Esperienza indimenticabile, struttura in posizione tranquillissima appena fuori le porte della Old City di Chiang Mai... l'hotel rispecchia perfettamente quella che è l'essenza del nord della Thailandia. Per non parlare dello staff, le ragazze sono state gentilissime, cordiali, simpaticissime, davvero non ci sono aggettivi per descrivere ancor meglio la nostra esperienza. È stato incantevole, uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Tutto magnifico, colazione inclusa.

Cuando llegamos nos encontramos que nos habían puesto en plantas diferentes a nuestros hijos adolescentes. Pedimos que nos pusieran en la misma planta y no nos hicieron ni caso . Eran las 14:00 que es cuando empezaban con las entradas. Desayuno pobre,poca variedad En los 4 días no limpiaron ni cambiaron las sábanas ni una sola vez Buscad otras alternativas y no os dejéis engañar por la piscina

Ottima struttura, ben curata e in posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi tra il centro e i night market. Camera quadrupla ampissima e pulitissima. Tra i punti di forza: snack e acqua gratis 24/7, lavanderia a disposizione degli ospiti, colazione abbondante e una splendida piscina. A coronare il tutto, un personale delizioso, preparato e super accogliente.

Está algo alejado, pero con grab rápido y baratos a todos sitios.

La ubicación del hotel era muy adecuada. La habitación era muy amplia, estaba limpia, la cama muy cómoda. La habitación disponía de aire acondicionado. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno y muy completo, había mucha variedad de productos.

El desayuno era muy tarde. Comenzaba a las 7.00 horas, cuando la mayoría de las excursiones te recogen a las 06.30 horas. No pudimos disfrutar apenas de los desayunos.

Café gratis 24 horas y agua y la adora con secadora todo incluido una gran ventaja

Hôtel très beau, cosy et, bien situé pour visiter le centre de Chiang Mai et les marchés. Petite piscine mais très jolie pour se baigner. Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Accueil très chaleureux.

Plusieurs séjours dans cet hotel et toujours parfait. Chambres spacieuses et calmes, personnel souriant et attentionné,très bon petit déjeuner et varié, piscine agréable en retour d'excursion, machines à laver et sechoirs dispos, machine à café gratuite toute la journée... L'hotel est situé au calme à deux pas le la vielle ville, et présente un rapport qualité prix incroyable

En hoop ooit nog terug te kunnen komen. Als we naar Chiang Mai komen boeken we wel hier. Een ding...we zijn benaderd via whatsapp door spam. Dat zijn hun dus nooit.....een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee!! Niet op in gaan.

Falta alguna balda en el baño para poder dejar las cosas y en la zona del lavabo. También hemos echado de menos alguna balda o armario en la habitación.

Hotel sin grandes lujos. Ofrece lavadora y secadora de forma gratuita. Habitación amplia.

La puerta del baño no cerraba. La puerta corredera de la terraza no encajaba bien por ambos lados.

Leuk boutiquehotel, op een rustige locatie met heel vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Een top prijs - kwaliteitverhouding.

Niets eigenlijk, alles meer dan naar wens.

Fijn hotel met mooie, nette en stijlvol ingerichte kamers. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, helpen je heel goed met excursies. We kwamen na de nachttrein heel vroeg aan in het hotel. En hoewel de kamers nog niet beschikbaar waren, mochten we overal al gebruik van maken. Heel gastvrij. Het gratis gebruik maken van wasmachine en droger was ook top. Het zwembad was heel fijn, en het ontbijt uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

Als ik iets moet noemen, dan is het dat vieze borden etc in de verzamelenbak bij het ontbijt vaak lang bleven staan. En dat het ontbijt, dat tot 10u duurde, na 9 30 niet (goed) meer werd aangevuld als dingen op waren.

Ligging is prima. 24 uur gratis water, koffie en thee is een goede service. Ook gratis gebruik maken van wasmachine en droger is fijn.

De openbare ruimtes werden slecht schoongehouden. Tafels, stoelen in de ontbijtruimte vaak vies en openbaar toilet bij zwembad was erg vies. Dit werd slecht bijgehouden.

Todo muy familiar. Te entra desayuno gratis y snacks y bebidas también las 24 horas, lo que es un puntazo. Además, tiene servicio de lavandería gratuito.

El agua de la ducha no salía con potencia, podemos decir que las habitaciones no son muy modernas.

Ruime en rustige kamer, goede bedden, koffie/ thee/ water de hele dag vrij beschikbaar, lekker verkoelend zwembad en wasmachines vrij ter beschikking. Goede ligging ten opzichte van centrum. Prettig buurtje met paar prima restaurants vlakbij. Net iets buiten centrum, wel op loopafstand, maar daardoor wel veel rustiger.

Verbeter suggestie: rustigere muziek gedurende de dag zodat je ook even relaxed een boekje kunt lezen in de lobby.

Goede bedden, ruime kamers, goed ontbijt en de hele dag water, thee, koffie en kleine snacks.

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar ook niet heel sprankelend. Te luide muziek bij de receptie en zit gedeelte

街に近すぎるのか、どこに行く時も混雑からでどうしても時間が予定しにくい。高い建物を効率よく動かすのは理解できるけど！エレベーターの乗り換えが面倒くさい。

Cet hotel présente quelques points positifs, à commencer par son petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, qui permet de bien démarrer la journée. Les chambres sont correctes et l'établissement peut convenir pour un court séjour. Malheureusement, plusieurs aspects viennent ternir l'expérience. La configuration de l'espace petit-déjeuner est particulièrement surprenante : très peu de tables sont disponibles, le nettoyage entre les clients semble souvent négligé, et l'on retrouve dans la salle de restauration des fauteuils ainsi qu'un matelas, donnant une impression générale assez étrange et peu cohérente. Malheureusement, plusieurs aspects viennent ternir l'expérience. La configuration de l'espace petit-déjeuner est particulièrement surprenante : très peu de tables sont disponibles, et le nettoyage des salles et des tables n’est pas fait, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. On retrouve également dans la salle de restauration des fauteuils ainsi qu'un matelas, donnant une impression générale assez étrange et peu cohérente. La piscine est également décevante. Située en bordure immédiate de la rue, elle manque totalement d'intimité et de charme. Avec seulement quelques transats disponibles, elle paraît davantage être un argument commercial qu'un véritable espace de détente. Enfin, l'accueil est sans doute le point le plus décevant de l'établissement. Le personnel se montre froid, peu avenant et avare de sourires. On a souvent l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être accueilli comme un client. En résumé, malgré un bon petit-déjeuner, cet hotel souffre d'un manque évident de convivialité, d'une organisation discutable des espaces communs et d'un accueil qui ne reflète pas l'hospitalité thaïlandaise que l'on apprécie habituellement.

Prima hotel met een goed ontbijt. Hele dag door kun je gratis water, koffie en thee pakken. Wij kwamen vroeg aan met de nachttrein en mochten nog ontbijten. Hele goede service. Het ligt net buiten de drukte, met een lekker restaurantje (Mary) om de hoek

Schönes Hotel mit Pool und gutem Frühstück. Keine gigantische Auswahl aber wir konnten immer was finden. Kostenloses gekühltes Wasser gabs zu jederzeit.

Ich war sehr zufrieden lediglich die laute Klimaanlage die direkt auf das Bett pustet war etwas unangenehm.

Goede bedden, prima ontbijt, lekker zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. In de nabijheid van prima locale eetgelegenheden waar je voor weinig geld goed kan eten.

Kamers zijn vrij gehorig. Kamers 210, 211 en 212 liggen aan het rappe huis en boven de keuken waardoor er al vroeg, 6:30 uur, veel geluidsoverlast is.

De kamer was soms iets minder qua uitzicht en de weg voor het hotel was wat druk. Zwembadwater soms wat fris.

Het was een heel fijn hotel. Goed ontbijt, fijne bedden en vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was ook goed. We hebben eigenlijk niets negatiefs te vertellen. Ik zou dit zo weer boeken.

GRACIAS MARIA.TODO ESTUVO GENIAL.ademas esta en un.barrio local muy muy tranquilo con templos y sitios para comer local.

Por decir algo que estaba a 10 mns andando de la muralla sur, pero con Grab y 2,40€ te pones en el cemtro

Een erg leuk hotel op wandelafstand van het oude Chiang Mai. De medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam in elk opzicht. Ruime en comfortabele kamers, een goed ontbijt en rustige ligging.

Helemaal niets!

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nah genug an der Altstadt. An Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks konnte man sich jederzeit kostenfrei bedienen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es eine Mischung aus thailändischem und westlichen Speisen. Das hat uns gut gefallen.

Wie in vielen thailändischen Hotels könnte die Klimaanlage für unseren Geschmack etwas leiser sein und im Zimmer und Bad fehlen ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten, gerade wenn man sich etwas länger aufhält.

Pool and lobby area were enjoyable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the centre of town.

整體公設非常的乾淨，店家的水是玻璃瓶裝，非常的用心、也很環保，而且需要的話自己索取很方便。 店家的零食吧也可以免費索取，房間整體也算是寬敞。 早餐選擇很多，也都很新鮮！

廁所的燈光被稍微比較暗

Cold bottle water was always available along with snacks and coffee. There was also a bottle refill station. The staff was all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were also promptly cleaned when requested. It was a great stay!

Everything was great! A few suggestions would include perhaps having a small dresser of drawers available to organize clothing. The clothes hanging bar was convenient. It would have also been handy to have a hand towel hanger by the sink. Lastly, toilet paper rolls instead of tissues would be nice in the future.

Goede service en fijne ruime kamers. Daarbij ook heel fijn dat je continu koffie, thee, water en fruit kan pakken. Ook de wasmachines zijn gratis te gebruiken. Alle vragen werden meteen goed beantwoord de de medewerkers.

This was our 4th or 5th stay at POR and we will return ... The breakfasts were as good as always, the complimentary juices and coffee very welcome.

The staff, though good did not feel quite as proactive as previous years. I put this down to inexperienced staff, inadequate numbers and also some demanding, discourteous and chalenging guests.

Clientèle majoritairement jeune, chinoise et indifférente. On aime ou on n'aime pas. Sinon, c'est moderne, propre voire asceptisé, fonctionnel presque parfait. Glace, eau, café, biscuits disponibles 24/24, piscine, espace coworking, tout y est, et pas loin du centre ! Décrié par beaucoup, le lavabo placé dans le couloir à l'entrée de la chambre me plaît bien. Je peux me brosser les dents pendant que ma compagne fait ce qu'elle veut en toute intimité sur les WC.

Clientèle majoritairement jeune, chinoise et indifférente. On aime ou on n'aime pas. Clim de la chambre 207 peu efficace et très bruyante, jets de la douche désagréables. Hôtel sans aucun charme.

Le déjeuné est complet, il y a du choix et c'est très bon. On a pu laver notre linge, c'est très pratique. Ils mettent des bouteilles d'eau gratuitement.

Fijne ligging op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Heerlijk zwembad, fijn om eens een zwembad te hebben waar je in kunt afkoelen. Fijn dat je de hele dag door water,koffie, thee of iets lekkers kunt pakken. Erg goed ontbijt.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had good choice. The pool was relaxing and clean. But my favourite points was the coffee machine available all day and the water and snacks available freely all day was a great point. Staff were very helpful and booked our elephant sanctuary experience. We are a family of 5 and staff managed to put our rooms next door to each other which was perfect. Location was perfect as was just outside of the main part of town so easy to walk to but nice and peaceful as we weren't in the hustle and bustle of it all.

only downside was the pollution in chiang mai due to the farmers burning the fields in April. Only negative to the hotel was that there is only 1 key card per room.

The staff especially Maria and Angie. They were so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing.

I didn’t like the location of the pool that it was close the street.

The location is a 5 minute walk from the south gate. Easy access to everything and in a quiet location. Great for families. In the communal areas they had fridges where you could help yourself to free bottles water and light snacks. Breakfast was nice.
