The staff was really rude n not helpful at all when u ask about parkings or any other information It was only one lady working at night shift and we wait more than 40 mints to check it And next day when we check out they refuse to keep our bags in their hotels for the next day unless we confirm another booking with them

The room was spacious, and the hotel had convenient access to the shopping mall.

The sink was clogged. The refrigerator was left partially open with the power still on, and there were dead insects in the water from melted ice. These were the first things I noticed upon arrival, so I felt that the cleanliness and hygiene of the room could be improved.

The room I stayed in have strong smell of mothballs which was located under the sink in the bathroom, though the smell reduced after I shut the bathroom door. There are also ants crawling around near the kitchen.

Hana was great, handled all of our questions and problems quickly and easily. Place was huge, lots of space. One of the best parts is that the ground floor connects directly to the mall, which we loved!

Our room had an ant problem, which we resolved ourselves with traps. However, some got into some of our electronics [they like to do that for a warm, dry place], and we're not sure if we got them all out before we left. We had trouble with the AC in our rooms; sometimes they didn't blow cold air, and sometimes they shut off by themselves, even after we thought they had take care of the issue.

The receptionist at the counter is very friendly and helpful. She provided all necessary information and also helped me when I found out the house keeping staff Ahsan stole the food in the fridge and drank it. She asked if I’m OK she will return the money on behalf of that staff so she will claim back from him. I said she is a good person but I hope the manager will take action.

The house keeping staff Ahsan ate my yogurt kept in the fridge because I forgot to take out during check out then after that I called receptionist Puteri, she helped me to check and found out that my 3 items food still in there but after I reached then they said only 2 items. So I asked if I could go upstairs again to check the room myself, I was accompanied by a male staff member from the counter. He was helpful and asked if I wanna talk to Manager. I said never mind,

As I entered the unit door, it smells bad. Like from dustbin or toilet. Tried to make phone call via room phone but its unusable. Used own handphone instead to complain on this matter plus mater bedroom aircond that was not cold. waited for almost 1 hour for the technician to comeover and fix the aircond before the housekeeper came to clean the toilet and dustbin. The smells issue resolved for a while and then it returned after few hours. Suspect it actually caused by drainage problem. Such bad experience with the amount of money I have spent with high expectation for family relax staycation. Informed this feedback to the receptionist during checkout. She took the feedbacks for management/maintenance action. I am expecting more, with such bad experience. At least some discount due to this bad experience... Another thing also, cleanliness is also not good..Entered the room and saw clumps of hair on the floor..(attached picture from video in this feedback). besides the bad smells. Can you imagine?

The staff at reception was friendly.

There was a strong damp smell in the room that's as very unpleasant, the breakfast is very poor with no drinks included. Facilities need to be renovated and cleaning could be improved. There were no basic toiletries in the bathroom, the WiFi was extremely slow. The doors of other rooms in the corridor had signs of splintering around the door frame lock that looked like signs of forced entry. The price is very expensive for what you get. Also I specifically asked for breakfast between 9am and 10am on Saturday morning because of the jet lag (they woke me up with the breakfast at 7am). Asked for breakfast at 7am on Sunday as I had to leave early for the airport and it just didn't come, I left at 7.45 with no breakfast although I payed for it.

The bathroom wasn’t drain out properly after shower. The mattress was dusty, our boy got allergic from the dust. The air con ventilation was coming out with cigarette smell. We got woke up by the cigarette smell twice in the night and my wife got asthma attack.

I really like the room and the friendly, family-oriented environment. The location is very strategic, close to shopping malls and convenient for finding everything you need. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Bien placé à côté d’un centre commercial. Je ne comprends pas les mauvais commentaires, en arrivant j’avais peur mais la chambre que j’ai eu était nickel, propre et très confortable. Le personnel est gentil et arrangeant. Je recommande si on veux s’éloigner du centre KLCC.

Very good location especially for us to go PICC. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall with a variety of eateries - a bonus for us to grab food and last-minute shopping.

Didnt realize the door from the mall side can be opened, tried to ask customer service no reply and slow, and their phone number doesnt directly link to the hotel itself. Would hope that they provide a phone number which is direct to their hotel instead.

The aircond is not cold because there is problem with the main aircond building of the mall which I don't understand they said it effected the hotel room aircond . And there is no fan in the room. The room is hot and uncomfortable without air-conditioning.

We stayed at this hotel during our company’s team-building trip and booked a total of seven rooms, including a Family Room for my family of four. Unfortunately, our first impression of the Family Room was very disappointing. When we entered the room, we found several small dead cockroaches in the corners of the floor, and even on the bed sheets. The room also had a strong musty smell, as if it had been left unused for quite some time. We immediately contacted room service, and they came to clean the room. The following day, I requested that the bed sheets be changed, and the room felt much better afterwards. This makes me believe that the room had not been properly inspected before our arrival. Basic cleanliness and a final quality check should have been completed before guests check in, not only after a complaint is made. Breakfast was another disappointment. We had expected a buffet, but it was changed to an à la carte menu, which we can understand if occupancy was low. However, the food quality was below expectations. More importantly, one of my friends ordered a vegetarian meal, but it was served with spring onions. Many vegetarians do not consume onions, so greater attention should be given to guests’ dietary requirements. I appreciate that the staff responded when we raised these issues, but these are problems that should have been prevented in the first place. I hope the management will improve its housekeeping standards, pre-arrival room inspections, and breakfast quality. With better attention to detail, the hotel could provide a much better experience for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay because the location was very convenient, with easy access to the mall. The house was also spacious, comfortable, and very family-friendly, making it a great place to stay together.

The toiletries were incomplete, as toothbrushes were not provided. It was also difficult to contact room service because the room phone wasn’t working. Additionally, there was a slight urine smell in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, directly connected to the mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, everything was good. There was nothing significant to complain about.

The room met all expectations for my 1-night stay. It is conveniently connected to the mall and close to all the amenities one might need on a trip.

The entry to the hotel and the parking can be confusing - it's accessible from the ramp at the front or the mall (not the ground floor).

Wd b nice if the bathroom was cleaner. Bathroom floor felt slimy n bottom wall tiles near shower area were mouldy Pls provide mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the bathroom Kitchen sink hole may be a bit clogged. Water didx flow smoothly Not soundproof. We could hear children laughing n coughing next door. Mayb coz we got part of an adjoining room. Raised our concern to the receptionist but she assured us n said room is soundproof. Definitely not ☹️

We have been patronising this hotel for a night whenever we’re otw up to KL. And will always will. Food, cafe, shops all within reach.

A lil disappointment on the amenities. We’re 2 pax but was given only 1 towels and 1 set of toothbrush and nothing else. Nevertheless, the rooms are spick and span…. Kudos to all!!
