I felt like I stayed at a palace! I loved how quiet the rooms were, beautiful view, amazing bathroom, and comfortable bed.

Il n’y a pas de machine à laver pour faire sa lessive soi-même. Ce que je trouve d’ailleurs dommage. Je trouve loin de tout. Il y a juste la LAB à côté. Très mal desservi.

バストイレが別だったのがいちばんありがたかったです｡アメニティもたくさん揃っていて嬉しかったです｡今回はライブ参戦後の宿泊で､開場が14時と早かったため､荷物は一旦コインロッカーに預けました｡荷物だけ先に預かっていただけるかの確認を忘れたことが悔やまれました｡実際にチェックイン時刻前に荷物の預かりは可能だったのでしょうか？

活動地點在Tokyo Big Sight，從飯店到Tokyo Big Sight 搭乘ゆりかもめ很方便 因為不在市中心，房間開窗戶寬敞度絕佳，1F就有便利商店，買東西很方便 飯店人員服務態度很好 走到千客萬來，也有Tokyo BRT 快速抵達新橋站，再從新橋站轉乘交通工具到其他地點 ゆりかもめ也可以抵達新橋站，不過時間較久，如果從新橋站回飯店（市場前）最後班次 23:50

Duży pokój jak na Japońskie warunki, wygląd pokoju bez szału, duża łazienka. Było czysto. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, przystanki autobusowe.

Personel słabo mówił po angielsku.

・ドライヤーの風量が小さくできない ・バスタオルに知らない人の髪の毛が付いていた ・一部のスタッフの対応が印象悪い（自分には当たらなかった） ・ベッドがフランスベッドとのことだが、自分には硬かった

地點非常方便，就在百合海鷗線的旁邊，要去豐洲市場逛逛啖談美食也是很方便的選擇，而且樓下還有超商，如果肚子餓了，隨時都有飲食需求可以滿足。

部屋のベッド、風呂も広く連泊でしたが快適でした。 ロケーションにも大変満足でした。

Everything. The best hotel I have stayed at in 14 years of travelling. The amenities are amazing, you have pyjamas that they change every day, great quality slippers, toothbrush, bath salt, hair comb, hairnets, shower amenities, everything you could imagine and more. Big TV, kettle, coffee machine, safe, mini fridge, room spray. The staff were amazing, room was cleaned and prepared spotless. A perfect example of Japanese hospitality. The location is great as well, me and my best friend (24years old) enjoyed that we were in a quiet area with no fuss. Shinjuku and Shibuja is 40-60min away with public transport, there are both bus and metro stations 5min away by foot. Bus station for airport limousine shuttle bus is 7min away. It is not the cheapest hotel in Tokyo but it is worth every penny.

房間很大，浴室寬敞而且乾濕分離，房間非常乾淨，該有的設備都有(加濕清淨機、保險箱，甚至還有膠囊咖啡機)， 樓下還有24小時的Lawson，飯店早餐也不錯。 這次主要是為了參加在有明體育館的演唱會，住在這邊走路去會場的距離是可以接受的。

市場前駅が近い、トイレとお風呂が分かれてる！

大浴場があると思ってた。chat GPTに大浴場があると書かれてたが，嘘だった！

7月に2名1泊で利用させていただきました。 ネットの予約した写真と違う部屋を提示され、行けば違うのではと思い、実際入ってみても同様であった為、仕方なくフロントの方へ連絡。当日はフェスやライブで利用客が多く見える中、担当の方が部屋を駆け回り写真と似たような部屋の空きを探してくださり、おかげさまで、納得のいく景観の部屋に宿泊できました。大変感謝しております。拙い文章で申し訳ございませんが、ぜひまた利用させてください。

Breakfast was not great.

部屋によりますが 湯船に浸かりながら夜景が見れたこと、 子供が好きなだけゆりかもめを観察できたことは よかったです。

部屋によると思いますが トイレ単独に扉がないため 誰かがトイレに入っていると 洗面所とお風呂には入れないことです。 部屋に入ってすぐベットエリアになるため 廊下の声が聞こえやすいことです。

La habitación enorme, limpia, con vistas, ducha y bañera grandes, muy bien. La zona es tranquila y bonita pero alejada.

Tiene servicio de lavandería pero muy caro, me faltaría un cuarto de lavandería disponible. El hotel está genial, lo único la ubicación está lejos de las zonas turísticas y para ir tienes que coger bus y metro, se hacía largo el viaje diario

Before booking, I was already excited by the photos of the hotel. Upon arrival, I was still very impressed. I would like to go back. Here are the things I liked: - View: Stunning night view of Tokyo bay from my room. Personally, I love it for a bit of resemblance to a scene in Ghost in the Shell (1996). - Room: Spacious and comfortable. Modern, minimalistic and warm tone interior design makes it very relaxing. Loved the coffee machine. - Staff: proactive, helpful and knowledgeable. - Convenience store: it is really handy. - Location: it is in a quieter area of Tokyo next to the Toyosu fish market, yet a short bus ride from Ginza. There are beaches within walking distance.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji z korzystną ceną. Wystarczające śniadania. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, bardzo przestronna łazienka. Piękny widok z wyższych pięter na Tokio. Blisko nabrzeże z terenem spacerowym.

口コミを確認した上でこちらを利用しましたが期待値が高すぎたようで、設備もサービスも普通で、何よりスタッフの質は悪く感じました。朝食はビュッフェでしたがホールスタッフの方も立ち振る舞いを見直すのがよろしいかと思います。ただ、普段ルームサービスでビュッフェを利用することがないので他との比較は難しいですがはじめての学生バイトレベルに思えました。特にチェックアウト時の女性はホテルマンとしていかがなものか失笑です。駐車料金についてもフロントで駐車券を切ってもらいましたが通常通り最大料金取られました。

Nice breakfast. Good price. Clothes Iron facilities. The Konbini was the best, very useful, a bit expensive though.

No washing machines. And the laundry service was on vacation. A room with a couple of washing machines won't hurt. I think is very important to have. The breakfast starts late. In other places start at 6AM.

La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique surtout le soir !!!

Il était assez difficile de trouver l’hôtel au début. Des photos indiquant clairement le chemin auraient été très utiles. Par ailleurs, c’était dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de laverie à l'hôtel. C’était gênant de devoir aller à la laverie, à une station de train, avec un jeune enfant.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im JAL City Tokyo Toyosu sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Lage war für uns ideal, da der Toyosu Market und viele weitere interessante Orte gut erreichbar waren. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

荷物を預けようとしたら準備が完了しているとのことで早く入ることができ、このような対応はすごくありがたいです。部屋も広く最上階だったので眺望が最高でした。ホテル周辺も豊洲市場、東京ビッグサイト、少し歩けばレインボーブリッジも見ることができますし緑も多かったのでとてもリラックスできました。今後豊洲方面に来ることがあればまた利用したいと思います。

エレベーターが動くときに扉から音が聞こえるのは一抹の不安を覚えます。

Moquette in camera, non in bagno per fortuna. Posizione interruttori luci solo vicino al letto tranne il pulsante nei pressi dell'ingresso che accende solo il bagno. Camere strettine.

アメニティはじめ、空間がとても快適かつ充実していました。ユニットバスではなく、シャワーと浴槽がトイレと別になっていたこともうれしかったです。

朝食バイキングを利用した際、食器が一部汚れていたことが残念です。

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war schön.

Das Ambiente im Eingang und beim Frühstück gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle. Viel Krach und man räumt bereits ab 10 Uhr das Buffet ab, obwohl die Gäste bis 10:30 Uhr dort frühstücken dürfen. Sehr unangenehm!

便利な立地と、あたらしい施設であること。

駐車券のサービスが宿泊でも300円引なので、宿泊の場合はもう少し割り引かれると嬉しいです。

目的の豊洲PITから徒歩6分で、下にコンビニがあって便利でした。豊洲の市場にも近かった。

The room was immaculate, well appointed, super comfortable, large by Tokyo standards, had great views of the city across the bay from the bedroom and sitting area and the bathroom. I loved the coffee/tea service, the whisper closing door to the restroom, the smart Toto toilet that never required we lift, close or flush, and the sweet little robes. The property was close to two metro stations, the Toyosu Fish Market, Ariake shopping mall, TeamLab Planets interactive, the Senkyaku Banrai that had great food, a soccer field and a really cool outdoor bar and barbecue at a local park on the bay. It didn’t take very long to get to and from the airport, Tokyo Main Station, Shibuya, Shinjuku or the gaming district Akihabara once we figured out the trains. Google Maps wasn’t particularly useful in that regard for some reason. There was also a 24/7 Lawson on the first floor that was great for anything we wanted in the moment. All in all it was an excellent property.

The only hesitation is that the front desk was hit or miss. Most of the people there were exceptional in every way. However, at check in the first person gave us an inferior room from what we booked. Also, I needed assistance finding an eye doctor and the first front desk person I encountered refused to assist me in any way. It was not a language barrier. He just refused. Someone stepped in, located one for me, and even was kind enough to call and make a reservation. There is no concierge for such things.
