras de la calle cultural/mercado, que es muy lindo con una estación de metro a 2 cuadras, con el templo Jogyesa a otro par y un supermercado a 20 pasos! Tiene una casa de cambios a una cuadra que tiene muy buena tasa que se llama Money Box Insadong. Llegas fácil a cualquier parte! Tiene un restaurante para tomar el desayuno o un café en el lobby. Como está tan bien ubicado es perfecto para vivir Seúl! Volveré sin dudarlo!

ロケーションが最高！ ・空港リムジンバス6002、鐘路2街で下車、徒歩5分、片道17,000ウォン ・地下鉄鐘閣駅 徒歩5分 ・各方面徒歩圏内 明洞、北村、安国、仁寺洞、益善洞 ホテルの設備◎ ・日本のホテルと同等の設備が整っています。スマホ充電器、加湿器等の無料貸出もありました。部屋にはUSB充電ポートやAタイプのコンセントもあって便利でした。 ・ロビー横のカフェは朝7:30には空いていました。

It’s close to the train and airport limo. I walked to / from among others, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gaewandong Palace, Myeong-dong, Naksan Park, Seoul Tower, Jong-ro 5-ga, Cheonggyecheon, Seoul Forest.

There’s an odor in the room and the ac doesn’t get cooler than 18° which I needed during my stay when it was 97°.

Amid Hotel is a very clean, convenient and affordable property situated in Insadong with easy access to busses, subways, cafes, restaurants, etc. There’s a small supermarket directly next door as well as a convenience store. There’s a buffet breakfast offered in the hotel as well as a coffee shop by the lobby. In terms of facilities, there is a laundromat in the basement and a small gym. Our room was cleaned early in the morning each day, so it was welcoming to return to after a long day out.

I felt the staff could be friendlier. They were always accommodating but lacked enthusiasm. Their directions were never clear nor specific enough. For foreigners we don’t want to waste our time getting lost in the sweltering heat of summer. Tourists are always demanding, so it is understandable for hotel staff to feel overworked. Maybe hiring a separate concierge with excellent English skills would be beneficial.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Amid Hotel. The location was perfect for me. My room was tidy, beautiful and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, even during the hottest heatwave in South Korea. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of delicious food. I honestly don't have a single complaint. I highly recommend this hotel!

地理位置很好，如果主要行程在江北的话，门口就有公交车站，还有便利店，很方便 有的时候感觉员工不太高兴，但整体还是可以沟通和解决问题的

设施真的比较老旧，装修色彩很重，就是老人家可能会喜欢的那种深重的深色木头颜色。如果只是回来睡一下还可以，如果需要多呆在房间里是不行的，会有点压抑，有一面就是对着隔壁的墙。需要一点天空的，要跟员工说房间。 有一天回来发现住的房间还漏水了，深夜给换了房间

It was easy to navigate from, and breakfast was lovely.
