Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra. Niestety na tym koniec plusów.

Brudno, nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji w toalecie. Pleśń w łazience oraz bardzo zakurzony wentylator jakby nigdy nie był czyszczony.

Durante la notta era impossibile dormire: solitamente ho il sonno pesate ma durante il mio soggiorno il rumore dell’ascensore era molto fastidioso, l’aria condizionata era proprio sopra al letto e dopo un po’ che era accesa la camera era congelata, ma se veniva spenta si moriva di caldo. Nella camera era presente un’odore persistente di umido. Spazi comune e colazione: la piscina era molto piccola, nella sala per la colazione era presente un unico tavolo per tutti (stile ostello e neanche così tanto grande), pertanto zero privacy. Inoltre il buffet per la colazione era molto povero, infatti abbiamo scelto di fare colazione all’esterno della struttura.

L'emplacement est top ! La chambre était propre de taille correcte et l'accès direct à la piscine est un vrai plus ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et complet. Et le personnel est accueillant et au petit soin. Prêt de parapluie au cas de pluie. Merci grâce à vous nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La piscine et quelques endroit de l'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Ens va tocar una habitació de 3 al costat de l'ascensor, era molt petita on casi no es podien obrir les maletes. També es molt sorollosa ja que se sent la gent entrant i sortint de l'ascensor. Vaig demanar per canviar però l'hotel estava ple.

Superbe accueil, la literie était très confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. L'hôtel n'est pas loin à pieds du centre. Excellent séjour

De bedden (inclusief dagelijks verschonen) en het behulpzame personeel. Ze zetten zelf een meeneem-ontbijt voor ons klaar toen we om 5:30 uur moesten vertrekken voor onze vlucht naar Surat Thani. Maar bovenal de goede ligging ten opzichte van alles wat je in de stad wilt doen.

Het iets te koude zwembad… maar dat zei vooral de jeugd.

Das Frühstück war das Highlight sowie das Personal - sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen. Die Lage ist genial: nahe der Innenstadt, aber doch ruhig.

Die Zimmer waren hellhörig - Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert.

Amazing in every way specially the staff

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe der Altstadt. Diese ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten haben eine harte Matratze, man liegt sehr gut. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer - der könnte etwas kälter eingestellt sein. Dieser wird jeden Tag mit neuen Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt. Wasser kann man sich zudem in der Lobby in den Kühlschränken kostenlos holen - super Service!!! Das Zimmer hat einen Smart-TV mit dem man sich problemlos mit seinem Prime oder Netflix Account verbinden kann. Das Bad ist groß mit Dusche, diese hat leider nur eine feste Brause. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet jeden Tag eine andere Auswahl an asiatischen Speisen, sowie Eier Würstchen und Speck. Friesches Obst, Salat, Säfte und ein Kaffeevollautomat. Baguette, Brot und Toast gibt es, sowie Butter, 1 Sorte Marmelade und König - kein Käse oder Aufschnitt.

Excellent quiet and comfortable stay. The daily breakfast was varied and delicious. Several restaurants , massage spas and an excellent barber shop are all within 5 minutes walk.

The swimming pool was small and indoor. I ended up not using it at all.

La camera ci è piaciuta tantissimo. Pulita, ben arredata, con comodo balconcino. Stanza grande e con tutti i confort necessari. La colazione abbondante e con ampio assortimento. Lo staff davvero molto gentile, sorridente e accogliente per ogni evenienza. Veramente tutto perfetto!

Had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai. The free rambutan was such a lovely surprise and definitely earned some bonus points. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it has become my first choice whenever I'm in Chiang Mai. The location is excellent—close enough to the Old City, markets, restaurants, and attractions to walk almost everywhere, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. The main reason I keep returning is the breakfast. The variety is fantastic, with a mix of Thai and Western options that changes regularly, and everything is fresh and well prepared. It's genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in Chiang Mai and something I look forward to every stay. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and their warmth creates an atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere. The rooms are modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. After multiple stays, the quality has always been consistent, which is why I continue to come back. Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig und alle Spots sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hat sofort geholfen und auch bei einer Verletzung uns mit allem nötigen versorgt. Gratis Wasser und Obst sind den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Zwar war das Frühstück abwechslungsreich, aber für Vegetarier manchmal ein bisschen wenig Auswahl. Manchmal konnte man auch nicht genau ableiten, ob Fleisch oder Fisch enthalten war. Da wären Schilder mit einem Hinweis auf Vegetarisch recht hilfreich.☺️

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was replenished frequently and really was suited to all tastes. Loved the fruit and yoghurt. Location meant easy access to markets, massages and old part of Chiang Mai. Quite hot weather meant Grabs were easier and more comfortable to use. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, loved the hot water and powerful shower. The staff were pleasant, polite and friendly. Even though the hotel was busy, gauging by number of people at breakfast, the hotel rooms were quiet and the hotel was peaceful. We were not disturbed by movement of people in the hotel. Our stay was comfortable and most refreshing. Excellent price performance.

Notre chambre était la première au rez-de-chaussée donc on entendait malheureusement tout lorsque les gens étaient très bruyant. On a vu avec l’équipe pour une chambre mais l’hôtel était déjà complet. Salle de bain : pas de fenêtre au rez-de-chaussée, pas de pommeau de douche juste une petite tête de douche

The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Also the hotel room is huge and comfortable. It also gives very relaxed vibe surrounded by greenaries breakfast also available at site. Otherwise great add ons , free flow of mineral water and fruits throughout the day.

Les employés sont très gentils. Beaucoup de services sont inclus dans le prix, comme le déjeuner, service bagage, bouteille d’eau à volonté. L’espace est très bien aménagé, et très propre. Je recommande amplement.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai. Very close to the Chiang Mai canal. It is within walking distance of all the weekend walking streets/markets but still a peaceful area of town. The staff are wonderful, incredibly friendly people. Always willing to help, they make you feel at home, almost like staying with family. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, their recommendations are superb, and they make booking tours and attractions so easy. There are even some lovely cats that greet you outside every day. The facilities are excellent also. They provide a wonderful variety for breakfast each day with all the favourites as well as different offerings each day so it is always a delight having breakfast. Everyone in the hotel sits down together to share the buffet, just adding to the feeling of being with friends or family. They also have fresh fruit throughout the day, and beautiful juices available too in the lobby. Free coffee and biscuits around the clock as well in the lobby. I cannot recommend the CREW hotel enough. Honestly such an amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are also incredibly spacious so you don't feel like you're cramped. The pool is also wonderful to just relax in after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai or as a place to cool off during the mid day sun.
